Start your day with a reviving fresh juice on the master suite’s private balcony, followed by a delicious breakfast prepared by MARAYA’s chef just the way you like it, seated at the vast table on the upper deck aft with its elevated views of the surroundings.

The sun deck cannot be beaten as a sanctuary of calm, with its abundance of sunloungers, sun pads and jacuzzi. Perhaps a mid-morning break for coffee or mimosas is called for, in the comfortable shaded seating area of the main deck aft. Before lunch, the captain moves MARAYA to a new anchorage for the afternoon’s activities, so head to the Portuguese bridge for an exhilarating spot to take in the changing scenery, or curl up in the main deck lounge with a good book for a little solo time.

An informal lunch is served on the sun deck, in the shade of the hardtop roof. Then it is time to take to the water on MARAYA’s dizzying array of watersports toys. As well as typical options like wakeboards, kayaks and jetskis, MARAYA has a number of unusual ones for energetic guests. Spirited sailors might want to hop in the pair of racing catamarans, or you could try your hand at kitesurfing, jump on the racing flyboard and hoverboard, or dive underwater to test your skills on the Subwing towable board. The friendly deck crew are on hand to show you the ropes.

Retire to your room to dress for dinner. MARAYA’s master suite is a haven of tranquillity, with its own study and zen-like bathroom as well as the private balcony, which offers the perfect spot for a romantic sundowner. On the lower deck, a VIP suite, two doubles and two twin cabins with pullman berths can be found. Having had a full refresh in 2018, MARAYA’s luxurious interior is wheelchair friendly and features an elevator serving the lower to upper decks; her zero speed stabilisers ensure guests enjoy a calm, roll-free experience at anchor.

The sun having set, enjoy an al fresco dinner on the upper deck looking out over the twinkling lights of the bay or, for a more private setting, head to the formal dining room on the main deck where you will delight in the chef’s contemporary cuisine.

Charter Deal of the Week: The 54m CRN Maraya

In this series of articles, we take a look at the best charter deals currently on offer, as judged by our very own editors. What, Why, Where and Who forms the basis of the articles. This week we look at the 54.2 meter CRN superyacht, Maraya.

What is on offer?

The 885gt Maraya was delivered by Ancona-based shipyard CRN in 2008. With her striking, sharp exterior looks designed by Zuccon International Project she is sure to turn heads in every marina this summer. Her interior spaces is the work of Claude Missir who created stylish, loft-inspired spaces where guests will feel right at home.

Spread out over 450m2 of external deck space and 4 spacious exterior decks, Maraya offers her guests with an abundance of relaxation and leisure activity options. Her vast sundeck takes onboard entertaining to the next level with superb views from every angle and comforts such as a large dining table for 12 guests and a circular Jacuzzi up forward.

A unique sea-level beach deck has been designed in a way to have guests feel apart of the watersports action, yet still be protected from the elements with the option of also closing off the space completely to create a wind-free environment.

Why do we think this is such a good deal?

Maraya has been set up perfectly to present her guests with the ultimate charter experience. Her incredible exterior spaces combined with a relaxed and free-flowing interior creates the ideal environment for guests to leave behind the hustle of daily life.

The four double cabins and two twin cabins onboard provide tastefully furnished sleeping quarters for 12 guests, with the added Pullman berths in the twin cabins ideal for families with smaller children.

The master cabin located forward on the main deck makes the most of the full beam space available with a stylish study area, spacious and bright bathroom and a folding balcony to starboard blending exterior and interior seamlessly.

Watersports fun is another area in which Maraya excels. She offers an impressive selection of tenders and toys ranging from two 7.5m tenders, two Yamaha Jetskis, kayaks, Seabobs and also a 6.5m Freeslide allowing guests to safely slide sown from the sundeck into the water. Certified SCUBA gear onboard allows adventurous guests to join dive schools in the cruising area for a day underwater. A gym with treadmill, cross trainer and free weights is available for guests to stay in shape while living aboard.

Fitted with at anchor stabilisers, life onboard Maraya is always smooth sailing. Her highly skilled crew of 15 is ready to have guests feel at home onboard this summer with their friendly service.

