We all might not have enough hours in every day, but there's nothing like carving out some time for a scary movie.

But if you're short on time and can't quite watch the latest Scream  or Candyman , these 28 horror shorts should do the trick. Just be careful what you wish for, as some of these flicks are bloody, shocking, and definitely NSFW...

1. One Last Dive (dir. Jason Eisener)

From Hobo With a Shotgun  director Jason Eisener, this bite-sized horror short is bound to linger with you far after it comes to its chilling conclusion.

2. Shi (dir. Pablo Absento)

Though she recently made headlines with her upcoming feature film Bloat  with Gotham  star Ben McKenzie and Unfriended  producer Timur Bekmambetov, filmmaker Pablo Absento turned many heads with this eerie J-horror ghost story .

3. We Summoned a Demon (dir. Chris McInroy)

Chris McInroy has quickly established himself as a master of short-form horror-comedy, including his splattery shorts Death Metal , Bad Guy #2 , and the aptly titled We Summoned a Demon .

4. Firebase (dir. Neill Blomkamp)
