• Published rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars, including prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• A surcharge of 20% is applicable for Public Holidays (PH) and the eve of Public Holidays.
• Your charter will come with one captain and one crew member.
• A baby or a child is considered one person
• No pets are allowed on board unless with a leash or carrier
• The rates for the indicated yacht charter do not include food and drink
• BBQ can be done by our service crew complimentary. Please bring along pre-marinated food for the BBQ.
• The listed rates include stashing drinks and provisions, cleaning and washing up and the use of all our crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What are your booking times.

We have either morning slots that starts anytime in the morning until 2pm.  Afternoon booking starts from 3pm onwards. Minimum duration of 5hrs is required for booking times.

Can I bring my own wine for the trip?

Yes, you may bring your own wine. No corkage fees will be charged to you.

Can I bring my own food and drinks for the trip?

Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks for the trip.

Is baby considered one headcount?

Yes, it is according to MPA rules and regulations.

Do you accept soft booking?

All bookings are on first come first served basis upon full settlment. We are unable to accept deposit or partial payment.

What are your preferred modes of payment?

We are able to accept payment via PayNow, FAST Transfer or IBG. Details of our bank account no will be advised in the official invoice.

Credit card payment is subject to 4% admin charges levied by the payment channel provider and is payable by the client.

How do I book the yacht?

You may whatsapp us at 96993782 to book and provide us details of your name and the no of pax for your group.

Do you have children life jackets on board?

Yes, we have life jackets for children as young as 2 years old.

Where is the meeting venue for the trip?

Please meet at 7-11 at One 15 Marina, Sentosa Cove. As you need walking time to the berth where the yacht is parked, please be advised to meet 15 mins at the mentioned venue  before the departure time.  As our charters are on scheduled timing, punctuality of the guests is required.

What is your wet weather policy?

Boating is a rain or shine event. In the event of very bad visibility or lightning, the skipper will or can abort or postpone the charter, then reschedule to the next available date or time. What is your advise for a person with motion sickness for this trip?

We advise taking motion sickness or ginger pills 30 minutes before departure and avoiding staying indoors. 

Are toilets with shower facilities available for use?

Yes, we have shower facilities for guests and family members to clean up themselves after the wet activities. Do bring along your own toiletries if you require a full shower after the activities.

Do I need to bring extra clohtings for the trip?

Yes, as there are water activities the chances of getting wet are high. Please be advised to bring extra clothings to change into so as not to fall sick due to wet clothings.

Is there mobile phone coverage in the yacht?

This is dependent on the signal coverage of your telco company. You should still be able to use your phone as usual since we are still within Singapore waters.

Can I smoke in the yacht?

Yes, only in the restricted area. Please ask our crew for an ashtray.

Are pets allowed on the yacht?

Our yacht is pets friendly. Hence, pets are allowed on the yacht as long as they remain leashed throughout the charter. In addition, all pets are allowed only on the outer saloon area. The indoor saloon, galley and cabin area is strictly out of bound to pets.

Can I charge my mobile phone in the yacht?

Yes, we have power points for your chargigng purpose in case your mobile phone runs of battery. Please check with our crew or captain on location of these power points.

Does the yacht have wifi?

No, we do not provide wifi on the yacht.

Do I need to observe Safety Management Measures (SMM) since Covid-19 is still a prevalent issue?

Our crew will be conducting a pre departure briefing which covers the do’s and don’s for SMM. Do observe the guidelines shared by the crew.

Do you take in pregnant ladies on the yacht?

We do not have restrictions on pregnant ladies to join us on board. However, it would be best to consult your doctor on this before going ahead to confirm a charter with us.

Lazarus Island

St john's island, pulau hantu, kusu island, sentosa & fireworks, sister's island.

Sisters’ Islands are two of the Southern Islands in Singapore and are located to the south of the main island of Singapore. Big Sister’s Island, about 39,000 square metres (9.6 acres) in area faces the open sea, while Little Sister’s Island, about 17,000 m2 (4.2 acres) in area faces the mainland. The two islands are separated by a narrow channel which makes the islands a great spot for fishing in between the formations of land. The common sea star, blue-spot nudibranch, octopus and five-spot anemone shrimp can be spotted during low tide in that area. Legend has it that the islands were formed out of two orphaned sisters. After a pirate kidnapped the younger sister, the elder one swam after the boat and drowned. Grief stricken, the younger sister jumped into the sea and drowned too. The next day, two islands formed at the spot where they died and were henceforth known as Sisters’ Islands.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Yacht Rental Services

Email us at [email protected] or whatsapp to us at 91042626 to make a booking. Alternatively, you can click on the “book now” on the top right of the page to view our availability and make a reservation and we will contact once we receive your reservation.

Our standard yacht charters starts from 4 hours, however you can extend the charter according to your needs. 

