Four Lakes Ice Yacht Club Meeting News Our first meeting of the season is Wednesday, November 8, 2023 on Zoom at 6:30 PM CT. We're gearing up for an exciting ice sailing season, and it's time to plan our Four Lakes Ice Yacht Club Meetings. Here's an important announcement regarding our meeting schedule: 1. Zoom Kickoff Meeting:
The Four Lakes Ice Yacht Club plans to hold club races from January 15-16, 2022. We expect some of our out-of-town friends will want to join us. The Clarion Hotel in Madison will honor the iceboater rate for the "ISA Weekend Warmup.". The next update for club racing information will be on Friday, January 14, by 5 PM. Ask for the ISA rate.

The Four Lakes Ice Yacht Club was incorporated on January 13, 1921 "to promote and sanction the sport of ice yacht racing". Prior to 1921, Madison ice boaters were a somewhat divided group and there was a lively rivalry between Lake Monona and Lake Mendota skippers.
