Description

Amassing an impressive length of 200'2" (61m), the Royal Hakvoort yacht offers an array of standout amenities and reinforced hull, and immense ceiling heights throughout. Five well-appointed guest suites and a dedicated owner's deck provide plush accommodations for 12 onboard guests. TOP FIVE II's voluminous interior was designed by Sinot Yacht and Architectural Design. Interior elements emulate warm and rich emotions by utilizing oak, walnut, and leather complemented with Italian marble and rich fabrics. Higher ceiling heights allow for larger windows, flooding the interior with natural light. The Royal Hakvoort living spaces were designed with entertaining in mind. Formal dining areas are featured throughout the yacht. The galley is an open, socially-oriented space, that is also properly adapted for the onboard chef. A glass elevator reaches all decks onboard, transporting guests to any of the 5 decks. The dedicated owner's deck features a private dining area and a foredeck jacuzzi for privacy and relaxation. The large king bed is surrounded by 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows allowing sunlight to illuminate the suite. Additional guest rooms offer convertible spaces to fit any combination of families, friends, or corporate charters. Each stateroom features large windows, providing a stunning view from every angle. One stateroom is wheelchair accessible. TOP FIVE II is also equipped with Starlink Maritime.

61m Royal Hakvoort superyacht Top Five II delivered

The 61m Sinot-designed Royal Hakvoort superyacht Top Five II has been delivered after successfully completing sea trials. 

The yacht has now departed the Dutch yard to begin its maiden voyage, which will see the yacht cross the Atlantic for Florida. It comes after the yacht, previously known as Project Sidney and Project YN 251 , first hit the water in April 2021 from the builder’s Monnickendam-based facility in the Netherlands.

Commissioned by a “passionate owner”, the yacht was sold in cooperation with Moran Yacht & Ship . Described as an “ocean-going explorer”, Top Five II is designed inside and out by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design .

“The owner’s spent five years researching shipyards to build his new yacht. It was the charm and character of this small bespoke yard in the heart of the historic city of Monnickendam that drew them in, and they decided that this is where they can create something truly unique,” said owner’s representatives Monique and Justin de Chalain.

The yacht features a number of standout superyacht features including a cinema room, large tender and toy store, upper deck swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and a firepit on the sun deck.

Accommodation is for a total of 12 guests and 19 crew with the guest quarters comprising five guest cabins on the main deck and a full-beam owner’s suite on the dedicated owner’s deck. Flooded with natural light, the owner’s deck includes a private dining area and Jacuzzi on the foredeck.

The interior is described as “clean and classic”, with materials including oak, walnut and leather detailing while Italian marble and rich fabrics create a “rich, warm environment”.

Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design partner Paul Costerus previously said: “The continuous flow and balance in the interior is something you can really feel when you step onboard.”

He added that the “immense ceiling heights”, at 2.3m – 2.4m, are the “most exciting feature” on board. “It’s a great achievement on a 61 metre yacht,” he added. Power will come from twin Caterpillar 3512E diesel engines for a top speed of 14.7 knots and a cruising speed of 12.7 knots
