The Bistro is The Bay Club’s main dining room, located on the upper level of the clubhouse. It offers magnificent views of Westshore Yacht Club’s Marina and beautiful Tampa Bay with floor-length windows and can seat up to 100 guests for a sit-down dinner.

Supported Layouts and Capacities

The Pool Deck is a perfect place to have a waterfront view of Tampa Bay, to watch the sunset with all your guests. It can comfortably accommodate up to 250 people for a sit-down dinner, and a maximum of 400 people for a reception style event.

The Port Room is a great room for a small intimate gathering for business meetings with power point presentations and a nice balcony to enjoy. This space can hold up to 24 guests comfortably and a max of 32 guest.

The Semi-Private Dining Room is located in the alcove of the Bistro. It offers gorgeous water views of the Westshore Yacht Club’s Marina with mid floor-length windows. It can be accommodate intimate luncheons, business meetings & semi-private dinners for up to 40 guests for a sit-down meal.

The studio is located to the far right, opposite of the bistro on the second level. If offers a great space for small birthday parties, baby showers and perfect as a bridal room suite. This space can accommodate up to 40 guests.

Carla and Bryan’s HoraLoca Wedding at Westshore Yacht Club

Between a family with long history at FSU and fierce ladies from South America, this was a wedding to remember! Carla and Bryan didn’t let a little bit of rain on their wedding day to stop them!

From masks, lights, and the flowing drinks the party went on all night. They even extended the party for extra time! Thanks to all day coverage, we were there until the end of the party!

Thanks to the quick thinking of the staff at Westshore Yacht Club, the wedding went off inside without a hitch while it stormed outside like no tomorrow. Just look at the photos and see how much fun this couple had on their wedding day. Definitely one to not forget!

Westshore Yacht Club Tampa Wedding Photographers

Wedding Photographer Steven and Michael had the pleasure of capturing the wedding of Jennifer and Eli at The Bay Club at Westshore Yacht Club in Tampa, FL! The day began with Jennifer and Eli’s wedding preparation at the Epicurean Hotel at Tampa, FL ! Along with the videographer, Mike from Studio Lemus Cinema Steven began capturing Jennifer as she had her hair and makeup was done by Rachel from Rachel Artistry ! We love how Jennifer wanted to get a few playful photos with her bridesmaids before she got into her dress and ready for the ceremony! Our second Photographer Michael met with Eli to take a few pictures of him getting ready! We then headed out to meet with his groomsmen to get Eli a quick shoe shine before the ceremony! Afterward, everyone headed outside to take some pictures in front of a mural then got some additional group photos in front of the hotel before we headed to the Yacht Club!

Once Steven and the bridal party arrived at The Bay Club at Westshore Yacht Club for the ceremony, we captured a few more bridal party shots throughout the club! Just before the ceremony, Jennifer snuck in a first look with her dad, and it was so touching to capture that moment as her father saw her in her wedding gown! Afterward, the bridal party popped open a bottle of champagne to get pumped for the wedding ahead! We took the opportunity to sneak a peek of the ceremony site, which looked Absolutely GORGEOUS! The place was decorated with the most beautiful floral arrangements by Carmen’s Flowers ! Along with the mahogany Chiavari chairs and floating crystal chandeliers from Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals itjust added the finishing touch! But what topped it off was the lovely tunes coming from the steel drums that were played by Lindsey Leigh Music Inc. !

Before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony! Officiated by the Best Man Jay, Eli waited patiently for his bride, and as she made her way towards him, handkerchiefs began to be exchanged!  So, as their friends and family looked on Jennifer and Eli read their vows, exchanged their wedding bands and topped it off with the much-awaited kiss. During the cocktail hour, we captured their family, bridal party, and their portraits as we took advantage of the gorgeous sunset over the bay!

When we returned, the ceremony location was transformed into the reception area and was in full party mode thanks to the great music from Our DJ Rocks ! The bridal party went straight into their first dances, which was then followed by the toast! Then dinner was served by the catering team at The Bay Club at Westshore Yacht Club ! After the great dinner, it was time to have some yummy cake from Hello Sugar , and then it was time to PARTY the night away! The evening was so great that even a young Eli made a cameo at his own wedding!  It was so hilarious when all his groomsmen began to dance with large pictures of Eli throughout the years! As the festivities were coming to an end, we sneaked our couple out to the pool for some fun night shots before they made their sparkler exit! After the exit, they boarded into their coach bus sendoff provided by First Class Motor Coach ! This was such an amazing wedding, and none of this could have been possible if not for the excellent work by Rachael and her team at Taylor Rae Events did such a spectacular job! Congratulation Jennifer and Eli and thank you guys SO much for letting us be a part of your special day!

Westshore Yacht Club and Marina

Within a 52-acre, master-planned community, the Westshore Yacht Club Marina is one of the only primarily in-water boat docking marinas in south Tampa. In addition to onsite marina offerings, boaters can access the community’s active clubhouse and resort-style amenities.

Acquired in 2020, the marina includes 147 wet slips accommodating vessels between 40 and over 100 feet, with unobstructed access to Old Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
