The view is incredible the drinks and pizza are delicious. Had a cherry alcohol drink with Amaretto which was divine. The ekmek dessert incredible and the pizza fresh and delicious

Food was very mediocre, we expected much more given the photos on the restaurant's website. Also, what kind of Marina restaurant has no seafood?! Lastly, while the service was polite, the waitress misunderstood our order and when the error was pointed out to her she... just apologized (several times), without actually fixing anything or taking the wrong thing off our bill. Furthermore, the bill was much higher than any other place in Lesvos, without being worth it (e.g. we paid about 40% less at Nirvana the night before, for food that was WAY better and staff that seems to care much more). After a great sailing trip we went in the evening in the Marina Yacht Club in Mytilini. Waiters and interior were wonderful, nice international music from the speakers. Me and my boyfriend came to eat. Beautiful place and not much people. We were waiting long time, nobody came to us. We found a girl asked for menu and only in 15-20 min she brought a menu. We ordered some food. Also we were... sue Ching for this girl... My dish came in 30 min(2-3 mini sandwiches with black bread) and chicken for my boyfriend came in 45 min.l!!! 45! It was just chicken... Food is not tasty, chicken was with fat and with hair of chicken on top of the dish...🙈 No words. Girls that working there talking not nice. They was arguing with us, answering rude, they pretend on high class restaurant, but service and kitchen is not on the level they think... So, I recommend : think twice if to go there !!! Near yachts. Very clean. 10' minute walk from the port. And if the weather is good (sunny and normal temperature), it is suitable for outside walking through the vessels. In my opinion, non suitable for babies and small children cause of the vicinity of sea.

I love their detox menu smootie and the live music programm. Nice and relaxing view just in front of the sea

I visited the Marina yacht club a number of times during my stay. Its spacious, beautifully decorated, lots of room and amazing food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The menu is elaborate and plenty to choose from. Highly recommend and definitely visit again.

We went there for dinner. The staff is friendly and we got a nice table facing the seafront. Food was good and they have also a good wine list. Would go there again if I feel for some international food.

Beside being a perfect rest for sailors staying at Mytillini marina, it is a well good option for island visitors. Nicely elaborated menu with local and european kitchens. Well professionnal and friendly staff..

The nicest location to have a cup of coffee in town. It's very nicely decorated too! You can also park there free of charge

Amazing service!!! Amazing really! Good food. It’s the first restaurant I’ve ever visit by the sea that they don’t serve seafood!!! Hahah really guys? Why? But, they have vegan options at least... And do something with smoking, we could not breathe:(

We very much enjoyed this little restaurant while staying at the marina. Absolutely beautiful. Options for coffee, lunch, or dinner.

This restaurant is located behind the barrier in the marina. From the street side it is a little bit hidden. It attracts the upper class of all ages. It is a place to see and to be seen. And it is a very popular. The... restaurant is modern. It is also a little bit a lounge cafe. The menu is divers with European dishes like pasta, steak and fish. It also has low calories dishes. The prices are high for Greek standard, but cheap for people from The Netherlands, Germany or France. The food is excellent and tasty. If you are a member of the Marina Yacht Club you get a discount of 10%. Really a nice place for a drink or dinner with a nice view at the yachts in the marina. More

Very modern cafe/restaurant in the marina area. Nice selection of drinks and food. Pleasant seating inside and outside.

This is a short walk from the Olympias Hotel and the food was amazing and relatively inexpensive. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive.

