Cloudy skies or a slight chance of rain are not grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. If a cancellation or rescheduling due to bad weather is necessary, either the Renter or the Boat Owner must send an email to [email protected] stating the reason. I hosted my 50th birthday on this vessel!! Absolutely, positively an amazing experience! The vessel is absolutely beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room on this vessel for my 12 guests! The Captain Shane provided excellent customer service throughout the entire trip. He very responsive to any questions that I had !!! If you want an stellar experience, this is the way to go!!!!!!

53' Luxury Yacht for Charter in Washington, District of Columbia

I celebrated a milestone birthday with 9 of my close family and friends on The Black Howard. Captain Tettah was great and super accommodating to ensure we got the best photos and views throughout the charter. We had time to decorate, set up food, play games, and hang out during the four hour charter. The yacht is spacious and clean with plenty of space for our party of 10 people. If you're on the fence - don't be! - you'll for sure have a great time. For those wondering, the surround audio system was really nice, as he allowed us to connect via Bluetooth the entire charter. I will for sure book with Black Howard again this summer!

Luxury SeaRay Yacht with Captain | Explore the Annapolis Waterways

My group and I had an amazing time! If you’re looking to have a great experience make sure to book with Captain McCoy. The boat was very clean. Getting on board was simple and finding the dock was easy. Also enjoyed stopping in the middle of our trip to just enjoy the weather and laying out on the front of the boat. I’d definitely book again!

There are a lot of places you could go to but if you asked me I would definitely recommend Ricky to anyone and everyone, now not everyone wants to own a boat but everyone wants to drive one and feel like they own one there self this is the place to go I will definitely be back again and again!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about Lester and Captain Tey. I rented their boat for a surprise proposal. They were very flexible and understanding of the circumstances. They helped in coordinating the perfect proposal spot, played their part so my girlfriend did not catch on that it was a proposal, and made the entire experience go as smoothly as it could have. The boat itself looks even better in person. There is a ton of space that would be great for any occasion. If you're looking for a fun outing on the river, I'd highly recommend going with Lester and Tey!

I proposed to my girlfriend before the boat ride and we were running late. Captain Rod was extremely accommodating and added time to our boat ride so we had the full allotted time on the boat. When I book in the future I will book with Captain Rod again! It was perfect!

About this club

Long Bay Pointe Marina is a well-maintained and staffed port with easy access to Broad Bay, Linkhorn Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Chesapeake Bay. Just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel, members can access the legendary man-made reefs that make fishing extraordinary in that area. Carefree Boat Club of Virginia Beach even maintains the saltwater fishing license for each boat which means everyone aboard is licensed to fish - no extra paperwork or applications necessary! If your family enjoys watersports, the calm waters of Broad Bay and Linkhorn Bay are perfect for wakeboarding, skiing, and tubing. Or take a sightseeing cruise along the oceanfront and give the sunseekers a wave.

Marina Amenities

With ample parking and easy access to several bodies of water including calm inlets and bays as well as the exciting Atlantic Ocean, Long Bay Pointe Marina is the perfect place to start and end your day on the water. A world-class bait and tackle shop on site has everything you need for a day of fishing including insider tips as well as the best live bait tanks in the region. Two very well-maintained bathhouses are also available for members. Long Bay Point Marina is home to one of the area's premier restaurants, The Porch. Popular with locals and visitors, we recommend making a reservation to enjoy the sunset over the bay after a full day of fishing and boating. Elle & Co (an Aveda Salon) and Inlet Fitness are also located in the marina complex for pleasurable workouts with breathtaking views and atmosphere.
