I have lived here nearly two years and I love it! The views and location cannot be beat for the price. You have great views of the bay and Brickell Key. The maintenance staff is amazing--super helpful and responsive, oftentimes coming the same day. Amenities are nice, with a great pool and a good gym complete with sauna. There's even a tennis court! Some may complain about the age of the building which might be older for Miami but in the grand scheme of things, is not at all old for a city. My one gripe about the building has nothing to do with the management but rather is just the occasional very loud noise from boats outside! The glass isn't thick enough to fully block it out. At any rate, I love living here!

Honestly baffled by all the terrible reviews of this building. Is it a fancy glass, super modern building? No. But with this building, you do get an amazing location with great floor plans at a reasonable price. Stuff might break down occasionally but the maintenance staff is incredible. We had an issue with our fridge 4am in the morning (ice maker started leaking) - maintenance came in first thing in the morning and replaced our fridge within the hour! Rafael runs an exceptional maintenance team. They management is also good about communicating when repairs are ongoing. Another standout in the staff is Ariana in concierge - she's been amazing since we first moved in and a great resource to the community! Always keeps it real and gets to know residents on an individual basis. I also love the diversity of this community- it's not just one kind of person living here. Neighbors are pretty friendly and respectful. But I do wish building management invested more into community events. Last thing: I will say, if you do get a unit close to the water, the views are incredible but just know you might get some noise from the boats.

I LOST MY 10k diamond Earrings in the lobby. One of the Employees found them and gave them back to me. WOW MOST DEFINITELY appreciate honest workers. THANKS A LOT

Would not recommend: * no security overnight; when security is here they do not check people in or provide much assistance to tenants * out of date elevators; frequently down resulting in a longer than average wait time; no AC in crowded elevators * inadequate package delivery process often resulting in several people looking for packages aimlessly in a small room; late fees and frustration * wifi does not work in the gym or lobby resulting in lost ubers and cancellation fees * frequent construction which does not allow you to work from home consistently * AC and water outages

Poorly managed building. The beautiful view of the water made it seem like the perfect place to work from home. WRONG there is constant construction, college students party literally to 4 in the morning on work nights and don't even get me started on all my missing packages. The maintenance team is amazing though, they're the only thing holding that old ass building together. Would not recommend to anyone.

At Yacht Club we will make all efforts to resolve any situation where noise level is louder than acceptable apartment living standards. It is certainly understandable that above average noise can be disruptive, and our team always works with all neighbors involved to address these matters. Our construction teams work 7:00 until 4:00 through the week trying to minimize noise after work hours. As for neighbor noise, resolutions will be looked at and offered as necessary based on review of any reports of loud noise. Please report missing packages to Luxer One. The Yacht Club at Brickell has ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER service. The desk opens at 12 and it is now 1 pm we have been calling trying to get a hold of anyone who can help us. No concierge ever showed up. When you call the number they have up it brings you to a third party company who cannot help you with anything. The staff is rude and unprofessional, could not give me any information about where my car was towed from the guest parking. This is incredibly unprofessional. When I asked security for help to check the cameras since there was no customer service staff available, he said that the cameras don't actually work and are just for show. I have never had such a horrible experience before.

We apologize if at any time you felt our customer service did not meet your expectations. If a car is towed it can be for several reasons, expired tags, no parking permit or overnight permit or not parked in a designated space. Our guest parking spaces are marked as such located on the first floor. After reviewing your towing incident it seems you were parked in an unautorized space. It's a nice looking building but poorly managed. My friend moved there within two weeks his motorcycle was stolen out of the private parking garage. The doors to the garage were not working so people came and went as they pleased. One of those people went with his motorcycle. This is the second bike stolen from that garage. They finally closed the garage door but as if to date the gates are still broken. Management was negligent in these thefts. If the gate would have been locked and there was some accountability for who parks there., crooks would think twice instead of casing the place waiting for the next vehicle to steal. For the rent they should have 24 hour Securuty available. I have yet to see them. Beware they need to really address this or more property will be stolen

It is the worst place to live. Take this review seriously. First of all I am having an issue with them has been for years, for some reason they show on my renters history that I have an evicition, it has been 3 years already and they don't take that mistake out!!! I can't rent a place anymore "thanks" to them. The worst part of that? They don't care. Try to contact them and you will find out how they care about you as a tenant: No one EVER answer the phone (and their e-mail contact on their website Never works either.. so imagine be living in place where you can Never reach the office). Now other issues as a tenant: are outdated, the worst apartment in the entire brickell. the construction noise, the traffic, the price is super expensive and not worth at all, you can find newer apartments updated for cheaper price, the gym was always broken and the employee (the cleaner guy) always watching me drooling while I try to workout in peace or go anywhere in the apartment (last time I went there few months ago the creepy guy was still there working), the apartment had always something broken and I lost the count of how many days I spent without a/c during the summer. in resume, run away from this place.

The units themselves were nice. The views are hard not to be moved by and the square footage is impressive for a town where square footage is scarce. The pool and the gym were similarly nice. The building as a whole is satisfactory. Make no mistake though, it is an older feel in there and it's an older crowd. For me, the aggravation caused by my first impression turned out to be too much to overcome. I wish the Yacht Club the best but I'm afraid the world will soon pass it by.

My boyfriend's company gave him six month residency in this building. He was given a choice of a few different buildings in the area so I figure I'll write a review in case anyone is in a similar situation. Now, I've regrettably never lived on the water or in a Brickell high rise since moving to Miami, but I now see the appeal of BOTH. His apartment provides a breathtaking view of both downtown and the water. I love just sitting on the balcony and overlooking it all at any time of day. The building offers an array of amenities including a pool with jacuzzi and BBQs, tennis court, playground, indoor racquetball court, public lounge area, and gym. One of my favorite parts is the market where you can pick up coffee, sandwiches, wine, snacks, and more. The location is great for runners as I love to jog around Brickell Key and the Viceroy. It's also super pet friendly and there's a small area for dogs on the side of the building. Things that aren't so great? Visitors have to find street parking or valet for $2 which can be a bit of a nuisance. As others have mentioned, there's construction all around Brickell and it doesn't stop on the weekends so if you're not a deep sleeper, you're bound to wake up. I can't comment on the bang for the buck since he gets to stay there for free but I'd definitely consider living here! Both the staff and fellow residents are super friendly and welcoming which is nice to come by in this neighborhood.

Great place, dog friendly on the water

Great location

Water proximity and easy access to transportation are the best! Facility is well maintained, but ageing. The worst thing is the construction next door. Everyone has dogs and they maintain the grounds as clean as possible considering. Love my building, wish it was a bit quieter. Can't beat the location for my family!