Πληρώσαμε παρά πολλά και αργίσε παρά πολύ δεν το συνισταω σε κανέναν Δεν αξίζει σαν μαγαζί και για μια σοκολάτα 6 ευρώ είναι πολλά

Καλό φαγητό και πριβάλλον. Τα καλα σταματούν εδώ. Οι μερίδες έιναι απογοητευτικά μικρές, αρκετά ακριβό για αυτό που προσφέρει. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι απλά ανέκδοτο. Πολύ αργή, περιμέναμε 1 ώρα περίπου για να έρθει το φαγητό, συνέχεια μας έφερεναν πιατα τα οποία δεν ήταν για εμάς... και προκειμένου να πληρώσουμε το λογαριασμό περιμέναμε μισή ώρα. Δε μπορώ να πω ότι κάτι μας έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση , μικρές σχετικά μαρίδες (αναμενόμενο )... , το ριζότο με τρούφα λίγο παραπάνω έντονο από τα γούστα μας , τα ζυμαρικά μέτρια . Θα μπορούσε να είναι λόγω τοποθεσίας το καλύτερο σημείο να πιεις τον καφέ σου και να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Όμως και υπομονή να έχεις,δεν γίνεται ούτε να περιμένεις μισή ώρα για κάτι που παρήγγειλες, ούτε να νευριάζει το προσωπικό,και σίγουρα όχι να ζητάς δεν ξέρω... πόσες φορές χρειάστηκε, να πληρώσεις. Ακριβά, αργή εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ απογοητεύτηκα ροφήματα και σνακς, δεν το συνιστώ καθόλου!!! Βάζω ένα αστέρι μόνο και μόνο για τον ωραίο χώρο και την ωραία θέα στην Μαρίνα!

πήρα έναν φραπέ γλυκό και όλη η ζάχαρη ήταν στον πάτο. Πολύ πικρός και δεν μπορούσα καν να τον πιώ. Έδωσα 3 ευρώ στα καλά καθούμενα για αυτό το πράγμα.

Brunch με συνεργάτες σε μια από τις επισκέψεις μου στην Μυτιλήνη. Ένσταση στο σερβιτόρο για το πιάτο, με αφοπλιστική απάντηση «έτσι το κάνουμε». Υπέροχο κατάστημα ΜΟΝΟ για καφέ. Υποτίθεται ότι είναι benedict.

Εξαιρετικό μαγαζί υπέροχη θέα, καταπληκτικό φαγητό ειδικά πρωινό το οποίο σερβίρουν πολυ ευγενικές κοπέλες. Και σε πολύ καλές τιμές

Ωραίο περιβάλλον αρκετός ο κόσμος μέτριο το φαγητό που παρ όλη την βαρύγδουπη περιγραφή θέλει αρκετή δουλειά ώς προς το τελικό αποτέλεσμα

Mytilene Marina

After years of lying neglected and unfinished, Mytilene (or Mytilini) Marina on the island of Lesvos finally opened in July 2010 and now offers a much-needed, sheltered port of call or permanent base for yachts cruising the northern Aegean. In 2012 the marina was acquired by a consortium headed by the Setur company.

Situated at the southern end of the large harbour of Mytilene on the E coast of the island, the marina offers 222 berths for yachts of up to 20 metres plus a small area of hard standing for up to 30 yachts. The main facilities are in place and it is to be expected that further improvements will follow as the marina fills up.

Communication

Contact Mytilene Marina on VHF channel 71 prior to entry. Office operates 0800 - 2100.

The marina lies in the SW corner of the large harbour of Mytilene, S of the commercial harbour. Entry is either on the E or W side of the long detached breakwater that protects the harbour (using the W entrance avoids the usual insistent haranguing of the port police on entry to Mytilene harbour). Entry to the marina itself is from NNW and depths in the entrance are 5.0 – 6.0 metres.

This marina is a port of entry/exit.

Submit details about facilities for checking in - where to dock, location of immigration & customs, etc.

Marina staff will usually be awaiting you in the entrance (assuming you have called on VHF first) to direct you to a berth and help you moor up. Berths are either bows or stern to on laid moorings on the quayed breakwaters or, for smaller vessels, alongside on finger pontoons.

Services are still being organized in the marina, but currently it offers:

• Marina reception
• Laundry - via the mini market
• Up market Bar/restaurant in newly built Yacht Club (2015). Several tavernas just outside the gate.
• Toilets and showers
• Car parking
• Internet terminal

No boatyard but a small hard standing area for around 30 yachts. Lift out via mobile crane (up to 12 T).

