After an intense season featuring two dramatic love triangles , several engine issues , and many unique charter guests, Season 4 of  Below Deck Sailing Yacht  concluded with Episode 17 on July 10.

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck Sailing Yacht on Peacock and the Bravo app .

Find out how Parsifal III crew members Captain Glenn Shephard , Daisy Kelliher , Gary King , Colin MacRae , Mads Herrera , Ileisha Dell , Alex Propson , and Chase Lemacks ended the charter season by scrolling below.

Where do Daisy Kelliher and Colin MacRae stand?

The chief stew and the chief engineer acknowledged that they had "real" feelings for one another at the end of the Season 4 finale. However, due to distance, they decided to keep their romance more casual. "I won't see him for a couple of months..." Daisy explained in an interview. "I'm not saying there is no possibility for long-distance, but maybe it's just too unrealistic." "I want to, obviously, keep in contact," Colin said to Daisy before the two left the boat. "I want us to be open and honest with each other, whatever we're feeling. And then we can see where it goes."

The Below Deck Sailing Yacht  Cast Reflects on Season 4

  • Glenn Shephard

The captain dealt with multiple problems with the engine throughout the season. In the closing seconds of the finale, Captain Glenn revealed that there's hope for the sailing vessel to get back into tip top shape.

"I need a caterpillar complete engine rebuild kit," he said during a phone call. "Do you guys have one of those in stock? Seriously? Yeah, baby!"

  • Colin MacRae

Colin discussed the difficulties he faced, from the engine issues to his love triangle with Daisy and Gary .

"This season has challenged me professionally, it's challenged me personally. It's challenged some of the friendships that I've got on the boat," he said. "I feel like I need a little bit of time away from Gary. There was trust that was broken, so I've got to reconsider this whole friendship with him and what it means to me, and what I think it means to him."

Daisy Kelliher Bdsy Love Triangle

  • Daisy Kelliher

The chief stew had the opportunity to share both her high and her low from the season.

"Our team having such a great relationship, it just makes my job so much more pleasant," she said about the peak of her time on Season 4. Her low, she added was "Glenn on [her] back," though she later said that she felt "really lucky" to have worked with him again.

"Maybe I should be more open-minded. Maybe I should reflect on the person I am..." Daisy said. "That was very hard for me."

After his drama with Daisy and Mads, Gary left the season wanting to focus on himself.

Gary King, Daisy Kelliher, and Colin MacRae Reflect on Their "Awkward" Love Triangle

"People want what they can't have, especially me," Gary said. "Pity things didn't work out how I planned them to work out. Right now, I'm going to be single for a while. I need to reflect on myself a bit more... Let's see if that works out."

Mads Herrera

The stew decided that she wasn't interested in pursuing a relationship with Gary. She did, however, explore her connection with Alex. After kissing in the van on the final crew night out, Mads opened up about her feelings for the deck team member.

"Alex is flirty and fun and there was no drama between me and him," she said. "You know, he didn't make my life harder, so. I'm taking it one day at a time, and we'll see."

Mads Herrera Has a Really Surprising Take on Hooking Up with Gary King Over Alex Propson

Before she exited the sailing vessel, Mads also opened up about her charter season experience.

"A lot of things can go wrong living and working with people on a boat. You get to know people in a weird way. You know what their underwear looks like..." Mads added. "I don't really know what's next for me. But, if this taught me anything, it's don't screw the crew. It's just not worth it."

  • Alex Propson

Alex opened up about his experience working on the boat.

"I don't really regret anything from this season," he said. "You go through what you go through. I think that all the problems with  Parsifal and the speedbumps that we had to kind of go over to get to the end here, I think we handled it really really well."

Mads Herrera Reveals If She Regrets Going for Gary Instead of Alex on Below Deck Sailing Yacht

He also revealed that he wanted to see Mads after the season.

"I do really care about Mads. I hope she knows that she deserves better. But, I don't think I'm going to miss Mads much because I'm pretty sure I'm going to be seeing her again."

Chase Lemacks

The deckhand, who made amends with Gary on the last crew night out, had an honest reflection about the season.

"This season was a little rough. I wasn't the most tactful, I said some dumb sh-t," he said in an interview on the episode. "But, I've learned a little bit about myself, and I can see that I'm an acquired taste."

He then revealed what his plans were for the future.

"It's always weird finishing these charter seasons because none of us really know what's next. Hopefully, I'm going to hop on another boat and go make some more money."

A group shot of the Parsifal crew at their final night out at a bar.

  • Lucy Edmunds

The stew shared her appreciation for fellow interior team members Daisy and Mads. She then reflected on her work ethic.

"I learnt that if I get my emotions under control, I'm actually a very good worker — and people love me," Lucy said.

  • Ileisha Dell

The chef focused on her growth in the galley.

"I definitely pushed the boundaries of how hard I even thought I could work," she said. "I'm proud of myself."

See the cast get together virtually for a reunion in the  Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen  Clubhouse. The two-part special begins on Monday, July 17 at 9:08 p.m. ET/PT.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 4: "Lazy Daisy" "Capt. Glenn remains committed to improving the guest experience by insisting a stew go on all excursions. Daisy is frustrated after learning she’s a stew down while the deck team goofed off on the eFoils. Chef Ileisha’s perfectionism is thrown off when she faces her greatest fear in the galley and enlists Colin’s help. Gary claims his territory as First Mate both with the ladies and on deck as he sets his eyes on Mads knowing his deckhands are interested in the same girl."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 5: "Hate Me Tender" "Daisy is overwhelmed with the high-maintenance guests and struggles to ask for help, so a request from Gary sends her over the edge; when a guest injury occurs on the water toys, Capt. Glenn goes into high alert."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 6: "Clash & Burn" "In an effort to turn the charter around, Capt. Glenn takes the guests on an epic sail. Lucy makes a grave mistake to a charter guest’s garment. After Chef Ileisha continues to leave the guests waiting too long between courses, Capt. Glenn gives her honest feedback in the tip meeting that pushes Daisy's defensive buttons. Colin defends Capt. Glenn’s comments as feedback and not critique, which only heightens Daisy’s frustrations."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 7: "Smoke on the Water" "Another engine issue emerges, forcing Capt. Glenn to modify the plan and keep the returning guests entertained. With all the uncertainty going on in the engine room, Capt. Glenn takes control and points out the crews’ mistakes. Daisy and Colin make up after their fight as their relationship grows stronger. Daisy confronts Gary about Mads and claims he’s playing his usual games. Tired of the drama, Chase plans a night of drunk Twister and hosts a surprising yoga session. "

