First a couple pros: The employees are great especially Waza, Tiffany and the maintenance staff. If something breaks, they fix it in no time (I once had my drier entirely replaced in 15 minutes). Also the apartments themselves are a great value for the location and size of the units. They partner with Bilt Mastercard so we get points on rent payments and have stayed in great hotels for free because of this partnership.

Great experience living here. The workers are helpful and professional. They are really good about informing residents about any changes in construction status or if there may be an inconvenience we might experience. I also like their community app. People are selling or giving away used things and they have groups you can join for activities.

Luis Diaz in maintenance came to help me with multiple service requests that I put in. He changed light bulbs, fixed the toilet, and some shelving that came loose. He is such a sweetheart! Thanks again for your help.

YACHT CLUB AT BRICKELL APARTMENTS REVIEWS

As indicated by other reviews, the view here is beautiful. But given the horrendous management, there isn't anything else good to say about this complex. Random water shut offs (frequently), constant loud construction (often in the morning hours), regular AC malfunctions. These things would be bearable if the people running this place were either friendly or competent, but they are neither. Avoid this place unless you hear that the management has changed.

I lived in this building for 2 years and my experience was amazing. Since I first contacted the property while I was out of State, Anne helped me out through the whole process and even after living there, she was always very communicative and helpful. All the staff members are amazing and generous. I can only express good things about the building and their staff. Will definitely miss loving here.

Yacht club has been phenomenal. The manager is incredibly professional and responsive. The views are fantastic as well as are the ammenities.

Well is going to be nine months leaving in Amli Dadeland on the east building, so far all has been excellent, especially all in the leasing office, since we are seniors sometimes we need xtra help, and always have been ready to help us. Maintenance guys Jose,Marcos excellent always ready to help. Security is good. Ammenities great. Very good location. My husband and I recommend this Amli 5 stars in every way. If you're looking for a place to call "home" this is the place for you! Andres from the leasing office is the Best!! He is super professional, responsive and was very helpful with my move-in. He made sure everything was ready and on point when I arrived. The location is central to everything you need. The views from the building are gorgeous and the apartments are beautifully put together.
