In December 2016, Piper’s Landing Yacht & Country Club completed a $7.3M clubhouse renovation and expansion project. The new 35,000 square foot clubhouse features a new Waterfall Grille, Pub 19, outdoor dining, a new Lifestyle Center with state of the art cardio and weight equipment, a room for fitness classes, a massage room, new meeting rooms and an expanded Pro Shop.

Top-Level Golf & Tennis
The private club at Piper’s Landing is a unique member-owned amenity with refundable equity tied to the home and not to a membership.
The golf course was designed in 1982 by Joe Lee and remodeled in 2007 by Gene Bates. It is a challenging design of 6,922 yards, offering plenty of hole variety and visual character.
Residents and guests particularly like that the golf course is wide-open with no homes sitting on top of it. There are five tee boxes with eight levels of play that are ideally suited for the beginner to the hard-core golfer. The greens are the biggest challenge to any player.
Piper’s has three Golf Professionals to help you with your game. Numerous reciprocal private clubs in the area inject added variety to your playing options.

An equity member-owned club.
Piper’s Landing is an equity member-owned club. Its equity requirement has two components: a non-refundable Capital Fee and a fully refundable Membership Equity Contribution.
The membership fee is completely refundable equity when a member sells his/her home. Several years ago the property owners association (POA) and the country club combined into one entity, providing on-going savings to members in sales and property taxes. Community policy includes mandatory golf membership.
All 302 property owners are a full golf member and each pays the same amount for refundable equity, non-refundable Capital Contribution and annual club fees. This structure creates a harmonious community with complete financial stability.