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 8: "Cheers to Boobies" "After Chase confides in Gary about Alex’s lackluster work ethic, Chase’s trust is broken when Gary tells Alex about their conversation. The crew pull off talent show #2 for the returning guests and surprise themselves with their interesting skills. Chase has a little too much to drink, and he upsets some of the crew, pushing Lucy to lose it and her chair at dinner. Daisy and Colin get closer than ever as they share an unexpected kiss."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 9: "Love Boat" "Glenn dresses up for the guests' theme night; he hopes his participation helps correct a jewelry theft hiccup and is on top of his crew to make sure the women have the best trip of their lives."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 10: "Loose Lips Sink Friendships" "The crew has the day off, and even Capt. Glenn recharges by enjoying Parsifal III all to himself and riding the eFoil; Colin saves the day clearing the clogged toilets, but he gets jammed up when his honest opinion strikes a chord."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 11: "Let Them Eat Cake" "Capt. Glenn notices the standards are slipping on Parsifal lll as the crew is exhausted with the mid-season blues. Distraught that Colin and Gary aren’t speaking, Daisy takes initiative and forces them to hash out their problems. Gary’s confusing behavior has Mads confessing her feelings to Alex. Colin tries to forgive Daisy’s discretions, but she adds insult to injury after she drunkenly confuses him for Gary. On charter, after anchoring in their first destination, Parsifal lll nearly drags into a neighboring boat."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 12: "T-Bone with Stakes" "Capt. Glenn notices the crew is slipping on service when a guest is injured, and interior doesn’t hear the walkie call forcing Capt. Glenn to up the guest maintenance standards onboard. After Alex and Mads confess their feelings from the start, Mads is torn between Alex and Gary. Shaken after a close T-Bone with a nearby boat, Gary is confused when his advances to Mads aren’t being reciprocated."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 13: "Hurricane Bonnie" "Captain Glenn reprimands the crew as recent slip-ups are directly affecting communication and morale; Daisy breaks down when she's proven wrong about the walkies not working; Chef Ileisha is determined to prove she can complete a 10-course dinner."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 14: "Boat Load of Throuples" "Capt. Glenn threatens to kick one of the 'throuple' charter guests off Parsifal during a drunken guest fight. Mads receives a wake-up call that prompts her to dismiss Gary’s apology attempt and more seriously consider Alex leaving Gary with a stomach full of regret. Unhappy with Gary, Alex and Colin decide to follow their hearts instead."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 episode 15: "Man Buns Has it Been Fun": "Proud of his team’s accomplishments during the final sail, Capt. Glenn believes his tough love made them all stronger. The crew celebrates their final night out and Daisy and Colin try to soak up every moment of it. Following tearless goodbyes, Capt. Glenn and Gary stay onboard Parsifal to pick up another charter season."

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 cast

Captain Glenn Shepherd returns to helm the Parsifal III. This is his fourth season on the series, but he's no stranger to the ship. He's been helming the Parsifal III for over a decade.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 plot

Bravo offered this synopsis of Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 and it gives you a good sense of what's coming in the new season:

"Capt. Glenn and his comeback team Daisy Kelliher, Gary King and Colin MacRae resume their responsibilities aboard Parsifal III, along with new, dynamic crew members, as they set sail in Sardinia, Italy. Capt. Glenn realizes that his laid-back leadership style has allowed his crew to become too comfortable and starts taking charge of quality control in the interior department, much to Daisy's dismay.

"In the galley, Chef Ileisha’s cooking impresses the guests, but her indecisiveness and co-dependency lead to time-management issues between courses, which causes her to self-destruct. On deck, strong personalities collide, and a power struggle results in a near mutiny, as Gary clashes with his new overconfident deckhand, Chase.

"Two overlapping love triangles further complicate the dynamics on-board, and a shocking hookup puts Colin, Daisy and Gary’s friendship in jeopardy. With a near collision, fire, crew rebellion, gruesome guest injury and two different potentially season-ending engine failures, this is the most captivating and unpredictable season yet of Below Deck Sailing Yacht ."

Below Deck: Sailing Yacht Complete Guide: Updates, Cast, Seasons

  • Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. More content below

When Below Deck sailed onto Bravo in 2013, it was a hit with fans. It quickly spawned several spin offs. Below Deck Mediterranean debuted in 2013. In February 2020, Below Deck Sailing Yacht premiered.

It followed the lives of “yachties” working on a 177-foot sailing yacht called Parsifal III. This luxurious vessel cruised the Ionian Sea. If you are a newbie, or just brushing up on this franchise, this Below Deck Sailing Yacht guide has everything you need.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Cast Members

Captain Glenn Shephard has been at the helm since the series debuted . He is relaxed until pushed to the limit. During Season 2, Captain Glenn assembled a core team that returned for multiple seasons.

During Season 2, Gary King served as chief officer, and Colin MacRae was the chief engineer. Chief stew Daisy Kelliher also joined the crew. Chef Natasha De Bourg , who had a Michelin-star rating, left after the second season. The guests may have loved her food, but Daisy was critical of her skills.

Chef Ileisha Dell took over the galley during Season 4. She prepared an elaborate, and time-consuming, 10-course meal. Chef’s kiss!

Memorable Moments

There have been plenty of fireworks on this franchise. And we have it all in this handy Below Deck Sailing Yacht guide. During Season 1, Chef Adam Glick and chief stew Jenna MacGillivray hit it off. Their PDA-filled “boatmance” turned off their fellow crew members.

There was baby drama after Season 2 when second stew Dani Soares announced that she was pregnant with Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux’s child. Jean-Luc requested a DNA test , which confirmed he was the father of Dani’s daughter.

And Gary participated in too many romances. During Season 2, he romanced both deckhand Sydney Zaruba and stew Alli Dore .

Then Daisy and Gary had sex between Seasons 3 and 4. During Season 4, Daisy also hooked up with Gary’s buddy, Colin. Yet Gary continued to flirt with Daisy. Season 4 became awkward in a hurry!

Gary was also involved in another romantic entanglement with stew Mads Herrera . But she locked lips with deckhand Alex Propson , too. Season 4 absolutely delivered!

Add in some nautical accidents, too. Captain Glenn hit the dock twice during Season 2. And during Season 3, a hazardous overnight squall put everyone in danger.

All in all, there was plenty of excitement aboard Parsifal III.

‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’ Season 4 Reunion Revelations: Where Each Boatmance Stands Post-Filming

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4 Reunion Revelations Where Each Boatmance Stands Post-Filming 273

Drama from season 4 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht did not remain on board — and the cast had plenty of issues to address during the reunion.

The Bravo special, which aired its first part on Monday, July 17, centered around the challenges that Captain Glenn , Gary King and Daisy Kelliher faced during the latest charter season. A noticeable change from the season 4 finale to the reunion was the distance between Daisy and Colin MacRae .

The former couple, who started a relationship during their time on Parsifal III, did not appear to be on good terms. Daisy hinted at a falling out between her and Colin before they virtually crossed paths after filming season 4.