PRESENTING MARAYA

Luxury motor yacht MARAYA is one of the latest superyachts launched by builder CRN. She is a 54-meter steel and aluminum mega yacht.  Her exterior lines are by Zuccon International Project.  Consequently, her naval architecture is by CRN Engineering.

The name of luxury charter yacht MARAYA translates as “many mirrors” in Arabic. It gives a clue to a central motif of the interior décor. Mirrored surfaces are used to bounce light around and illuminate potentially dark areas of the yacht and heighten ceilings.

MASTER SUITE

The master suite uses “magic mirrors” to disguise the 42-inch plasma TV in the cabin. In addition, another screen in the bathroom above the central egg-shaped bathtub.

This spectacular superyacht offers the very latest innovations in technology along with the rich and luxurious comforts expected from a charter vessel and an abundance of both internal and external spaces for her guests to escape, relax, and fully enjoy their freedom onboard.

The yacht’s contemporary styling and crisp minimal interior designs by “Claude Misser” present guests with elegant curves and strong vertical lines combined with exquisite materials and countless refined finishing touches. American walnut, the principal wood used for paneling, is married with a creamy beige travertine marble sole in the main salon and gay Pietra Serena marble in the owner’s bathroom.

If this new yacht’s interior volume belies her overall length, the room has been found for a treadmill in the small lobby at the top of the stairwell. An awning housed inside the radar arch extends to completely cover the open aft deck. The sundeck doubles as a touch-and-go helipad. In specific, for aircraft up to 1.6 tons and also for stowing jet bikes.

There is a playroom on the yacht, and it has sliding glass doors that open onto a swim platform that folds down from the stern bulwark.

The private balcony in the forward master suite folds down from the hull structure, which extends the size of the platform over the water. To allow natural light to enter the cabin, two glass windows have been fitted into the teak floor. These are protected with matching teak covers when the balcony is in use.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The new vessel’s accommodations layout features cabins for a total of 12 guests in the master suite on the main deck, a VIP cabin on the upper deck, and two twin and two double cabins on the lower deck. The main salon and dining room form an open space of some 100 square meters.

Heads turn as this new CRN superyacht delivers Caribbean yacht charters or motors in the Mediterranean luxury yacht charter marketplace. You regularly see her cruising along the French Riviera and along the Amalfi coast of Italy. Spotlight on innovation in Moscow

The Integrated Medical Information and Analytical System (IMIAS) improves the quality of healthcare delivery in Moscow by centralizing the electronic medical records of Muscovites. IMIAS not only facilitates easy access to healthcare services online such as locating the nearest medical institutions, scheduling an appointment, or accessing medical e-records, but also reduces the administrative burden on medical personnel. By continuously updating non-sensitive data from patients in real time, the system provides the authorities with key performance metrics like the number of patients, waiting times, length of visits and estimated cost savings, which can be used to improve Moscow’s healthcare system.

Vision and approach to innovation capacity

Along with 50% of cities surveyed, Moscow does not have an explicit innovation strategy . Similar to more than half of cities surveyed, Moscow approaches innovation capacity both from a holistic/macro level, as well as in specific policy areas.

Development of innovation infrastructure and innovative businesses : The Moscow Innovation Cluster is a platform for introducing innovations and developing cooperation between large corporations, industry, SMEs, educational and scientific organizations, development institutions and the city. The cluster IT platform unites the entire innovation ecosystem of Moscow and provides new and unique opportunities for interaction between its actors. The platform provides companies with tools to build cooperation chains and create projects that can gain direct access to all government support measures; tools to promote their products and services; tools to interact with authorities, development institutions and state corporations; opportunities for concluding deals by means of a smart contract system.

Human capital : The Profliner system allows to build individual educational and professional trajectories from school to professional implementation. Among the main features of the system are: identifying talents, providing access to modern tools for career guidance; development of individual recommendations in accordance with the list of relevant and promising professions in Moscow, the possibility of selecting additional education, conducting specialized events and internships; providing direct communication with the employer, as well as providing opportunities for students to prove themselves and participate in exclusive events from leading employers.
