The 24.97m/81'11" open yacht 'Georgia' by the British shipyard Sunseeker offers flexible accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 cabins and features interior styling by British designer Sunseeker.

Whether you want to soak up the rays on her array of sumptuous sunpads, enjoy a croissant and coffee as you take in the views or take a refreshing dip off her fabulous swim platform, Georgia is primed for outdoor living. Showcasing dynamic lines and sleek good looks, she's guaranteed to turn heads wherever you go.

Guest Accommodation

Georgia is great for families thanks to her child-friendly setup. Built in 2007, She offers guest accommodation for up to 8 guests with a layout comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin and two twin cabins. There are 6 beds in total, including 1 queen, 1 double, 2 singles and 2 pullmans. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Georgia benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter including air conditioning to keep your comfortable throughout your charter.

Performance & Range

Georgia is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure. Georgia comfortably cruises at 24 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 35 knots. With a shallow draft of 1.72m/5'8" Georgia can anchor closer to coves and sheltered bays overnight.

When not cruising Georgia has onboard an incredible selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to connect with the waters around you. Principle among these are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. In addition there are SEABOBs, that allow you to skim along the surface or steer under the crystal water and see a variety of aquatic sea life. Additionally, there are wakeboards so guests can show off at speed. Georgia has a Tender to transfer you from ship to shore.

Georgia is available upon request for charter this summer. She is already accepting bookings this winter.

We had 12 men on a bachelor party and this boat was an absolute blast for all of us. Emma and Artem were very good to deal with, very detailed and friendly during arrival and departure. We called to ask about renting the boat more time and communication was great and for a low cost Emma allowed us to extent our rental. Overall great experience!

Darion was an excellent host. Everything was exactly as listed and his boat is top notch. He made our group feel extremely welcomed and was very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend and plan to book another outing in the future!

These policies are in place to keep everyone safe and to help promote an enjoyable lake experience for everyone.

A DNR approved Boat Rental Education Certificate is required by the law. We highly recommend all drivers complete this course before checkin.

We are located just thirty minutes north of atlanta, georgia. lake lanier offers incredible views, excellent fishing, and great lakeside dining.  there are several parks for picnicking, swimming, and local campgrounds for your r/v needs.  lanier island resort and margaritaville is located minutes outside our entrance where you can enjoy many activities, like hiking, golfing, waterslides, and horseback riding. while you're here we recommend trying out all holiday marina has to offer:  boat rentals at aqua sports adventures, boat and yacht sales at singelton marine, and great fresh food at the twist orr where there's sure to be live music almost every weekend  holiday marina is your boat rental destination..

Great place to rent a boat from. Had an awesome time. The pontoon boat I rented for an afternoon was only one year old and in beautiful clean shape. It had an operational music radio. The staff were extremely helpful and nice and patient. They went over the map of Lake Lanier and offered a good tip to save our parking spot in Google maps to help us out on the water to find our way back in case there was some confusion. Thompson JT

We rented a pontoon boat for a full day on a Wednesday. Great experience all the way around. The check-in was easy and very well explained. The attendant Zack was very thorough in going over how to work the boat and inspecting the boat. The pontoon was very new and in excellent condition. Kicked off the Spring early this year with these guys. I have rented from them the past few seasons and they are always super helpful and friendly. You can't go wrong for a quick boating or jet ski run for the day. Austin and crew helped kick our boating season off to a huge success - all very professional and courteous. We rented a pontoon yesterday for a Girl Scout day out on the lake. In taxiing kids over to our campsite we lost the tube we rented. This morning we received a call letting us know they found the tube and would refund the fee to us. What a refreshing change it was to receive such kind and honest service. We booked a quick last-minute trip to Daufuskie Island to see friends who were staying on the island while we were in Tybee for spring break. We knew they were booked up but they made sure to accommodate us and it was so appreciated. The captain made sure we picked up some playful dolphins on the way over. The marina was only a 15 min drive from our Tybee rental and the boat ride over was about 30 minutes. Fantastic day!

