ENCORE features a detailed, light and stylish interior. The Aicon 72 Open is considered the flagship of the sporty Aicon Yacht range. The yacht is designed to make the most of external spaces and outdoor living with the wide cockpit being the central point.

The charter yacht’s offers modern furnishing and a wooden parquet floor in the salon and lounge with oak wood finishing on her cabinetry. This open and airy living area is equipped with comfortable sofas with special fabric – see images. The lines between the exterior and the interior harmonize with the large, unbroken side windows and a hardtop above the living areas in the open air.

This Aicon 72 open style yacht’s saloon has a 32'' LCD television, a Bose sound system with CD player and there is an ‘M5 TracVision’ satellite antenna with decoders. Also here is a bar area with seating along with a spacious dining area and a long and comfortable table.

Charter yacht ENCORE accommodation comprises 4 cabins for 8 guests overnight. There is a spacious and elegant master cabin with double bed, which is located amidships, with side windows to enjoy panoramic water views. The master also has an 15'' tv Lcd, a cd player, a digital safety box, and an en suite bath a shower bathroom. The master stateroom is at the centre of the boat with a large opening porthole for illumination in what has become one of the distinctive feature of Aicon Yachts.

A foreword VIP cabin comes with a double bed and there are 2 further guest cabins - of which one has twin beds and one has bunk beds. All cabins featuring 15'' Lcd Tv, cd player stereo and en suite bath with shower box. There is a well separated aft crew double cabin.

The Aicon 72 open style motor yacht’s nicely equipped galley has 2 fridges, a freezer, an icemaker, a dishwasher, ceramic burnes and a microwave.

Icon 72m motor yacht designed by Van Geest

Van Geest Design has developed a new 72 metre motor yacht design for Icon Yachts based on the renowned structural and engineering platform of the Dutch shipyard but in a realm of its own with an attention-grabbing hull feature.

This clever “styling strake” creates a superyacht of distinctive and sleek appearance due to its simple yet stylish play of lines and surfaces.

The platform of the all-new Icon 72m is a variation of the ICON 62m, sleeping ten guests in five cabins.

The main deck houses a full-width owner’s suite forward, boasting large windows and an internal staircase which leads to the owner’s private office on the bridge deck.

The lower deck houses four guest cabins with have direct access to the onboard wellness area which itself opens to create a full beach entertainment area with a true sense of being close to the elements. This open transom design has become somewhat of a signature design element of Van Geest.

Inside, a central staircase provides access to the main and upper decks on which can be found a range of entertainment, dining, and lounge areas.

Amongst the entertainment highlights are a home cinema located on the tank deck level and an upper deck with sun lounging areas, a Jacuzzi, and a panoramic salon ideal for both dining and lounging.

The Icon 72m also supports space to land a helicopter on the foredeck while tender bays provide ample storage.

It's our flagship! Capasecca is a luxurious boat studied with attention to the smallest details in order to guarantee our guests a unique experience. Large areas at the stern and the bow with a big sunbathing zone to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy the breeze while getting a tan. Launched in 2011 Capasecca can host 12 passengers for daily excursions and 8 passengers for cruise or overnight stay. Capasecca had a complete refitting in 2016 (both in its internal and external part). It has a dive platform and a big afterpeak where the tender is located, able to reach the most enchanting hidden places. Capasecca has a large and luxurious living area with hard top, air conditioning everywhere, a satellite tv, an intercom and internet connection. With a speed of 35 KTS and its operating time it is able to reach directly wonderful places such as the Aeolian islands, Sardinia & Sicily. Capasecca is the perfect solution to have either a basic daily excursion or a weekly mod- cons cruise in complete safety.

Icon 72-meter Explorer ​ Icon Yachts and Redman Whiteley Dixon once again have collaborated on another new design. The UK design firm of RWD have contributed to the exterior styling of this new 72-meter long explorer styled motor yacht. The already optimized hull makes for a design easily switched from a normal leisure cruising yacht to an explorer design worthy of traversing more aggressive environments. According to Icon, the Explorer features a full beam owner's stateroom with a balcony. There are forward slanting windows on the fore of the yacht for the bridge and upper decks. On the aft bridge deck, there is an unusually long and large area dedicated for a helicopter. Up one deck to the fore of the mast is the sun deck. This Explorer styled yacht is another design by Redman Whiteley Dixon for the Icon Series. Icon Yachts and Redman Whiteley Dixon presented the new design concept, a 72-metre long Explorer motor yacht.

The new yacht has an optimized hull and features a full beam owner’s stateroom with a balcony. The slanting windows are located on the fore of the yacht and upper decks. The large helipad is located on the aft bridge deck.

The 72-metre Explorer yacht is not the first joint design for Icon Yachts and Redman Whiteley Dixon. Several months ago they presented  project of a 53-metre motor yacht , based on the successful Icon 62 superyacht.

MANZANOS II is a very comfortable and large luxury yacht. It has three cabins: a VIP cabin (double bed), a MASTER cabin (double bed) and a TWIN cabin (two single beds). All three cabins have private bathrooms and television. The yacht can comfortably accommodate 6 people during the night, although the yacht can accommodate up to 12 people per day. There is a large and bright saloon with tv and bluetooth sound system both inside and outside. The outside area is perfect for having lunch and/or dinner at a large table at the stern, sunbathing in the chill out area at the bow and enjoying the views from any part of the yacht. The galley is fully equipped including microwave, oven, coffee maker, ice maker and freezer, among others. Additionally, the crew has its own cabin on the galley side. Among other amenities, MANZANOS II has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, a grill and a bimini top. Includes jet ski*.