“I am going to leave it to the reunion. I feel like he [has the most to answer for at the reunion]. I have a lot of love for Colin, but things are complicated,” she explained on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in June when a fan asked why she unfollowed Colin on social media. “I don’t need complication on my social media.”

Before new episodes started to air in April, Daisy also discussed Gary and Colin’s overlapping interest in her. “I definitely feel like [Gary] was jealous. The Distance Between Daisy and Gary

During the second part of the reunion, Daisy accused Colin of affecting her friendship with Gary. "You made me feel so guilty about Gary. I eventually stopped talking to him and stopped being friends with him," she shared after crying on screen.

Colin and Gary later noted that they wanted to work on their friendship — but neither seemed to have high hopes about their individual relationships with Daisy.

The Truth Behind Daisy and Colin's Connection

According to Daisy and Colin, they originally hooked up before filming season 4. The chief stew, however, accused Colin of being with another woman as well, which he didn't originally disclose. Daisy also claimed Colin told her several times that he wanted to be with her between seasons 2 and 3 — while he was in a serious relationship.

The engineer, for his part, blew off the "irrelevant" comments about their timeline, adding, "This is what nobody knows in the audience. This is why the relationship turned toxic because you can't reason with this woman. I have realized that and I ended things with her."

A-List 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Fans

After Andy Cohen asked whether any celebrities reached out to the season 4 cast, Daisy recalled getting messages from several Hollywood stars.

"I have had a few celebrities reach out to me. I am not going to name drop. But Christina Applegate had reached out to me after I had seen her — she had a nice conversation with Captain Lee," the chief stew shared. "She's a huge fan of the show so it was really exciting. And obviously Chrissy [Teigen] ."

Mads and Alex's New Normal

Mads and Alex confirmed that they have stayed close after sharing a kiss during their last charter. The pair went on to say that a romance didn't seem to be in the cards amid the deckhand's complicated love life.

Daisy vs. Gary's Management Styles

During the first part of the reunion, Daisy put Gary on blast when she questioned his work ethic.

"I think Glenn acknowledges and is aware of how much I do. But possibly he sometimes isn't aware of what Gary doesn't do. Let's put it that way," Daisy quipped. "Gary could probably manage better. He could probably lead better. This isn't about me, this is about Gary."

In response, Glenn noted that Daisy had a "good point" that he didn't know everything about what happens behind the scenes. Gary, for his part, said he stood by the hard work he put into season 4.

Chase and Ileisha's Relationship Status

"After the show finished filming, I went home and ended things with my boyfriend. Chase [Lemacks] and I were just there for each other and he supported me through a lot of hard times," Ileisha Dell , who had a flirty relationship with Chase , revealed at the reunion. "We kind of went back and forth. He came to Australia and I have been to America a couple of times. I even went to Charleston."

The deckhand, meanwhile, admitted that his connection with Ileisha had a major factor working against them.

"The reality of it is that Ileisha is one of the most amazing women I have ever met but we live on the opposite ends of the world," he added. "Australia and Charleston couldn't be farther from each other. There's nothing but love there."

What Happened to Ben, Emily, and the Rest of the Below Deck Season 4 Cast?

Here's what happened to some of your favorite yachties on motor yacht Valor after the show wrapped, including Ben Robinson, Kelley Johnson, and Nico Scholly.

preview for Here's What It Takes To Be On "Below Deck"

If you don't remember exactly what happened, here's a little catch-up to remind you: Familiar faces from previous seasons (Kate, Ben, and Kelley) returned in the high-ranking positions on motor yacht Valor. Sparks flew between the chef and the second stew, much to the bosun's dismay. A changing of deckhands occurred rather swiftly after the senior deckhand said one wrong thing too many times. Oh, and we can't forget about the chief stew's long-distance relationship with a female soccer player shortly after ending her fling with the yacht's chef prior to boarding.

It was a season full of romantic shenanigans, and yet, four years after it aired, fans want to know what happened to the season 4 crew. Did Ben and Emily take their romance onshore? Is Kyle still engaged? And what exactly happened with Trevor once he was kicked off the boat by Captain Lee? There are so many questions that need some answers, and luckily, we've got some tea to spill for you.

Here's a little bit of info on what happened to the season 4 cast of Below Deck :

Kate Chastain

The chief stew's third season on the show brought galley flare-ups and a long-distance romance. She also had Captain Lee in her corner, proving it's not what you know, but who you know.

As you may have already guessed, Kate's hasn't dated her pro-athlete girlfriend for a long while now. She also retired from yachting—and the show—shortly after the seventh season finale aired in February 2020.

Emily Warburton-Adams

When the young Brit joined the show as Kate's second stew, she never thought both the chef and bosun would be smitten with her. In the midst of serving guests, she found love with Ben and left the boat with a renewed outlook on romance.

She and Ben sadly broke up after dating quite a while post-filming, but she's doing just fine for herself. She's currently living in London, where she co-founded a catering company.

Sierra Storm

below deck season 4

Joining motor yacht Valor only a few months into her yachting career, Sierra got off on the wrong foot with Kate after accidentally missing her flight to the Caribbean. While she was green, she definitely held her own below deck, especially when deckhand Kyle got a little hot-headed at her for not reciprocating his feelings for her.

It's hard to say what Sierra's up to since the season wrapped—she doesn't seem to have any social media to give an update. But hopefully she's worked her way up in yachting and we can see her on the show again soon!

Related: Here's How You Can Get Cast on Below Deck

Ben Robinson

The OG chef of the sea, the Brit came onto the boat trying to reconcile his feelings for Kate, and the fact she had a girlfriend, after their fling went sour. But it didn't take him too long to fall for fellow Brit Emily, subtly wooing her and eventually dating her at the end of the season. When he exited Valor, he left with a new outlook on yachting and a girlfriend to travel the world with.

While he's not dating Emily anymore (they're still good friends!), his catering business in Florida looks to be thriving. And don't think he's still nursing a broken heart—he has a new girlfriend who Emily approves of!

Kelley Johnson

When Kelley returned to the series as bosun, he had a lot to prove to Captain Lee after his disastrous season 2 behavior. Although he initially had a rough time keeping his deckhands (and love for second stew Emily) in line, he eventually proved his worth to his boss and left the boat in a much better place (professionally and personally) than he did in the beginning.

Kelley's another member of the Below Deck fam who bit the dust and left yachting. But it's okay, because he's now a photographer with a long-time girlfriend.

Related: You'd Be Shocked at Just How Real Below Deck Actually Is

Nico Scholly

When Nico joined Valor, he wanted to work hard and play just as hard. No one told him about the wrath of Kate though, as he ended up in an epic blowout with her over a dirty crew mess. They eventually worked out their differences, but it definitely taught Nico who was truly in charge of the boat.

