Please note that Emirates IDs or Passport needs to be presented on board.

Life jackets are available onboard for those interested.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the yacht.

Arrive 30 minutes before departure, as boarding and briefing will begin 10 min prior to departure.

Swimming is not included on this cruise.

Children under 3 years old are restricted from participating in this experience.

The boat sets sail sharp at the specified time. All guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. No refund requests are entertained if someone misses the boat.

We suggest that all guests arrive in loose comfortable clothing. You are free to turn up in swimwear for the day.

Is there any age restriction?

Yes, there is. All guests must be at least 21 years of age. All are requested to carry valid ID proof for age confirmation.

How many people are allowed on board?

On average, 25-45 people are allowed on board for each ride.

• Food and drinks from outside are not allowed on the Yacht.
• Nobody should carry luggage on the Yacht.
• The dress code here is smart casual. Avoid wearing flowy dresses and flip flops on the yacht . 

Child Policies

• Children below the age of 3 years get free entry to the Yacht.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian all the time.
• Children in the age group 3-11 years are eligible to pay child rates.
• Everyone above the age of 11 years has to pay standard adult rates.  
• Children must wear a life jacket all the time they are on the upper deck, or else they have to remain in the cabin.

Cancellation Policy

• No charges apply for cancellations that are made 24 hours before the departure of the tour.
• You would have to pay 100 per cent charges for cancellations if you fail to cancel the booking within 24 hours of the departure of the tour.
• If you are eligible for the refund, it will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
