Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 8 years. Maximum age – 65 years. Maximum weight – 270 lbs. For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests with back/neck injuries, history of seizures, recent surgeries, vertigo, diabetes, heart or respiratory conditions or high blood pressure may not participate on this excursion. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Waiver must be signed, and medical conditions disclosed. Bring local currency, as many vendors do not accept credit cards or US dollars.

Catamaran Sail and Snorkel - CM47

We did this excursion while on a Royal Carribean cruise. I would highly recommend this experience! The water was a little rough & I would not have been able to do the snorkeling part if it they had not offered a "guided" tour via a crewmember pulling a life ring that I was able to hold onto. They also have an extra wide ladder with a platform that is actually in the water - making it very easy to get in & out of the boat. The crew was very personable. It was a great time :)

Clean,busy friendly port.You have to walk quite a way to find a cab to the beaches.Very American vibe ..you could spend a day at the dock with shops bars and entertainment quite easily.Safe and reasonably priced shops.

Lovely layout lots going on shopping dining shows , swim up bars places to sun bath. Swim with dolphins but pricey can watch for free. Had a lovely ride on a open truck To the beach which was fab .

Really enjoyed the Mexican market in this port along with "frog's alley" shops. Kakaw chocolate was amazing and Nahomi was very helpful. She let us sample the chocolates and helped us find the chocolate bars we enjoyed to take home. She was very friendly and helpful.

Had Costa Maya as a port and thought that being near Playa Del Carmen it would have some surrounding activities to attend or just walk off the port but the only thing to do was to take an overpriced tour into the backlands. The stores at the port were heavily overpriced and don't believe the stores selling Vanilla saying it is pure Vanilla, we found most locations selling with alcohol and water rather than pure. Wait until you get to Cozumel to buy your shirts and goods. More selection and definitely better prices in Cozumel

Shops and port were very nice. Loved their decorative and shaded streets. The pool was refreshing and all areas were clean. People extremely friendly and not pushy. Nahomi greeted us at the chocolate store and gave us samples of any kind of chocolate that we wanted. We left with a great deal on 6 bars of their delicious homemade chocolate bars (being made right in front of us). Very smooth and creamy....dark chocolate not overpowering...love the tortilla chip flavor too! Gracias Nahomi!!
