2005 Sea Ray 390 Sundancer with only 471 hours on the main engines and 501 hours on the generator. This boat has been freshwater its entire life. This boat has had 3 owners and has had the following upgrades: Raymarine Axiom Plus upgraded in 2021 along with Fusion stereo, KVH salttelite TV, and four new TV’s. Batteries and engine hoses changed out in 2021 along with prop tune up. Sea Dek and buff/wax and bottom paint done in 2022 and bow thruster motor and bow thruster battery changed in 2023. The CHB, built in Taiwan are a popular trawler for those who are living aboard (loads of natural light, ventilation and storage galore) or are cruising the waterways – they are everywhere! OWNERS COMMENTS

We are selling because we are moving to Florida and buying a sailboat to cruise the Bahamas and Caribbean!! And since times are so weird right now, if it doesn't sell, we want to cruise Baja!

We have owned the boat for 4 years. We have done many, many upgrades where most were listed on the spec sheet, in January it got brand new bottom paint, all new through hulls & new cutlass bearings. Brand new fuel tank on the port side. The starboard fuel tank was cleaned and fuel polished. Exhaust system overhaul on both engines & brand new water coolers, oil coolers, all pencil zincs on engines replaced in November (2019). Recently replaced fuel filters. New manual bilge pump. Outboard engine on dinghy serviced yearly. Newer batteries maintained monthly.  New throttle cables. We have put on 2 brand new propellers, new packing glands, new water heater, new composting toilet, new rigging, lines and pulleys, new Force 10 stove & oven, we have re-plumbed all black water lines, brand new Casper mattress, new refrigerator (larger), new shower fixtures, re-did all teak on flybridge. Windlass repaired. We installed LED lights in most of the dome lights. Installed new reading lights near beds (forward). I'm sure there are more upgrades that i cannot think off the top of my head.

We maintained this boat to be a comfortable liveaboard and coastal cruiser, we don't use it as much as we would like due to my husbands work schedule, however we have mechanically maintained the boat. We run the engines and generator on a regular basis and take it out any weekend that we have available. We often anchor overnight in Glorietta Bay and have run the boat up to Oceanside numerous times.

We are not aware of any issues that will come up in the survey. We are confident that this boat is mechanically sound.

We have repaired all the windows. There are no current leaks on the boat. Water damage below windows were there when we purchased the boat. 

The boat is ready for LA, Catalina, or Mexico! Very mechanically sound. Electronics depends on your comfort-ability, we have left the depth sounder but there is no GPS. The VHF needs a new antenna but we are happy to replace that upon purchase.

Extra Stuff:  I have worked in the marine industry for the past 4 years and have many really good professionals aboard to provide advice & services on various things throughout our ownership. My uncle is a marine mechanic of 40 years and has helped to assist us with many projects. We have been told many times what an awesome vessel she is and that she is very well maintained.  We also have a large file box of ALL maintenance records, down to the original owners manuals. Prior owners have kept immaculate records and we have also done the same.

We are sad to let her go, but we are moving on to the next chapter of our lives and some crystal clear blue waters :)