Usually the yacht will cruise to Lazarus island, if you wish to go to other destination, please inform us in advance as a fuel surcharge might be applicable.

Our captain will decide on whether it is safe to cruise out or not and  may delay the charter up to 2 hour if we do not have any charter afterwards. Otherwise you may change to the next available date. 

Yes. We advise against child below 3 years old as we do not have life jacket for children below 3 years old. 

No, food and drinks as well as ice are not included in our basic charter. However, we have BBQ package available for pre-order. Drinks and ice are also required to be pre-order. 

No water activities or swimming will be allowed after 7pm and for charters starting from 5.30pm, no rental of water toys will be provided.

All our yachts are location at One°15 Marina Club, Sentosa cove.

Our charter timing is fixed and there will be no extention or postponing of the charter timing if you are late. Hence w e usually advise our guest to be there at least 15mins before the charter for our crew to pick you up.

About the Yacht

Sunrise is based in Singapore at One Degree 15 Marina Club, Sentosa Cove, but travels around the South East Asia region depending on the seasonal winds. A beautiful 40 feet sailing catamaran with 3 interior cabins, open deck space and comfort for a cruising capacity of up to 18 guests, she is ideal for day or night charters.

A self-sufficient yacht, Sunrise may travel long distances without refuelling. Sunrise has its own water maker for fresh water and shower water, a full 220V generator to run the air conditioners and recharge the ship batteries if necessary. Outdoor enjoyment includes a kayak, snorkelling gear, and dingy for beach excursions as well as a wide trampoline at the front bow for guests to sit on when Sunrise is underway. Guests may even sleep on the trampoline at night! With a very shallow keel, Sunrise may go into shallow water closer to the beaches. Sunrise also have a motorized dingy which can ferry people, food, and gear to the beach for lunch or a sunset dinner.

Please listen to the captain’s instructions and do not commit rash acts that will endanger the charter or any passengers

Rescheduling

Rescheduling policy: Any rescheduling of the yacht charter is subject to our rescheduling policy. The charterer may reschedule the charter subject to availability and terms and conditions.

• Rescheduling made more than 1 month prior to the charter date is provided free of charge.
• Rescheduling made less than 1 month prior to the yacht charter date, an additional 50% of charter fees will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
• Any reschedules made within office hours count towards the effective rescheduling period stated above. Rescheduling made after office hours will be counted beginning from the next working day.
• Should Charterer reschedule a weekend charter slot to a weekday charter slot (from a higher-value charter to a lower-value charter), no refunds (whether cash or credit) on the difference of the charter fees will be provided.
• Should Charterer reschedule a weekday charter slot to a weekend charter slot( From a lower value charter to a higher value charter), a top up (whether cash or credit) on the difference of the prevailing charter fees will be required.
• Rescheduled bookings must be placed within 1 month from the original booking date. Otherwise, the booking will be taken as a new request.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy: In any event of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies

• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the yacht charter date are subject to 100% of the charter fee, with no refund or rescheduling allowed.
• For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the yacht charter date, full payment of the charter fee will be charged, with a refund of up to 50% allowed at TYC’s sole discretion.
• For cancellations made more than 1 month in advance, TYC may, at our discretion, allow a refund of up to 100% of the full charter fee.
• All refunds may be made in the form of a cash refund or credit refund.
• Cancellations made within office hours count towards the effective cancellation period stated above. Cancellations made after office hours will be counted beginning from the next working day.
• Any refund, if applicable, shall only apply to the charter fee component. Charges for food catering or other services will not be refunded should the charter be cancelled for any reason.
• TYC will always negotiate with our vendors in the best interests of our clients. Refund decisions by vendors may be transferred where possible. Flexibility may be exercised where possible, with special considerations made by TYC at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Other Terms & Conditions

• This yacht does not refund if there is a shortfall of guests after payment. You might want to book your charter for the confirmed number of guests and add on within the maximum capacity nearer to the charter date.
• Only fully vaccinated passengers are allowed onboard the SZH-licensed pleasure craft. Unvaccinated passengers (other than recovered individuals, medically ineligible individuals, or children aged 12 years and below) are not allowed to board the craft.
• All rates listed are for basic charters only (4-5 hours depending on the yacht). For the standard itinerary,  please click here .
• BBQ pit and cooking services DO NOT  include food.
• Ice (otherwise stated), disposable cutlery, and cups are not provided.
• Do note for wet weather, the Captain will still sail out if it does not pose any safety issues. If it is not possible to sail out, the Captain will try to  delay the sail-out timing. If it is not possible to sail, the charter will be  rescheduled  to a later date (subject to availability).  No cancellations  are allowed. The Captain will decide what is the next course of action.  Customers are still required to proceed to the marina and wait for the captain’s final decision.
• Disembarkation at Lazarus Island Pontoon is no longer permitted by MPA unless the yacht has a tender boat.
• Balloons are prohibited due to marine life preservation.
• Red wine is strictly prohibited on all yachts except for Anka, MS Eternity and EagleWings 1, 2 and 3.
• If no social gatherings are allowed due to any pandemic, we would reschedule the charter up to a mutually agreeable date and time. No cancellations will be permitted. Strictly  NO refunds and postponements, should there be any reduction in headcount for social gatherings by the MMTF, charterers will need to reduce their own headcount and consume the charter. Notwithstanding the above, there are no refunds or reschedules for bookings even if guests are tested positive for COVID-19 unless agreed by the yacht owners.