Nico's yet another cast member who left yachting—but not before he became bosun/first mate on season five of the series. He's now working in his family business back in Chicago and happily in love with his long-time girlfriend.

Lauren Burchell

As the female deckhand of the season, Lauren generally didn't find herself in tons of trouble with Kelley. Nico, on the other hand, had her heart until he told her he didn't reciprocate her feelings towards him.

Although it's unclear if she left yachting completely, one thing's for certain: She's now a holistic coach and certified physical therapist.

Trevor Walker

below deck season 4

Trevor made it clear what his position on deck was very early on, and the crew wasn't completely thrilled with him pulling the "senior deckhand" card on almost everyone, including Kelley. After getting drunk a few times and thoroughly insulting his boss about his service in the U.S. Marines, he was (thankfully) honorably discharged by Captain Lee.

Although he did end up becoming bosun on a 151-foot yacht in the South Pacific, not much else can be found about the deckhand. Hopefully he's calmed down a bit since his days on yachting TV.

Related: Below Deck Still Has a Sexism Problem

When Kyle replaced Trevor as deckhand mid-way through the season, he initially was a breath of fresh air who was an open book about his personal life. (His coming out to the crew in season 4 was a first for the series.) While he had a rocky time with resolving his feelings for third stew Sierra (rather angrily, we might add), he eventually proposed to his at-home girlfriend at the end of the season.

Although he's not with his fiancé anymore, Kyle looks like he's doing just fine back home in England. Sure, he might not be on boats at the moment, but given his personality, there's always a chance for him to pop up once again on Bravo.

Captain Lee Rosbach

Whenever Captain Lee appears onscreen, fans know he's all about doing optimal work on deck and not embarrassing the boat nor him. He had a lot of moving parts to focus on during the season, especially with his deck crew. But at least he had Kate alongside him, making things just a tad easier to handle.

It doesn't look like Captain Lee is currently running a motor yacht, but he's keeping his fitness (and health) in check, wearing a mask while lifting some weights.

Below Deck Season 4: Where Are The Cast Members Now?

Shivangi Sinha of Below Deck Season 4: Where Are The Cast Members Now?

Bravo’s super successful reality show ‘Below Deck’ has been keeping fans entertained for decades. The show follows a group of beautiful crew members working on a deluxe yacht while catering to their elite passengers. The fourth season of the show was filmed in the US Virgin Islands and captured the group, which consisted of old and new cast members, as they traversed across the ocean and got into tense situations owing to the challenges of sailing in rough waters or the clashes due to the interpersonal drama generated between the cast members. Since season 4 concluded in 2016, it has been a long time since fans have had any updates about their beloved TV stars.

Lee Rosbach is Working on New Projects Now

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Captain Lee Rosbach (@captain_lee_rosbach)

Captain Lee was one of the familiar faces on-screen and he focused on doing his job before anything else. His hands were full with the deck crew and their shenanigans but with Kate’s support, he managed to keep things afloat tactically. He continued to appear on the show till the tenth season but had to leave due to health issues.

However, Captain Lee is not going anywhere! Although he will not be returning to Below Deck, he has confirmed that he is working on a couple of new projects with Bravo. He has not yet revealed any specific details, but he has hinted that some familiar faces may be involved. Fans can be assured that they will be seeing Captain Lee charm his way through the screen again very soon.

Ben Robinson is a Private Chef Now

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Chef Ben Robinson (@benstogram)

Ben Robinson, the original Below Deck chef, joined the crew with unresolved feelings for Kate. Although their fling had ended badly, Ben hoped to reconcile his feelings for Kate but Ben quickly fell for fellow Emily Warburton-Adams, and the two began dating by the end of the season. This was the last time fans of the show saw Chef Ben on the show but he returned for the ‘Below Deck’ chat show ‘Galley Talk’ and ‘Beachside Brawl’.

After leaving the show. Chef Ben is working as a private chef and is traveling across America and Europe for his fancy clients. His Instagram profile is rife with photos of his delicious food and he made a post in May 2023 through which he announced his engagement to his long-time partner, Kiara Cabral. It seems like the new chapter in Chef Ben’s life will be full of glorious years for both of them!

Kate Chastain is Thriving in Both Personal and Professional Life

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Kate Chastain (@kate_chastain)

The chief stew had a lot of things going for her as she began the new season. She was managing a long-distance relationship with her girlfriend and managed to get into quite a few flare-ups through the course of the show. It was only after the seventh season of the show that she decided she wanted to try out new things in life and consequently left the show. Kate has undertaken numerous successful projects since her departure from the show.

Kate penned a book titled ‘Lucky Charming’ in 2016, a radio show called ‘Unapologetically Kate Chastain’ and a non-profit clothing store Genesis Boutique. She went on to co-host and take up the role of Executive Producer in Bravo’s Chat Room. Kate announced her pregnancy on her social media in December of 2022 and gave birth to a blessed baby boy in May 2023, whom she named Cay Sullivan.

Emily Warburton-Adams is a Digital Editor Now

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Emily W Adams (@english_ems)

Emily caught the eye of the audience as the second stewardess and the love interest of Chef Ben. The two had a relationship that lasted beyond the show but they decided to go their separate ways in 2017. Lovingly called, ‘English Rose’ on the show, Emily left a lasting impression on the viewers with an appearance for just a single season.

After quitting the show, Emily also left the yachting industry and she co-founded POWFood, a catering business that focuses on wellness and health services. She is living in London and is a champion of mental health and has openly shared the details of her battle with anorexia. She is also a digital editor and an influencer focusing on supporting campaigns for mental health awareness of young girls and women.

Sierra Storm is Likely Working as a Flight Attendant Today

below deck yacht cast season 4

Sierra’s introduction to the show was not as charming as she would have liked it to be. The then-26-year-old missed her flight to board the sleek superyacht ‘Valor’ and got into some arguments with Kate. This was her second stint in the show but fans were dismayed to know she would not be returning for more seasons. After exiting the show, Sierra went on to become a flight attendant for Vista Jet, where she worked till April 2017.

It has been reported that Sierra is currently working as a flight attendant for private aircrafts and is also catering to CEOs and politicians. Not much else is known about her because she chooses to keep her social media profiles private. However, we believe she has accomplished amazing things for herself and wish her the best in all her future endeavors.

Kelley Johnson Runs a YouTube Channel Now

below deck yacht cast season 4

Kelley Johnson returned to the show as a bosun and was able to redeem himself in the eyes of Captain Lee. His steadfastness in season 2 was not something that the captain liked but in the fourth season, he knew Kelley was a stronger and much more reliable deckhand. After leaving the show, Kelley was working as an advocate for young people suffering from depression or anxiety and it was during the pandemic that he decided to become a captain.

