Gulet Arif Kaptan C is 27 meters long and completely renovated in 2009. She has 6 Double, 2 Twin Cabins, thereby accommodating 12 guests, all in air-conditioned cabins. Each cabin has a separate WC and shower unit.

There is a spacious cushioned seating area, dining table and dining area at the rear of the boat. There is a separate dining table in saloon and your meals are prepared in a fully equipped separate kitchen. Arif Kaptan C Gulet has enough sunbathing mats and space for all guests. There are a TV, DVD and music system in the saloon.

There are separate cabins for the 4 crew accompanying you on your cruise. The Crew organizes all meals, cleaning, maintenance, and daily activities during the cruise. Safety and comfort of our guests is an absolute priority and the crew has been trained to ensure that. They retire to their own cabins once there are no more jobs or when you need privacy.

Within the hand-built, 27-meter hull are eight simple cabins including six double bed cabins and two twin bed cabins, all with private bathrooms with a shower and WC, and all with air-conditioning available.

All cabins on gullet Arif Kaptan C are located on each side and with access by stairs from the comfortable indoor saloon where a dining table and long cushioned bench seat offer a relaxed spot for meals, watching TV with DVDs, or listening to music. But out on the spacious deck is where the real gulet holiday life is to be enjoyed, either by relaxing in the shade on the deep bank of cushions across the stern, enjoying excellent meals at the outdoor dining table with its own curved seat, or seeking the sun at the bow or on the sunbeds on the foredeck.

We offer full board accommodation for your yacht charter. You can choose between standard, luxury or deluxe menus and pay between 55 and 85 euros per person per day. You can supply your alcoholic beverages or place an order with us. All service is utilized by the boat staff.

Most of the gulets are chartered WEEKLY from Saturday to Saturday, especially during the high season (June-July-August-September). Smaller and lower capacity gulets can be chartered for shorter periods. Low Season is in May and October, rentals can be made for any period. The boarding time on Saturday is 16:00, the following Saturday is the time to leave the boat at 10:00.

• In cancellations made 90 days or more before the date of entry to the boat, 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted from the paid deposit fee and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
• For cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before the date of entry to the boat, 40% of the total tour cost will be deducted from the paid deposit fee and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
• For cancellations made within 29 days before the boat entry date, the entire tour cost will be charged.

Food and Beverage

We offer full board accommodation for your yacht charter. You can choose between standard, luxury or deluxe menus and pay between 55 and 85 Euros per person per day.

You can supply your alcoholic beverages or you can order us.

All service is provided by boat staff.

Most of the gulets are rented on a WEEKLY basis from Saturday to Saturday, especially during high season (June-July-August-September). Smaller gulets with lower capacity can be rented for shorter periods. In May and October, which is called the Low Season, charters can be done for any period.

The time of boarding is after 15.30 pm on Saturdays and disembarkation is by 10.00 am following Saturday.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply, depending on the date interval in between approving and canceling a charter agreement;

a) If cancellation is done 60 days prior to arrival, deductible will be 20% of the total charter price

b) If cancellation is done 59 days or less prior to arrival, deductible will be 40% of the total charter price

c) If cancellation is done 15 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total charter price will be required.

She is 27 meters in length and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, in 6 double and 1 twin, air-conditioned cabins with en-suite bathroom. The salon which is also air conditioned, has an indoor dining area, bar, TV, DVD, music system and internet access.

The aft deck offers an al fresco dining area, which is tented for your comfort and a cushioned relaxation area. The fore deck has cushioned sunbeds available, for all guests. She has a sailing system, service tender, kayak, windsurfer and snorkelling gear. She has a dedicated crew of 5 personnel, to attend to all guests needs and is perfect for larger groups, wishing to cruise the beautiful Aegean coast of Turkey. Although it’s base port is Bodrum, it is also able to sail around Fethiye, Göcek and Marmaris.

How does charter Agreement work ? Once your chosen Gulet yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard Gulet Broker Yachting charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the gulet’s central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

Payment Options We will require a 50 % deposit of the gulet rental to secure your reservation in Turkey, this is payable by bank transfer. The remaining balance including food monies, is payable 5 weeks before departure by bank transfer or alternatively the full amount may be paid in cash on arrival.

