'Delta One' is a 118'1 /  36m motor yacht available for charter. She has 10 cabins for up to five guests, a large beach club and a spacious sundeck with a jacuzzi and swim-up bar. She was built in 2017 by Dutch yard Mulder. Her interiors are fresh and modern, and they have been designed by Vickers Studio. Her rugged exterior styling is by Claydon Reeves.

Guest Accommodation

Delta One's  interior layout sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 rooms, including a master suite, 4 double cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

A charter on Delta One is comfortable and convenient thanks to the provided amenities, notably the pool, useful to practice your technique or just cool off. Even the most discerning of charter guests will enjoy the included beach club plus a gym with all the latest equipment is available for a good work out. Retreat to the deck jacuzzi and soak up the scenery.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, notably Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

She is built with Aluminium hull and Aluminium superstructure. With a cruising speed of 12.5 knots, a maximum speed of 18 knots and a range of 2,200nm from her 32,000 litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.

Set against the backdrop of your chosen cruising ground, you and your guests can enjoy fun on the water with the collection of water toys and accessories aboard Delta One. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Also there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Another excellent feature are two SEABOBs, that allow you to skim along the surface or steer under the crystal water and experience life swimming with the fish. If that isn't enough Delta One also features fishing equipment and inflatable water toys. When it's time to travel from land to see, it couldn't be easier with a Tender.

Delta One and her crew are available for charter this winter for cruising within the Mediterranean. She is also accepting bookings this summer on request.

ROCHADE Yacht for Sale

The 2011 Delta ROCHADE is a rare opportunity to buy a beautiful boat with top pedigree in immaculate condition. She is a 156' (47.55m) semi-displacement superyacht built with composite fiberglass construction. Her 8'2" (2.49m) draft allows her to navigate the shallow waters of The Bahamas, while her sturdy, versatile hull design, featuring a bulbous bow, makes her capable of worldwide cruising. With Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers, ROCHADE ensures maximum comfort at sea or anchor anywhere in the world.

ROCHADE has benefitted from a very generous operational and maintenance budget and schedule, which has allowed the crew to keep her to an extraordinarily high standard, most recently with extensive refits in 2021 and 2022. The MTU Engines underwent QL4/W6 Rebuilds in 2021, and come with extended warranties through FDDA. The yacht is also equipped with a SeaClean Soot filtration system, a WASSP Sounder 3KW for Wi-Fi sounding and off-chart exploration, and an ECDIS Bridge Navigation System with Transas 4000. For entertainment, there has been a complete AV rebuild with iPad control and Apple TVs, as well as a complete IT upgrade with a new server, CCTV system, Bridge switching and Starlink. Additionally, new Northern Lights 116Kw generators have been installed in December 2023.

ROCHADE's sleek and stylish lines complement her modernized interior. Her overall impression is high quality, comfortable and luxurious. There is an array of seamless straight‐grain woods, including European chestnut, walnut, wenge, and Macassar ebony, mixed with a monochromatic color palette of refreshingly earth tones and tasteful pops of color.

ROCHADE, a 156‐foot semi‐displacement motor yacht with composite fiberglass construction, is built from Delta's successful high‐performance hull design. As the premier US shipyard, Delta’s engineering and construction is of the highest quality.  Lloyd’s Register Maltese Cross 100 A1 SSC Yacht Mono GS MCH; Large Yacht Code (LY2) class and MCA compliant. Thanks to twin MTU 4000 engines generating 3,650 horsepower each that reach a maximum speed of 21 knots, she's capable of transoceanic crossing or cruising at faster speeds for shorter duration. With an incredibly versatile hull design (including bulbous bow), she is capable of worldwide cruising, including the shallow waters of the Bahamas and other hard to reach locations. ROCHADE is also equipped with Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers for maximum comfort at sea or at anchor and the latest bridge electronics.