Kelley worked hard and rose up the ranks and found a new passion in photography that he is currently chasing. He also runs a YouTube channel called ‘The Military Guy’ where he shares advice on coping with the stresses of life and delves into his travel adventures. Even though we do not expect to see Kelley come back to another season of ‘Below Deck’, we can expect him to exponentially succeed as a captain and as a photographer.

Trevor Walker is Leading a Private Life Today

below deck yacht cast season 4

Fans remember Trevor Walker as an arrogant and difficult crew member who butted heads with almost everyone on the show, especially Kelley. It was his attitude that made Kelley demote him from senior deckhand and ultimately, Captain Lee fired him before the season could conclude. Following that, Trevor quickly joined a 151-foot yacht that sailed on the South Pacific in the capacity of a bosun. Not much is known about him since his grand career promotion. He was a hair model for Paul Mitchell before he joined the show but it does not seem like he picked up this thread. His absence from social media or any online presence has kept his whereabouts mysterious.

Nico Scholly is Focusing on Spending Time With Loved Ones

below deck yacht cast season 4

Nico Scholly had a huge and epic blowout with Kate at the beginning of the show but he caught the attention of the viewers with a personality that was somber and playful. He went on to feature in the next season of the show as well and he had been promoted to the position of a bosun. After leaving the show, Nico seemed to be a transformed man and he joined his family’s plumbing business in Chicago which serves residential and commercial clients.

Nico’s family also started a foundation called ‘The Tristen Scott Foundation NFP’ in remembrance of Nico’s late brother and it strives to bring awareness about organ donation to people. On a personal front, Nico has seemingly found love in his girlfriend, Briana Boyer, and the two are spending quality time with each other in Chicago. Nico has no longer kept his social media public and it seems he has transformed into a different person than he was on the show.

Lauren Burchell is Thriving in Her Life Today

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Lauren | Health & Happiness Coach (@holifitbylauren)

Lauren was the only female deckhand on the crew and she got on with Kelley on good terms. She had a quiet demeanor and was able to gel well with everyone else on the show; however, she did not come back for another season after the fourth one. Currently, she is working as a personal coach and she is “empowering women to shine”, as her Instagram bio suggests. She is quite active on social media and frequently posts about her food and lifestyle habits. It also looks like her love life with her partner, Oli Seymour, is thriving and better things are in store for Lauren in the coming years.

Kyle Dixon is Focusing on His Personal Growth

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Kyle Adam Dixon (@lordkyleadamdixon)

Kyle was a traveling bartender before he joined Captain Lee’s team as a deckhand. Impressionable at first, Kyle quickly started being disliked because of his unfaithfulness to his long-term girlfriend and getting into ugly fights with other crew members, He came back to the show in some episodes of the fifth season and had reportedly split from his girlfriend in a messy way. He was trying to reignite his relationship with his girlfriend and the birth mother of his second daughter when he came back to the show.

The Winners and Losers of Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4

By Elizabeth Cheema

Gary King

Below Deck Sailing Yacht is one of the more enticing Below Deck spin-offs, and Season 4 recently provided viewers with all the drama. The love triangle between Chief Engineer Colin MacRae , Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher , and First Officer Gary King captivated fans, and became one of the main plots of the season .

Captain Glenn Shephard returned for his fourth season to the delight of viewers, and Ileisha Dell was cast as the season’s chef. The rest of Season 4’s cast included 2nd Stew Lucy Edmunds , 3rd Stew Mads Herrera , and deckhands Alex Propson and Chase Lemacks . While some cast members ended the season as winners, others did not have such fortunate fates.

Colin MacRae – Winner

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Colin MacRae – Parlay Revival (@parlayrevival_colin)

Despite being involved in a chaotic love triangle with Daisy and Gary, Colin emerged from Season 4 as a winner. Colin faced heat for previously flirting with Daisy while he was in a relationship during Seasons 2 and 3. However, he handled his relationship with Daisy with maturity during Season 4.

While Daisy became angry with Colin for previously seeing another woman while he was hooking up with her prior to filming, he was honest. Colin was upfront with Daisy from the start, although she was not upfront about the time she was spending on the side with Gary. While Colin was certainly not perfect on Season 4, he deserves credit for his honesty.

Colin now has another girlfriend, while Daisy and Gary both remain single. And while his relationship with Daisy is understandably strained, Colin is still good friends with Gary, which is nice to see.

Ileisha Dell – Winner

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Ileisha Josephine Dell (@ileishadell)

Ileisha was one of the least dramatic cast members of Sailing Yacht Season 4, which deems her a winner in our book. She was not only easygoing, but proved herself to be one of the best chefs in Below Deck history . Ileisha was extremely patient, and truly went out of her way to meet the most specific requests of every guest.

One of Ileisha’s most impressive feats of Season 4 included the 10 course meal she prepared for a picky guest. She also prepared a pride-themed dinner for the same guest, which was really something else. Ileisha pulled out all the creative stops, even cutting watermelon into adorable unicorn shapes. Ileisha proved herself to be an amazing chef and team player. She was one of the cast members who really saved Season 4.

Daisy Kelliher – Loser

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Daisy (@daisykelliher87)

Daisy may have had high hopes for Season 4, but the Chief Stew unfortunately came out of the reunion as one of the season’s losers. At the start of the season, Daisy was in a relationship with Colin. However, this progressively grew somewhat strained due to Gary. The former couple finished the season together, but broke up by the time the reunion was filmed. Unfortunately for Daisy, Colin is now in a new relationship, while she is still single.

However, Daisy brought some of this upon herself, as she was not honest with Colin when he was honest with her. Daisy failed to be upfront about the time she had spent with Gary, while she and Colin were hooking up. Colin was understandably upset at this, and claimed that it was impossible to reason with Daisy.

In addition to her strained relationship with Colin, Daisy now stands in an awkward place with Gary. Daisy claims that Colin put a strain on her friendship with Gary, which suggests that the two will likely not date in the near future.

Gary King – Loser

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Gary King (@king_gk)

It’s no surprise that Gary is one of the losers of Sailing Yacht Season 4, since he caused chaos all season . Gary joined the boat a few days late, but immediately pursued Daisy despite knowing that she and Colin were now involved. It was evident that Daisy was not interested in Gary at that time. However, he nonetheless continued to flirt with her.

Gary also took an interest in 3rd Stew Mads. Unfortunately for him, she had no desire to pursue any kind of serious relationship. While Gary was able to remain friends with Colin, he did not have any luck with love on Season 4. As a result, he is one of the season’s losers, especially since he caused so much trouble onboard!

‘Below Deck’ Sails Into a New Era

With a different captain at the helm and new production elements, the reality show about charter yachts is switching up its style.