Air-conditioned throughout, Arif Kaptan C gulet is 27 metres in length with 8 cabins 6 double and 2 twin air-conditioned and en-suite cabins. Each cabin has its own private WC and shower facility including a separately enclosed shower unit.

On the stern deck, she offers a vast cushioned area, dining table and a dining area with an elegant as well as practical design. It has a dining table, a fully equipped separate kitchen and a closed dining room and an air-conditioned saloon. When you sail or reach the shore, the sun beds spread out on the deck will offer you an excellent opportunity to sunbathe and relax.

This boat that is 27 m long and 6,90 m large is providing Blue Cruise services to our dear guests with its 4 crew members. Our yacht that holds 6 Double Cabins, 2 Twin Cabins , more elegantand comfy than each other with their own WC and air conditioning, with a total of 8 cabins. It possess a 280 Hp Leyland horsepower and a 22 kVa generator. A dedicated living space fort the crew, a fully furnished kitchen, indoor and outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing, and an American bar are available. There are enough sun bath cushions, chairs and services for every single guest. This yacht that is built to make our guests live the comfort, the luxury and the serenity at the same time, can reach a speed up to 10 nautical mile. BOOKING PROCESS:

1-  See how many persons you will be, what size of boat and how many cabins you need.

2-  Look at your budget and decide if you like to hire a Standard, Standard-Plus, Luxury or Super-Luxury boat.

3-  Choose the location, itinerary and sailing period. (usually the trips are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday)

4-  Send us an e-mail with that information, so we can make the best offer for you.

5-  After finding your perfect boat, we will send you a signed 'Yacht Charter Egreement' which you will sign, scan and send to us.

A down payment of 50% is required for complete the booking.

Once the agreement is signed, the down payment has to be done within one week. (7 days)

This can be transferred to our bank account or with a credit card via 'Mail Order Form'

Now your booking is confirmed. The rest of the amount will be paid at your arrival on board in cash.

BOOKING TERMS:

• All bookings are subject to availability. Your private boat reservation can only can be confirmed, when the down payment has been done.
• A private charter agreement will be sent to you, once you make a desicion on one of the boats. A down payment of 50% has to be done within one week (7 days) The remaining 50% will be charged in cash, at your arrival on board.
• Payments can be done in cash, bank transfer or credit card. (credit card down payments are done with a mail order form)
• You can change the dates of your cruise, only if the boat has availability for the requested dates. In this case the down payment will be valid.  Notice of a request for date change, must be received by  your-yacht.eu  in writing, via e-mail.
• You can totally cancel your trip by any reason. An administration fee will apply for cancellations. Please check the list below.  Notice of a request for cancellations; must be received by  your-yacht.eu  in writing, via e-mail.
• Cancellation 90 or more days prior to your departure: 25% of the deposit will be funded and rest will be refunded.
• Cancellation 89 to 60      days prior to your departure: 50% of the deposit will be funded and rest will be refunded.
• Cancellation 60 or less   days prior to your departure: 100% of the deposit will be funded as a administration fee.

CHARTER CONDITIONS:

• Depending on sea and weather conditions, the captain has the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary, to ensure the safety an comfort of all guests.
• Check in and boarding starts from 14:00 0'clock on your first day. Check out time is until 10:30 o'clock on your last day, service finishes after breakfast.
• During the charter, the engines will mostly be used. If the guests wish so; sails can be opened depending on the weather conditions.
• All private yachts and gulets are unique and different from each other. Therefore every vessel has it's own standard (super luxury, luxury, standard plus, standard) and it's own features of specifications, technical equipment etc. Please check the individual specifications of your boat on  www.your-yacht.eu  If your boat has power generators, air condition, water sports or other technical equipment please check the terms of use for those equipment. They may be limited to a certain time each day.
• The petrol for the boat is included in the price for up to 4 hours cruising per day. Petrol for water sports is not included in the price.
• Greece belongs to the Schengen area. Guests holding a non-european passport, may need a visa on tours to the Greek islands. Please check your individual situation.