• Manolis Skoulikaris runs a small service operation out of the Levos Marina Shop. He is very good and reasonably priced +30 698 237 7015 [email protected]

While car access is limited overall security is poor. The marina is used by the local residents virtually as a public park.

The marina is in a quiet residential area away from the bustle and noise of the main harbour. There is an excellent Eurospar supermarket 200 metres N on the road going into the town. There are also several pizza restaurants, cafes and pitta takeaways nearby.

Transportation

The marina is 10 minutes by taxi from Lesvos airport.

Current daily berthing price for typical 13 metre yacht Euros 44 (March 2013). Extra charge for water and electricity. At present (March 2013) the marina is offering selective 50% discounts for stays of anything from two days to 24 months.

• The director, Mr. Tsampodimos Ioannis, and receptionist Vivi are exceptionally friendly and the marina is a peaceful haven compared with the cacophany and (in summer) stench of the main harbour -- Athene of Lymington 09:45, 9 May 2011 (BST)

Haben wir sehr genossen dieses kleine Restaurant während des Aufenthalts in der Marina. Einfach wunderschön. Optionen für Kaffee, Mittag- oder Abendessen.

Das Restaurant befindet sich hinter dem Barrier in der Marina. Von der Straße Seite es ist etwas versteckt. Es zieht die Upper Class in allen Altersklassen. Es ist ein Ort zum sehen und gesehen werden. Und es ist ein sehr beliebt. Das Restaurant ist modern.... Es ist auch ein kleines bisschen ein Lounge Cafe. Das Menü ist für Taucher mit Europäischen Gerichte wie Pasta, Steak- und Fischspezialitäten. Es hat auch niedrig Kalorien Gerichte. Die Preise sind zu hoch für griechischen Standard, aber günstig für Menschen aus den Niederlanden, Deutschland oder Frankreich. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und sehr lecker. Dies ist ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Olympias Hotel und das Essen war toll und relativ günstig. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das ist ein sehr elegantes Hotel auf Lesbos Insel mit lecker Essen und das Personal war sehr nett. Es sollte versuchen werden, um in den Genuss Geruch der Ägäis und genießen Sie die klasse Geschmack der Ort.

Ein leckeres Essen und schnell Smiley Service. Wir halten es für die Nacht mit einem Boot. Eine sehr gute Anlage für Segeln Leute. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schön, aber nicht so tolle Musik. Schöne Auswahl an Getränken und wunderschöne Aussicht auf den yaut Marina. Die daquiry Strawberry war großartig!

Nach einem super Segelnreise gingen wir am Abend in der Marina Yacht Club in Mitilene. Die Kellner und das Innere des Hauses waren wunderbar, schön internationalen Musik aus den Lautsprechern. Super Menue, solide Portionen und nicht teuer. Speisen waren ausgezeichnet und obwohl viele Kunden waren,... da es keine sehr lange bis wir bedient wurden. The view is incredible the drinks and pizza are delicious. Had a cherry alcohol drink with Amaretto which was divine. The ekmek dessert incredible and the pizza fresh and delicious

Food was very mediocre, we expected much more given the photos on the restaurant's website. Also, what kind of Marina restaurant has no seafood?! Lastly, while the service was polite, the waitress misunderstood our order and when the error was pointed out to her she... just apologized (several times), without actually fixing anything or taking the wrong thing off our bill. Furthermore, the bill was much higher than any other place in Lesvos, without being worth it (e.g. we paid about 40% less at Nirvana the night before, for food that was WAY better and staff that seems to care much more). After a great sailing trip we went in the evening in the Marina Yacht Club in Mytilini. Waiters and interior were wonderful, nice international music from the speakers. Me and my boyfriend came to eat. Beautiful place and not much people. We were waiting long time, nobody came to us. We found a girl asked for menu and only in 15-20 min she brought a menu. We ordered some food. Also we were... sue Ching for this girl... My dish came in 30 min(2-3 mini sandwiches with black bread) and chicken for my boyfriend came in 45 min.l!!! 45! It was just chicken... Food is not tasty, chicken was with fat and with hair of chicken on top of the dish...🙈 No words. Girls that working there talking not nice. They was arguing with us, answering rude, they pretend on high class restaurant, but service and kitchen is not on the level they think... So, I recommend : think twice if to go there !!! Near yachts. Very clean. 10' minute walk from the port. And if the weather is good (sunny and normal temperature), it is suitable for outside walking through the vessels. In my opinion, non suitable for babies and small children cause of the vicinity of sea.