A man in a crew member suit stands behind a bar and tends to flowers in a vase.

By Shivani Gonzalez

Starting a new season of “ Below Deck ” can be similar to returning to summer camp as a kid — you know it’s going to be fun and that you’ll be in the same environment, but some of the people will be different and you’re not quite sure what the vibes will be.

This time around, in particular, feels that way because for the first time in the show’s 11-season run, Captain Lee Rosbach is no longer at the helm. It’s a pivotal moment for a franchise that has become one of the most popular entities in the sprawling universe of reality TV since premiering on Bravo in 2013 . The show’s appeal was built on endless romances between various crew members (“boatmances,” as they came to be known), horrible charter guests and some sort of passive-aggressive fight about how many shackles of the anchor chain should be in the water. And there was always Rosbach presiding over the drama as he trudged around the boat, reeling off one liners like “I’m madder than a pissed-on chicken” and “we screwed the pooch so many times we should have a litter of puppies running around.”

At the center of the show now is Kerry Titheradge (the stern yet goofy captain of “Below Deck Adventure” fame), who is managing the Motor Yacht Saint David with the cheeky chief stew Fraser Olender by his side.

With that change in captain, the energy on the boat — both onscreen and off — is different, according to Olender.

“Lee has a no B.S. attitude, which I love with him,” Olender said in an interview. “With Kerry, he taught me a lot and sort of forced to me confront issues directly with my team, work them out, as opposed to making executive decisions too soon.”

This shift in management style changes the central conflict — whereas the drama once focused on the captain swiftly kicking out any unpleasant crew member (as we might have seen with Rosbach), the drama now focuses on the whole crew trying to get along (since Titheradge gives people those second chances).

Additionally, Olender noted that the captain’s relationship with the crew can also affect the drama on board.

“Captains absolutely do get involved, whether they know it or not,” Olender said, adding that for the crew, everything is about “trying to impress your captain.”

This phenomenon plays out early in the new season when the lead deckhand, Ben Willoughby, called out a fellow crew member over the radios about not wearing a life vest — something he easily could have done in private. The drama that followed became an interpersonal conflict between the two of them, both with the ultimate goal of impressing Titheradge. (Of course, the two deckhands had kissed on the previous crew night out, which is more in line with the “Below Deck” drama viewers are used to.)

For “Below Deck” showrunners, the changeovers in the cast allowed them to rethink what the show would look like.

From the season premiere, it was immediately apparent that Rosbach’s absence wasn’t the only change this season: The filming is sleeker, the daily, multicourse meals prepared by the chef are given their own glamour shots and the cameras sometimes cut to the perspectives of yachties running around on deck and through the galley.

“Our showrunner, Lauren Simms, is an avid consumer of all different kinds of media,” Noah Samton, a senior vice president of unscripted current production for NBCUniversal, said in an interview. “She pitches us different ideas on how to stylistically evoke different feelings and change the mood a little bit of ‘Below Deck’ without removing what really works.”

Moving through the rest of the season, and potentially through seasons to come, Olender is aiming to bring a cutthroat management style while also bringing affection for his stews, all with his signature British humor.

On Bravo’s side, there are changes in the works for the other “Below Deck” spinoffs — including “Sailing Yacht,” “Mediterranean” and “Down Under” — which collectively, have 26 seasons. Specifically, Samton said that “Down Under” is currently filming and that even though fans should be ready to see new things, the show will stay true to its original concept.

“These are real yachties doing a real job so you have to stay within those confines because the audience isn’t going to want anything that is too produced or fake,” Samton said. “So we have to find ways to reinvent while staying true to the original concept of the show.”

And as Olender said: “I’m sure that every year if I were to work with this franchise again, that I’ll be thrown a collection of total chaotic and disastrous stews — that’s what makes it watchable.”

An earlier version of this article misquoted Fraser Olender, the chief stew of “Below Deck.” He said, “I also feel like Kerry this season. ... Lee has a no B.S. attitude, which I love with him,” not “I feel like Kerry this season, as opposed to Lee, has a no B.S. attitude, which I love with him.”

Below Deck Trailer: See an Iconic Real Housewife Rock the Boat With Her Demands

Below deck welcomes a sexy new deckhand, deals with a demanding real housewife and teases more dramatic crew drama and firings in e news' exclusive midseason trailer..

A Real Housewife is making waves on Below Deck .

E! News can exclusively debut the Bravo series' season 11 midseason trailer and, as the first look teases, the crew of the St. David might have met their toughest charter guest to date in The Real Housewives of New York City alum Jill Zarin .

"This is a buffet meal," Zarin tells the staff in the preview while complaining about the quality of her food. "It shouldn't be a three-hour meal. Make it better. Burger's cold!"

Jill's arrival comes as the yachties are feeling the strain from an already stressful season filled with multiple shocking departures , plenty of crew drama between Chief Stew Fraser Olender and Stew Barbie Pascual and, of course, some boatmances.

As Captain Kerry Titheradge notes, "We're half way through the season we're getting tired. This is the opportunity just to smash it. We've all had some ups and downs this season and it wouldn't be yachting if we didn't. We don't do this because it's easy. Easy s--t is on the shore."

As for the friction between Fraser and Barbie, their working dynamic doesn't seem to improve as the Stew notes, "Everybody here knows that there's s--t going on between me and Fraser."

Plus, Fraser bitterly adds, "I'd rather have no sleep than have to look at your face every morning."

But while there doesn't seem to be much hope for Barbie and Fraser, her flirtation with Deckhand Kyle Stillie is only heating up.

"I really like Kyle," she admits. "It's just like a fun, flirtatious...whatever."

And it seems not every crewmember will make it to the end of the charter season.

Below Deck airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo. And keep reading to look back at the show's most shocking crew departures ever.

If there's one thing to learn from Camille Lamb 's Below Deck firing, it's to not slack off on the job. That's exactly why the season 10 stew was let go by substitute Captain Sandy Yawn , as Chief Stew Fraser Olender continued to criticize Camille's behavior on board.

From being caught drinking while preparing for a new charter to partying at late hours and more, Fraser informed Captain Sandy that he had reached his "last straw."

"She's the common denominator in all of this," said Captain Sandy. "Great girl, great personality, but at the same time, we have to do what's best for the boat."

Below Deck Adventure 's Kyle Dickard was let go just three episodes into the reality franchise's latest series—which premiered in November 2022. After picking fights with his fellow deckhand Nathan Morley —as well as kissing crew mates in front of guests—Kyle was offered by Captain Kerry Titheradge the opportunity to resign so that his firing would not end up on his personal record.

Kyle took the Captain up on his offer and left the boat after just one charter.

Captain Sandy let bosun Raygan Tyler go during season seven of Below Deck Mediterranean ,  not only for causing the boat to  take a small hit while docking, but also for not stepping up to the plate as a leader.

