The 168’ (51.2m) Feadship superyacht ACTA is now for charter with Northrop & Johnson. The luxury yacht will cruise The Bahamas, Florida and New England in the summer and The Bahamas, Florida and the Caribbean in the winter. Charters start at $235,000 per week, plus expenses.

Charter yacht ACTA is a Dutch pedigreed superyacht, designed and built with meticulous attention to detail and a plethora of unique features. Her $6.9-million refit in 2020 brought many upgrades to her already awe-inspiring interior as well as mechanical updates. Her shallow draft allows her to safely cruise the waters of The Bahamas and her Quantum Zero Speed Stabilizers promise a comfortable journey for all guests onboard. ACTA’s striking design elements showcase the dedication and attention to detail put into her build, from the signature “F” on her bow to the large vertical windows and stacked decks. Superyacht ACTA is the ideal choice for a charterer who expects nothing short of perfection.

ACTA’s interior is filled with a blend of woods, elegant glasswork and seventeen types of granites and marble coupled with custom Tai Ping carpets and silk panels, giving the yacht a variety of luxurious textures. Her main salon is expansive with plenty of seating options for guests and a beautiful formal dining area surrounded by wraparound windows. ACTA’s centerpiece, however, is the dramatic spiral staircase in the main foyer that spans two decks and takes full advantage of the enormous vertical windows. Port of the staircase is the stunning four-person circular elevator that features intricate marble inlays that create a Koi pond motif on the elevator floor.

Ten guests are welcome in five stunning staterooms. The entire bridge deck is dedicated to the owner’s suite, offering the principal charterer a one-of-a-kind experience. 180-degree views allow an influx of natural light and the private owner’s deck is the perfect locale for guests to lounge and dine in privacy. On the lower deck are four cabins comprising two identical king-size double cabins and two identical twin cabins. ACTA’s exterior spaces are centered around alfresco dining and lounging. Guests can head to the main deck aft for a casual meal while enjoying uninterrupted views of the cruising grounds. Her bridge deck offers more dining options and four sunloungers. Interior Design & Engineering

ACTA exudes a sense of elegance and tradition through her rich and classical design, instantly transcending you back in time. Designed by Joanne Lockhart from Yacht Next, her interiors are finished with touches of black walnut, myrtle burl and eucalyptus which are complemented by the use of rich fabrics and contemporary-styled furniture.

In the main foyer there is a spectacular four-person circular elevator, made from a monolithic pane of glass framed in polished stainless, making ACTA suitable for multigenerational charters. The dining salon offers spectacular panoramic views with a custom starburst mahogany table that easily extends to accommodate up to 12 guests.

Above the dining salon, ACTA has a club lounge, complete with large windows, a high-back settee and a bar, providing a place to relax and admire the view.

ACTA yacht accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins. The full-beam owner’s stateroom is bright, radiant and the epitome of luxurious comfort. This room has a considerable interior volume and basks in natural light through the expanses of windows. It comes complete with a dedicated his and hers bathroom, a walk-in shower, dressing rooms and wardrobes along with private shaded aft deck that is home to a dining area and Jacuzzi.

The remainder of guest accommodation is accessed through a stunning foyer on the lower deck opening into the four spacious cabins, consisting of two queens and two twins, all with large ensuites.

Unique to a yacht of her size, ACTA yacht has been designed with a shallow draft enabling her to cruise around the Bahamas with ease and Quantum Marine zero speed stabilisers ensure complete comfort at anchor.

Yacht facilities & Entertainment

Onboard ACTA there is no shortage of space to enjoy views and the sun with a range of outdoor areas suitable for every occasion.

The sun deck holds a 20’ tender and has cantilevered wing platforms on both sides. This deck area can also be utilised as a spacious guest area for sunbathing or stargazing at night.

On the bridge deck there is a small alfresco dining area, surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a light lunch while basking in the sun and views.

The main deck aft serves as the primary al fresco dining area with comfortable table seating available for ten guests. A settee, small table and two chairs provide additional seating options. With staircases on the port and starboard sides, this provides direct access to the recreation platform and serves as a launch pad for her range of toys.
