The collection of upholstered seats Ghost is characterized by multilayer, solid wood frames and elastic belts; upholstery with differentiated density polyurethane foams.

The covers, intentionally abundant, are removable. Loose cushions in dacron and down. The stitchings are made of the same colour as the colour of the fabric or in the predominant colour of the fabric. Sofa-beds upholstered with polyurethane foams, removable covers. The price includes: 3 backrest cushions 60x60 cm + 2 loose cushion 50x50 cm. Inside it contains a folding network in painted metal and polyurethane foam mattress.

NOTE:  The Gervasoni upholstered items in the catalog are NOT inclusive of fire retardant foams as required by the legislation in force in the United Kingdom, if you require fire retardant materials a supplement of + 30% will be applied compared to the list prices shown online. The Ghost 13 sofabed by Gervasoni is made to order in a choice of removable and washable loose covers.  These include the classic Lino Bianco, or a selection of their coloured linens. It comes with five cushions (three of 60x60cm, two of 50x50cm) and a pull-out mattress (W140 x D200 x H11cm). measurements:   W180 x D96 x H80cm weight:  113kg

We have examples of some Ghost pieces ( Ghost 10G sofa and Ghost 11 sofabed ) at our London studio – which clients are welcome to see alongside the full range of Gervasoni fabrics . Please contact us to book a visit.

Ghost 13:   a double sofabed by Gervasoni

The Ghost range of furniture was designed by Paola Navone for Gervasoni.  The collection of seats and upholstered beds is made to order with solid wood frames and elastic belts; the upholstery with differentiated density polyurethane foams. The covers – intentionally abundant, are removable and they can be washed at 30°c.  The loose cushions are made from dacron and down.  The sewing is made with a matching tone thread according to the choice of our designer.

All upholstered furniture sold for use in the UK must satisfy the UK fire & safety regulations.  In accordance to these guidelines, any Ghost sofas, armchairs and beds must be made with a supplementary fire retardant treatment + with Gervasoni’s own fire retardant fabric interliner in between the sofa and the linen cover.

Gervasoni’s Ghost sofabeds are built as one piece and cannot be taken apart for access. They come dressed with their set of made to measure removable covers. Each piece is wrapped in a polythene cover and shipped inside one large cardboard box.