But Captain Sandy didn't want her firing to discourage the bosun, as she told Raygan, "If I had the time and I wasn't running a boat this size, I would train you. I would teach you."

In addition to onboard romances and failing to follow directions , one of the biggest reasons behind stew Elizabeth Frankini 's Below Deck firing was her infamous laundry room accident , during which made a toxic mess when combining bleach and laundry soap.

"Unfortunately, I didn't know that was so toxic and I feel so bad about it," she told E! News of the incident in December 2020 . "You know, I do feel really bad, especially 'cause Francesca [ Rubi ] did say, 'Take it outside.'"

The bosun and stew were both fired by Captain Jason Chambers for inappropriate behavior after a night of partying with their fellow yachties.

Luke Jones was let go after getting into Stew Margot Sisson 's bed naked while she was drunk and unconscious. Laura Bileskaine also made unwanted advances on Deckhand Adam Kodra despite him telling her he was not interested in hooking up.

Jason made it known that consent was a must, and sent both crewmembers packing.

Tensions between stew Lexi Wilson and Chef Mathew Shea came to a head during an explosive dinner fight on season six of Below Deck Mediterranean , during which Lexi told Matt that his parents "should've aborted you." That was the last straw for Captain Sandy, who fired her not long after the incident.

Deckhand Tom Pearson said "bon voyage" to Below Deck Sailing Yacht after getting let go by Captain Glenn Shephard . Tom hit his last strike with the Captain after failing to report that the boat's anchor was dragging during heavy winds one night, causing a potential safety risk for everyone on board.

"It had to be done. It was such a grievous thing that he dropped the ball there, he had to go, and we had to just be man down and live with it, you know?" Captain Glenn said of the decision  on Watch What Happens Live. "So, obviously, you don't want to do that, but yeah, it had to happen."

Some people are picky eaters, but Below Deck Down Under' s Ryan McKeown was quite the picky chef, as he would judge guests'  food requests  and fail to take  criticism from Captain Jason Chambers , as well.

Perhaps Ryan's Below Deck exit is one of the franchise's most memorable, as he mooned Jason and viewers on his way off the boat.

Below Deck Down Under stew Magda Ziomek 's firing was another case of slacking on the job. After constantly being on her phone texting or video chatting with her boyfriend, Chief Stew Aesha Scott decided to replace Magda before the end of the charter season.

Below Deck Mediterranean 's Peter Hunziker was fired from the series in June 2020 after he shared an offensive post on social media.

"Peter Hunziker of Below Deck Mediterranean has been terminated for his racist post," Bravo wrote in a statement at the time. "Bravo and 51 Minds are editing the show to minimize his appearance for subsequent episodes."

Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier was let go by Captain Sandy on Below Deck Mediterranean after boson Malia White discovered her co-star possessed undeclared Valium and a vape pen, the former of which Hannah claimed was for her anxiety.

"If I could do it all over again, I would've just declared them as soon as I came on board," Hannah stated in an August 2020 interview with E! News. "It was definitely not something that was intentional. I wasn't trying to hide anything.

Below Deck Mediterranean 's Delaney Evans left just as quickly as she arrived. After initially being brought on during season six to help out Chief Stew Katie Flood , Katie determined that Delaney was doing more harm than good, choosing to let her go after just one charter.

"I think she was overwhelmed with the situation, and I think that, you know, in her mind, the best solution to the situation was just to go back to what they had before," Delaney told Bravo Insider of Katie's decision. "I think she was just overwhelmed with everything that was going on and all the feedback she was getting."

Deckhand Shane Coopersmith was a bit in over his head on season eight of Below Deck , as he was let go for failing to know basic skills, reporting late for duty and taking naps on the job.

Chaos in the kitchen led to Captain Lee Rosbach letting Chef Leon Walker go on season three of Below Deck . After an oven fire broke out , Lee placed the blame on Chief Stew Kate Chastain but was ultimately the one sent home.

Like several of the franchise's stars, Below Deck 's Chris Brown  was fired  during season five for failing to fully perform his duties. After being let go by Captain Lee, Chris shared some parting words as he left the boat, stating , "Who gives a s--t?"

Chef Mila Kolomeitseva was fired by Captain Sandy on season four of Below Deck Mediterranean after failing to use her cooking skills to produce top-quality food for guests—including some not-so-nice nachos .

"Of course it makes me feel awful," Mila said of her departure . "People like me who have big egos sometimes have to be put down to earth a little bit. But it makes me feel like I want to work even harder."

Sometimes people just don't work well together. That's exactly why Captain Lee fired Chandler Brooks during season six of Below Deck , telling the boson, "I don't think it's a good fit."

Screen Rant

8 below deck stews who never listened to their chief stews.

Some Below Deck Stews have shown such disrespect for the hierarchy and irresponsible behavior that they had to be removed from the yacht.

  • Some Below Deck cast members, like Tom Pearson and Leon Walker, were uncooperative and were fired for their bad behavior.
  • Alissa Humber, June Foster, and Magda Ziomek were difficult stews and disrespected their Chief Stews, leading to their eventual dismissal from the crew.
  • Camille Lamb, Lexi Wilson, and Elizabeth Frankini were other Stews who caused drama and were eventually let go for their actions.

Below Deck has featured many uncooperative cast members over the years, a few of whom have been Stews. The Bravo series allows many new faces to showcase their personality on reality TV every year. Some leave a mark, while others become known for being the worst cast members ever. Tom Pearson from Below Deck Sailing Yacht was one such example. The former Deckhand was mean to Ashley Marti and Gary King. He was also immature and had too much alcohol on the boat. Therefore, Captain Glenn Shephard fired Tom, ensuring his crew on Parsifal III remained peaceful and friendly.

Leon Walker from Below Deck season 3 was also unsuitable for his job. The private Chef joined the Bravo series to showcase his culinary skills. However, he messed up badly and never admitted his mistakes. One episode showed Leon starting a fire in the galley . He blamed the greasy pans for his error and kept lying until the end, pushing Captain Lee Rosbach to fire him. Unfortunately, not all bad crew members get sacked for their actions. Some get another chance to prove themselves. A few examples include Kyle Viljoen, Natalya Scudder, and Tumi Mhlongo.

20 Best Reality TV Shows Right Now

8 alissa humber, below deck season 10.

Stews are a crucial part of luxury yachts. They take care of the guests and ensure everyone is happy. Sadly, not all Stews are good at their jobs. Some, like Alissa Humber, are bad and don’t listen to their seniors. When Alissa debuted in the series , she portrayed herself as a skilled worker. However, it didn’t take long for Stew to show her true colors and become disrespectful towards her seniors. Apart from acting superior to others, Alissa argued with her co-star, Camille Lamb .

