When it comes time to sell your yacht, Van Isle Marina can help. Van Isle Marina is pleased to offer transferable moorage through our Yacht Sales program.

The current market is challenged by moorage space. Marinas have significant waitlists, and as a result, boat deals are collapsing when there is nowhere to moor them.

Moorage customers who list & sell their boat through Van Isle Marina Yacht Sales may transfer their marina slip to the purchaser.

With this program, prospective buyers are incentivized to pursue your boat over others. Additionally, you receive a 100% moorage refund should we be successful in subletting and transferring your slip to the purchaser.

About Gateway

Gateway Marina & Yacht Sales is dedicated to providing a full-service experience for those interested in purchasing, servicing and enjoying their boat. Gateway Marina has been owned and operated by the same family for three generations; that's 67 years and counting. From bow to stern we have the knowledge and experience to take care of all your boating needs.

Our facilities are located on the scenic Sandy Hook Bay, across from Sandy Hook Gateway National Recreation Area. To the south, our marina provides access to boating on both the Shrewsbury and Navesink Rivers, while to the North lies Raritan Bay, New York Harbor , and the Atlantic Ocean. Our premium location has no bridges to slow you down and only a few miles between you and the deep blue sea!

Our marina features new bulkheads, new pilings, new racks, storage shed rentals, a state of the art captains lounge with a large deck overlooking the water, and much more! Come visit, have a look around and reserve your slot now.

Gateway Marina has 35 wet slips featuring floating docks with electric power and fresh water. They can adequately secure any power boat up to 45 feet. It also includes five Dry Stacks that will accommodate boats 16 to 40 feet (depending on the boat style). There are two new rack systems as of Spring of 2016 to accommodate the finest fishing machines.

Our Marine Wet Basin is comprised of totally floating docks for your ease of docking. The Wet Slips have full finger docks and there is over 800 feet of dock for dry rack customers.

We have completely new restroom facilities with indoor showers and all the amenities you will love. These include a family waiting room/captains lounge where your family can regroup after a long day on the water, enjoy a meal, or relax on our new water front deck.

In addition, we offer an excellent inventory of previously owned boats; ready to be launched and enjoyed. Our inventory includes models from many different manufacturers. You can browse our inventory of both  new  and  pre-owned boats.

All Pre-Owned Boat deliveries and Orientations are performed on the water at our Marina so you will feel confident at the helm.

Most importantly for you, we are a premier Yamaha Outboard Motor, 5 Star Gold, Full Line Sales and Service Dealer. Our technicians are factory certified, one of which holds a Yamaha Master Technician designation. We have many differnt models of Yamaha outboards in stock and can obtain any motors not in stock on an expedited schedule. We also stock Yamaha generators, pressure washers, and water pumps, as well as a large array of Yamaha parts.

We are your local source for Yamaha service, parts, and warranties.