The oldest woman to compete in Miss Texas USA is 72. She avoids cheese and processed meat — but loves a good steak.

• Teijo told People she lifts weights three times a week and doesn't eat cheese, processed meats, or white bread.
• Her best advice for keeping healthy? Don't stop moving, she says.

With her youthful looks and toned abs, it's hard to tell that Marissa Teijo, 72, made history last month as the oldest woman to compete in the Miss Texas USA competition.

The key to her ageless beauty? A clean diet and regular exercise .

In an interview with People published on Tuesday, Teijo, a retired teacher and grandmother, spoke about her eating habits and fitness routine.

"I eat very, very clean and healthy. My nutrition is mostly a lot of vegetables and a lot of fruits, oatmeal," Teijo told People. "I don't eat cheeses. I don't eat processed meats. I do not eat white bread; I only drink non-dairy milk."

She also said she occasionally eats meat, such as chicken and fish, and loves a good steak, she said.

"But I do indulge every once in a while. I try to eat cookies that are made with almond flour and very little sugar," she added.

While training for the Miss Texas USA pageant — which took place in Houston on June 21 and 22 — Teijo said she kept to a very strict diet because she "wanted to be as fit as possible."

"On my training days, I would eat sweet potato and jasmine rice or brown rice and oatmeal, and then lots of vegetables at every meal, lots and lots of vegetables and fruits too," Teijo said, adding that she even cut sugar from her diet.

On days when she wasn't training or weightlifting, she wouldn't eat any carbs at all, she said.

"I would just eat protein, fruits and almonds. That was a little bit more stringent, but it wasn't for a long time," Teijo said. "I did that for about two and a half months; I don't recommend that long term."

As for her workouts, Teijo says she does weightlifting three times a week and does cardio on the other days.

"I either go spinning or walk my dog up and down the hills here where I live," she said.

Teijo says she started weightlifting when she was 40 and used to do it five or six days a week before cutting it down as she got older.

"I was always a runner, and I would do step aerobics classes. But when I started weightlifting, that's when my body evolution started," Teijo said. "Weightlifting will give you the best shape; it looked like I had a very small waist, because you gain muscles in your upper body, so you get that hourglass look."

But what matters most is keeping active, she said.

"I don't stop. And that's one of the things that I would highly recommend to anybody: Just don't stop. Because no matter how old you are, you can still move. And if you keep on moving, you'll be able to move the older you get," she said.

Although Aarieanna Ware, 26 — last year's Miss Dallas winner — won the Miss Texas USA title , Teijo told ABC News El Paso affiliate KVIA that she hopes she can inspire others to be confident.

"I hope that people will look at us as older women as still being beautiful in our own way," Teijo said.

Research has shown that a combination of weightlifting and cardio can improve longevity .

And there's no need to spend hours at the gym: Just 30 minutes of muscle-building workouts a week can lead to a 10% to 20% lower risk of dying from illnesses like cancer or heart disease.

Blue Zones — a term popularized by Dan Buettner, a journalist and researcher — are regions in the world where people live longer and healthier lives . In these places, people tend to consume a diet that's high in fiber , including foods such as beans, nuts, and whole grains.

Loma Linda, California , was the only US destination to make it on Buettner's original Blue Zone list in the early 2000s. Since then, projects encouraging similar lifestyles have been launched across the country, including one in Fort Worth, Texas .

Representatives for Teijo and Miss Texas USA did not immediately respond to a request for comment sent outside regular business hours.

Fourteen crew members made it onto life rafts and were rescued by two other fishing boats that were nearby when the 176-foot (54-meter) Argos Georgia went down Tuesday after being suddenly flooded with water.

Pedro Blanco, representative of Spain’s government in the northwest region of Galicia, where several of the sailors were from, said two of the dead were Spaniards.

The pair were the ship’s captain, a native of the city of Vigo, and the cook, from the town of Baiona, located just south of Vigo on Spain’s northwest coast.

Blanco said the 27-person crew included 10 Spaniards, eight Russians, five Indonesians, two Uruguayans and two Peruvians. He said that his information came from Falkland authorities.

Of the four sailors still missing, Blanco said two were Spaniards but he did not comment on the nationality of the other two. He did not provide details about who the remaining seven dead were.

One of the survivors was Amparo Burguillos, a biologist from southeastern Spain, the regional president of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García-Page, said on the social media platform X.

Authorities in the Falkland Islands — the British-controlled archipelago that Argentina calls the Malvinas and claims as its own — said they received an emergency signal Monday from the Argos Georgia.

The signal indicated that the boat was east of Stanley, the capital of the Falkland Islands, when it began taking on water.

A helicopter, another aircraft and several vessels were deployed in the rescue effort. The Falkland Islands government said the helicopter crew had spotted survivors stranded at sea Monday but was forced to suspend rescue operations due to rough water, reduced visibility and windy conditions. The efforts resumed when the storm subsided Tuesday.

Blanco said that the rescue operation has faced winds of 35 knots and 8-meter waves.

The Argos Georgia was managed by Argos Froyanes Ltd., a privately owned joint British-Norwegian company, and was sailing under the flag of St. Helena, another of Britain’s remaining overseas territories in the South Atlantic.