The drama between Alissa and Camille didn’t conclude quickly enough. The Captain and Chief Stew Fraser Olender got tired of both of them. At one point, Alissa even referred to Captain Sandy Yawn by her first name, which was unacceptable. Ultimately, the Captain had to let Camille and Alissa go due to their disrespectful behaviors. As per a Q&A session (via Bravo ), Fraser discussed the situation and let fans know his opinion of Alissa and Camille’s feud.

Fraser said, “I saw the fighting as quite childish.”

7 Raquel “Rocky” Dakota

Below deck season 3.

Raquel “Rocky” Dakota was also a disobedient worker. The Californian woman concluded the season without strikes but crossed the line numerous times. At one point, she stripped down and tried to board another yacht. On another occasion, she complained about her Chief Stew’s orders and her work. The rivalry between Rocky and her Chief Stew Kate Chastain didn’t end with the season. When the two ladies reunited at Watch What Happens Live , they made harsh comments about each other. Kate told Rocky she wasn’t “the best yachtie.”

Many viewers also despised Rocky a lot. Per a Reddit thread, kresbok , the junior Stew is “obnoxious,” “ridiculous, coddled,” and an attention seeker.

Someone wrote, “her work ethic had me begging Captain Lee to fire her,” adding that Rocky’s behavior is simply unacceptable.

Another Reddit user commented, “between Leon and Rocky, I think this was the season that broke Kate.” Fans are right to think that Below Deck season 3 was the toughest one for the former Chief Stew.

9 Below Deck Franchise Deckhands Who Came Off As Lazy

6 june foster, below deck mediterranean season 4.

June Foster never listened to her Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier or other seniors in Below Deck Mediterranean season 4. Captain Sandy hired her to replace Anastasia Surmava. However, she soon realized she had made a big mistake and fired her. June was never a good addition to the crew. On top of that, she had behavioral problems, which became evident when she got angry at Captain Sandy for letting her go. One of June’s worst habits was her lack of concern for Chief Stew’s orders .

During June’s stint on Below Deck , viewers noticed that she purposely chose not to answer Chief Stew, Hannah, on the radio . She ignored her and made new excuses for not responding to her. Hannah even took to X to share her opinion of June.

Hannah wrote, “‘maybe I can’t understand my name’ is by far my favorite excuse in 4 seasons of #belowdeckmed.”

The worst part about June’s careless attitude was that she didn’t see her fault. She simply wanted people to leave her alone.

5 Magda Ziomek

Below deck down under season 1 & 2.

Magda Ziomek from Below Deck Down Under season 1 was another bad stew who got herself fired. The Polish native was too occupied with having fun on the yacht to care about other things. She was also very busy texting her long-distance boyfriend rather than finishing tasks on the yacht. Magda was so terrible at her job that Aesha Scott went out of her way to fire her. The Chief Stew couldn’t handle her third Stew’s lack of concern for her duties like laundry and service.

Aesha had to fire Magda because keeping her in the boat hurt her reputation as the Chief Stew. Since she was responsible for managing all the Stews, the burden of all the complaints fell on her shoulders. In one instance, Captain Jason Chambers noticed how the laundry room was a mess . He later complained that Magda used most of the boat’s limited internet data. If Aesha had let Magda stay on the yacht, it wouldn’t have bode well for her.

What Happened To Captain Mark Howard After Below Deck Mediterranean Season 1?

4 elizabeth frankini, below deck season 8.

Elizabeth Frankini initially looked like a hardworking Stew. However, she showed her real personality during the episodes, which led Chief Stew Francesca Rubi to fire her. Elizabeth started treating her work too lightly. Apart from flirting with Deckhand, James Hough, she crossed the line by sleeping in the guest cabin on her night off. She didn’t seek permission from the Captain or ask Francesca beforehand. Chief Stew ultimately got fed up with Elizabeth’s lack of concern and told the Captain, “there are too many slip-ups. There’s just too many.”

Francesca wanted Captain Lee to fire Elizabeth , but that didn’t happen. Instead, the Captain allowed Chief Stew to make the call and give her full control over Elizabeth’s fate. Even though the season was nearing its end, Francesca chose to teach her Polish co-worker a lesson.

Francesca told Elizabeth, “I’ve come to sort of a decision. We’re gonna have to let you go.”

Unfortunately, Elizabeth didn’t learn her lesson. She appeared in the Below Deck season 8 reunion and called her former Chief Stew a “bully.”

3 Laura Bileskaline

Below deck down under season 2.

Laura Bileskaline had a short stint in Below Deck Down Under . Despite that, she became quite a controversial cast member after crossing a few lines. The Latvia resident was extremely inappropriate throughout her 7-episode run. She lacked respect for everyone and wanted to get lucky with Adam Kodra. Eventually, Laura did the unthinkable when she went into Deckhand’s cabin and massaged his back. This action led Captain Jason to fire her immediately.

Aesha also had a huge problem with Laura. Chief Stew revealed some spicy details from her unaired conversation with her junior a few months ago.

Aesha said (via L A Times ), “I did actually have a conversation with Laura about pulling back a bit [with Adam].”

Aesha also shared that she was shocked to see how far Laura pushed it . Unfortunately, Laura didn’t listen to Chief Stew’s advice, ultimately leading to her departure from Below Deck Down Under .

2 Camille Lamb

Camille Lamb’s personality impacted the whole crew. Her feud with Alissa is still among the wildest fights in Below Deck ’s history. The former Stew’s biggest issue was acting like a princess and coming across as self-centered. At one point in Below Deck season 10, she complained about her job and felt she was working twice as much as everyone else on the boat .

Camille was known for her lack of interest in being the Stew. She treated her job as if she was out to enjoy a cruise trip. She napped in the deck area and went swimming without care. Ultimately, Chief Stew Fraser had to fire her. While talking to ET , Fraser revealed he was “glad” that he let Camille go before it was too late.

Fraser added, “truth be told, she was just making everything harder.”

1 Lexi Wilson

Below deck mediterranean season 6.

Lexi Wilson had the energy to be a great Stew if she wanted to. Unfortunately, she dropped the ball by getting into fights and being irresponsible. At one point, the Bahamas native got drunk and ranted unnecessarily. She argued with everyone, including Deckhand Mzi “Zee” Dempers. Chief Stew Katie Flood later talked to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live and revealed what happened on the boat.

Katie said (via US Weekly ), “if it goes any further I’m pretty sure Lexi would have been removed straight away.”

Malia White also shared that Lexi was even worse than the show’s edit made her look. She agreed with Chief Stew and said, “If anything, she was edited nicely that night. She was much worse.” Katie admitted that Lexi was truly a “satan” on the yacht and acknowledged that she had never met someone like her former Below Deck Stew.

Below Deck airs every Monday at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