Her lines are sleek and stylish to perfectly accommodate her modernized interior, including refreshes in 2021 and 2022. Her overall impression is striking and contemporary‐simple, comfortable, and ultimately luxurious. Walkthrough

Entering ROCHADE on the starboard side amidship, you go aft into the dining area and main salon. Aft to starboard is the bar area and to port is a large sectional sofa. With the large windows and striking blend of light and dark woods, the salon area is a very comfortable and relaxing place to be.

In the master suite, 180‐degree panoramic windows frame the room, creating a supremely relaxing oceanic oasis with a tranquil and luxurious head and useful private office. 

Below deck are four over-sized guest staterooms ‐ three with king‐size beds and one with two doubles and two pullmans to easily sleep four. Your guests will love these accommodations!

LAUREL’s clever layout offers both intimate social spaces and expansive deck spaces perfect for entertaining. The flexible cabin arrangement offers a range of options for guests. The full beam owner’s suite offers two private balconies, a service alcove, lounge, study and his and hers ensuite bathrooms – a true oasis on board.

There are several generous social areas to enjoy on board LAUREL. The library and media room can host movie nights or intimate cocktail evenings. For al fresco entertaining, she benefits from two generous dining areas on the aft deck and bridge deck, while her sun deck offers loungers and a jacuzzi to enjoy throughout the day. Her sky lounge also acts as a second salon for air-conditioned comfort with a view.

A wide ranging salon with a classic club design, glossy burlwood and large windows provide ever changing views of your destination. Oversized settees and classic upholstered chairs make this a perfect spot for aperitifs and conversation. The large TV screen is concealed by artwork which can be ready for viewing with a touch of a button.

Formal Dining Salon

The formal dining salon is located forward of the Main Salon of which can be closed off for intimate dinners. Up to sixteen guests can be seated at the high gloss bond wood table and leaves may be removed for more modest parties. Custom storage for all linens, China and crystal allows guests to enjoy an array of presentations throughout their stay onboard.

Master Office & Ensuite

Enter the main deck Master Suite by beginning in the private Owner's office. This allows the Owner to be efficient with business in the outside world while underway. Private balconies on port and starboard side are ideal for your morning coffee or night cap.

The sleeping and sitting area of the Master Suite has a warmth to her with rich fabrics complementing the natural wood textures and finishes; and is highly spacious. The entertainment system can be hidden when not in use.

The Master Ensuite is finished in antique travertine and gold leaf with his and her sinks and mirrors; a separate toilet room and double shower room.

BRIDGE DECK

LAUREL's bridge deck has an informal atmosphere and fantastic views. The aft deck has ample seating for relaxation and fun in the sun. Under the fixed cover is a large shaded area for dining and conversation. The aft deck dining table easily accommodates 16 guests. Under the fixed cover is a large shaded area for dining and conversation. Step through the double doors to the sky lounge, a favorite spot for breakfast. A separate library and media room is a cozy spot for reading, games or watching movies.

LAUREL's versatile top deck is outfitted for outdoor and indoor fun. Large sunpads and chaise lounges are located aft on the deck. Just forward is the Jacuzzi. An enclosed glass shower is perfect for cooling down after a workout in the well-equipped gym located in the center of the sun deck. The observation lounge forward can be used as a sitting room with card table or as a beautiful setting for an intimate dinner. The lounge area with wet bar forward is protected by removable sun sails.

Six guest cabins are located on the lower deck and offer a variety of configurations depending on guest requirements. The four king suites have bathrooms with twin sinks and showers en suite, writing desk and arm chairs. The two queen suites each have bathtubs and twin sinks. One is easy to set up as a children’s room with a single bed + pullman bed in addition to the queen. The 7th stateroom can serve as a massage / spa room (upon request) or as a staff/security room with a Murphy style Queen size bed and/or Twin bed inclusive of ensuite head with Jacuzzi tub/shower and double sinks.

LAUREL was built expressly for traveling the world in safety and comfort. The engine room is amazingly clean, efficient and set up for consistent maintenance.