I visited the Marina yacht club a number of times during my stay. Its spacious, beautifully decorated, lots of room and amazing food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The menu is elaborate and plenty to choose from. Highly recommend and definitely visit again.

We went there for dinner. The staff is friendly and we got a nice table facing the seafront. Food was good and they have also a good wine list. Would go there again if I feel for some international food.

Beside being a perfect rest for sailors staying at Mytillini marina, it is a well good option for island visitors. Nicely elaborated menu with local and european kitchens. Well professionnal and friendly staff..

The nicest location to have a cup of coffee in town. It's very nicely decorated too! You can also park there free of charge

The prices are high for Greek standard, but cheap for people from The Netherlands, Germany or France. The food is excellent and tasty. This is a short walk from the Olympias Hotel and the food was amazing and relatively inexpensive. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive.

Setur Marina Mytilini – Greece – Lesvos – Aegean Sea

Our marina situated in Greece’s third-biggest island Mytilini, we have 220 in-water slips as well as 35 dry-dock berths on land.

Mytilini, is a Greek island with rugged terrain in the north-eastern Aegean. It is closer to Turkey’s province of Ayvalık than mainland Greece. It is the third-largest Greek island following Crete and Euboea. Its capital is Mytilene. It is the birthplace of Greek poets Alcaeus and Sappho. Barbarossa Hayrettin Pasha was also born on this island in 1467.

It has the bays of Geras and Kallonis and numerous coves and promontories. The most important lowlands of the island are Kalloni, Ippion, Perama and Eressos. Its highest mountains are Olymbos, Lepetimnos and Psilokoudouno. Although rich in olive trees, the island is also full of pine, spruce, plane, chestnut and beech trees. The western part of the island is barren while the east is full of olives and pine..

GREG- YACHTS is pleased to announce, opening of our new yacht sales office on the island of Lesvos, in the new Marina of Mytilini, as of August 2015.

Our yacht sales office, is located inside the Marina next to the Marina Office and directly on the Marina Waterfront.

Lesvos is the third biggest island in Greece.

Lesvos Island is located  in the north Aegean Sea opposite to Turkey, Ayvalik being the nearest town on the Turkish Coast.

Considered one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, if not the most beautiful according to many, famous for many of its products such as Ouzo, olive oil, octopus from Plomari, dairy products and many others such as the famous sardines of the Gulf of Kalloni.

The beauty of the Gulf of Gera and of Kalloni is second to none.

“Kalloni” by the way in Greek, means the extremely beautiful woman.

The picturesque town of Molyvos up in the north, the most touristic part of the island, relates more to a painting than to reality.

The million years old petrified forest of Sigri on the west part of the island, is another unique feature of the island. 

There are many nice areas of sailing and anchoring through the extensive coastline of the island itself.

Lesvos is reached from mainland Greece either by ferry, arriving to the capital of Lesvos, Mytilini, from Piraeus (the port of Athens), Thessaloniki and Kavala in the north of Greece. but also by plane from Athens and Thessaloniki or from abroad via the international Odysseas Elytis Airport, located near the main town of Mytilini.

 Furthermore there is daily ship connection throughout the year between Mytilini and opposite Ayvalik in Turkey.

Mytilini Marina is a new marina with approximately 220 boat berths, recently becoming part of the Setur Chain of Marinas.
