”…you had the courage to try; and what you can do is often simply a matter of what you will do.”
”But if all the roads arrive at the same place at the same time, then aren’t they all the right way?” asked Milo. “Certainly not!” he shouted, glaring from his most upset face. “They’re all the wrong way. Just because you have a choice, it doesn’t mean that any of them has to be right.”
”You’ll find,” he remarked gently, “that the only thing you can do easily is be wrong, and that’s hardly worth the effort.”

A goal that isn’t too important makes you live in the moment, and still gives you a driving force. This driving force is a way to get around the fact that we will all die and there is no real point to life. But with the ASG there is a point. It is not such an important point that you postpone joy to achieve it. It is just a decoy point that keeps you bobbing along, allowing you to find ecstasy in the small things, the unexpected, and the everyday. What happens when you reach the stupid goal? Then what? You just find a new ASG.

‘so many things are possible just as long as you dont know they are impossible.’

You can swim all day in the Sea of Knowledge and still come out completely dry.
Words and numbers are of equal value, for, in the cloak of knowledge, one is warp and the other weft.
You can get in a lot of trouble mixing up words or just not knowing how to spell them.

The only thing you can do easily is be wrong, and that's hardly worth the effort.
“It has been a long trip," said Milo, climbing onto the couch where the princesses sat; "but we would have been here much sooner if I hadn't made so many mistakes. I'm afraid it's all my fault." "You must never feel badly about making mistakes," explained Reason quietly, "as long as you take the trouble to learn from them. For you often learn more by being wrong for the right reasons than you do by being right for the wrong reasons.”

Suzanne Collins captured the world’s attention with her blockbuster Hunger Games trilogy. Now she’s back with a prequel to the thrilling saga. Here, we tell you a bit about about the author, her background, her inspirations, and her favorite books.

Many parents groan as their child picks the same book to read night after night. That one again? This behavior often continues into the teen years. We all had worn copies of favorites that we could practically recite from memory. With so many options available, why do kids gravitate toward the same books over and over?

The Phantom Tollbooth
Description.
“Comes up bright and new every time I read it . . . it will continue to charm and delight for a very long time yet.” --Phillip Pullman, New York Times bestselling author of His Dark Materials
With almost 5 million copies sold in the 60 years since it was published, generations of readers have journeyed with Milo to the Lands Beyond in this beloved classic.
Enriched by Jules Feiffer’s splendid illustrations, the wit, wisdom, and wordplay of Norton Juster’s offbeat fantasy are as beguiling as ever. For Milo, everything’s a bore. When a tollbooth mysteriously appears in his room, he drives through only because he’s got nothing better to do. But on the other side, things seem different. Milo visits the Island of Conclusions (you get there by jumping), learns about time from a ticking watchdog named Tock, and even embarks on a quest to rescue Rhyme and Reason.
Somewhere along the way, Milo realizes something astonishing. Life is far from dull. In fact, it’s exciting beyond his wildest dreams!
