Heesen 40 meter motor yacht MAC BREW was sold by Costas Dimopoulos of International Yacht Company introducing the buyer and Hemmo Bloemers of Roccabella Yachts representing the seller, after being on the market for 210 days. 

 This Heesen Custom 4000 was built in aluminum in 2002, after an exterior design by Omega Architects . She is powered by twin 2720Hp M.T.U. engines, which allow a cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 24 knots. Moreover, MAC BREW has a cruising range of 3000 Nautical miles, and she is equipped to combine relaxed cruising and serious sailing under abundant weather conditions. 

Her contemporary and stylish interior, after a design by Diaship Design, can accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 capacious staterooms, each with convenient facilities. Furthermore, 3 additional cabins can be used as preferred, and MAC BREW features plentiful convenient facilities that safeguard the ultimate luxury yacht experience on board. 

MAC BREW was offered for sale in impeccable condition, and she is now beyond ready to take her new owners on unforgettable adventures whilst traveling in optimal comfort, safety, luxury, and style.

Compiled by Omega Architects,  MAC BREW ‘s interior is a mix of traditional design and contemporary décor. The main living space is decorated with wood panelling, while a modern open-frame staircase leads to the lower deck. The open-plan lounge and formal dining area are ideal for entertainment, and both rooms feature pieces from the owner’s private art collection. A cosy home cinema/media lounge offers on-demand entertainment and can also be used as a children’s playroom, depending on your needs. Sophisticated and elegant, the  MAC BREW  exterior was designed by Heesen’s team. With outdoor entertainment areas spread over its 3 decks, it has plenty of room for guests to relax in the sun. A closed conservatory on the aft deck is perfect for outdoor meals. The sunbathing with hot tub and barbecue is the ideal setting for relaxing afternoons with family and friends.  MAC BREW  also has accommodations for its 8-person crew that will be happy to take care of you and take care of your every need.

Performance

This impressive yacht comes complete with a modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion even during rough seas, and the yacht also has ‘at anchor stabilizers’ to keep things smooth even at anchor/zero speed. Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots with a range of up to 3,455 nautical miles from her 57,000 litre fuel tanks. An on board stabilization system ensures comfort when underway.