Amazing experience and everyone went above and beyond! Had a smooth ride to Daufaskie Island, a great dinner once there, and a smoother ride back. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great tour of the swamp marshes and wildlife. Love the locals here and I can’t wait to come back!!! 11/10

We had an awesome experience. The weather cooperated, which we were a little worried about. My husband spoke with Willie and Rob numerous times and they were always helpful and courteous and never annoyed with his 1001 questions. We had the best experience here with captain willie! Booked a private charter for a bachelorette party and it was our favorite part of our trip to Savannah! So much fun and the staff was really helpful with our booking. Would absolutely come back!

We did the shark tooth island fossil hunting tour and it was so cool! You get about 3 hours to comb through the dredge island and find small shark teeth or possibly megalodon teeth. Me and my group found probably 15 teeth anywhere from really small to pretty decent sized. Another group that was with us found 5 megalodon teeth! Would love to do this again! There isn’t much shade where they drop you off so it might be preferred to bring an umbrella for shade and a small cooler for cold drinks and snacks.

About Carters Lake Marina & Resort

We are a family-friendly marina offering boat docks, lakefront cabin rentals, and boat rentals. Carters Lake is located in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, midway between Atlanta and Chattanooga. This unique lake offers 65 miles of undeveloped shoreline surrounding 3,200 acres of deep, clear water. The marina has a well-stocked ship’s store with drinks, snacks, and all the essentials for a day on the lake. There is a water gas and a pump-out station. There is a seasonal restaurant, please call ahead for opening days and hours. For our dock renters, we also offer boat service and repairs.

Providing Customers a 5-Star Experience!

We love coming to stay at the cabins at Carter’s Lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the cabins are always so clean and cozy. The lake and mountains are beautiful any time of year! Unlike many rental cabins in north GA, the road is completely paved all the way to the cabin and there is plenty of parking for your cars and boat. You get all the benefits of a secluded cabin and can still use the marina and are close to hiking and fishing areas. It’s also convenient to Jasper or Ellijay.

Amazing time on the lake! We rented the pontoon with water slide and the boat was very clean and well kept. Views were fantastic. Water was clean and beautiful! Staff was great also. Cannot say enough great things about this day. Our family had such a great time! Definitely one of my favorite days of our trip

We spent an amazing 3 nights on our favorite lake with our family and friends for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We rented Cabins 9 and 10 with lake views and they were very clean. It is so peaceful and quiet. We were able to bring our own boat and tie it up to one of their complimentary boat slips that came with our cabin. We ate at the restaurant Friday night when we arrived and Monday afternoon before we left. The hamburgers and fries are very good. Also, had ice cream bars multiple times😊. Denise is amazing and took great care of us. There’s fuel on site as well and a ramp right around the corner. We brought our own food for Saturday and Sunday. We never left the resort. It was really nice having a full kitchen. We spent our entire weekend boating, floating, fishing and beaching. The beach is very nice. This place was the perfect family summer vacation. We will definitely return someday. Thanks for making our stay wonderful Denise!

Easy check in and fully equip kitchen! This peaceful spot was perfect for a 2 day get away! Denise was awesome and accommodating, she was so helpful with renting a boat and helping with booking! Highly recommended place! The lake was so clean and was perfect for swimming!

Spent the weekend at Carter's Lake Marina, cabin 2. 3rd year of an annual boat trip with friends. Great hosts, pretty views over the lake from the back deck. Thanks to Denise and her co-workers, we will be back for year 4!! Make sure you drive and take in the beautiful view from atop the damn, looking down. A marvel of man's ingenuity!!

Quaint, out of the way marina and cabins. Well off the beaten path and surrounded by nature. Well worth the visit and stay. Beautiful area of NGA at the tip of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Staff is top notch, friendly and helpful. Great place for a weekend getaway or a vacation for nature lovers.

The Experience couldn't have gone any better! I rented a cabin and a boat both were immaculate and the boat was almost brand new. Denise was incredible and worked with us on a rainy day to ensure we received our full time on the boat. Highly recommend this place.

Carters Lake is absolutely gorgeous! We rented a beautiful double decker pontoon boat with a water slide, and it was a blast!! Staff was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. They also have cabin rentals.

Great people, facility, & amenities. A nice place for a day, or the weekend on a clean, calm lake that's not overcrowded. No homes on the lake, so daily use, but they also have cabins to rent. Nice getaway close to the city.

Carter’s Marina and cafe is just a great Summer get away. Stayed there for 2 nights in April, had lunch there yesterday, and my family and I are renting 2 cabins this weekend. Highly recommend.