Maximum yacht | 45ft power catamaran .

Maximum yacht is a 45ft Power Catamaran available for rental in Singapore. It was built in 2017 and can cater up to 42 guests maximum.

The spacious flybridge at upper deck has a big lounge which is able to sit up to 15 to 20pax. The huge saloon is fully air-conditioned with Panoramic Windows and equipped with television and full karaoke sound system. The galley at the saloon is well-equipped with refrigerator and microwave oven. 

Maximum yacht is berthed in One15 marina at Sentosa Cove. It is most suitable for birthday celebration, friends and family gathering, and even corporate events.

• Please bring your own food as well as cutlery UNLESS you cater from us.
• If bringing young children, kindly keep them under tight watch for their own safety.
• Bring your own ice if needed which can be bought at the cold storage at the marina, subject to availability. There is cooler box onboard.
• Party poppers, flower pedal, confetti, balloons, heavy duty tapes, scotch tapes, nails, staples are not allowed onboard.
• No refund for cancellation, postponement is allowed subjected to terms & conditions and availability.
• Changes to date and/or time of booking will incur reschedule fee.
• Rescheduling due to adverse weather as concurred by the captain is free of charge. The Charterer must be present onboard with the captain to ascertain the weather and water conditions whether it’s suitable to sail in the event of bad weather. If the charterer does not show up on the day of charter, it’s considered a no-show and will be an immediate forfeiture.
• You are going to be outside on the water for several hours. The key thing is sun protection, so bring a hat and sunglasses for day charters. You might also want to go swimming during the day, so bring your swimming costumes and gear, towels and a change of clothes if necessary. Yachting is fun and laid back experience – so formal attires are not recommended in the warm and humid weather.
• When you board the yacht, you will be required to remove your shoes. We require bare feet for two main reasons: (a) Safety – Loose footwear can be slippery and dangerous. The boat is constantly on the move, moving up and down on waves, and we want to minimise the chances of accidents or property losses at sea.” (b) Damage – Most shoes will leave marks on the white decks, and any with hard soles may damage the decks.
• Due to safety – No water activity or swimming allowed from 7:00pm.
• No refunds if lesser pax attend or for canceling any services booked and no offsetting of the amount paid for one service for the other.
• Private Transport: From Vivo City, drive straight into Sentosa by keeping to the right lance. After the gantries, continue straight and you will approach a round-about. Take the 1st exit onto Artillery Avenue at the roundabout, and take 2nd exit onto Allanbrooke Road. Continue onto Cove Avenue and take 2nd exit to reach ONE°15 Marina Club. After the entrance of One° 15 Marina Club, take the first exit and look out for the visitors carpark on your left, where you can park your car. Meet outside the 7-Eleven store where the crew will meet-and-greet.
• For those who drive, there is a visitors car park at Sentosa Cove Village. You will see the 7-Eleven store in the visitors car park which is our meeting point. Parking fees are as followed: – $0.02 per min from 7am to 5pm (Daily) – $2.40 per entry from 5.01pm to 6.59am the following day (Daily)
• Public Transport: Take MRT to Harbour Front MRT station. Exit via Exit A to Harbourfront Bus Station and take Sentosa Cove Shuttle Bus at Berth A12. Please note that the Sentosa Cove Bus is white in colour and should not be mistaken for the Sentosa Island Bus which is orange. The fare is $2 per one-way trip and payment can be made using EZ-Link card. The schedule for the bus can be found at http://www.sentosacove.com/shuttle-service. Upon arrival at the Arrival Plaza, take the stairs down to Cold Storage. 7-Eleven is just besides where the crew will meet-and-greet.
• Sentosa island entry fee must be paid at toll gates by the charterer. Sorry we don’t give out complimentary entry tickets for it.
• Strictly NO SMOKING on board at all times.
• Consume your own sea sick pills before the charter if prone to motion sickness.
• To ensure that we serve all of our customers in a timely and professional manner, the following procedure will be followed during each charter: – 30 minutes prior to end of charter, the yacht will make its way back to One Degree 15 Marina. During this period, we request that you to start packing and collecting your belongings. – 15 minutes prior to end of charter, the yacht will have to berth at One Degree Marina. A final 15 minutes to enjoy the last moment of your charter & ensure all items are collected and some may choose to take photos for remembrance of your experience. – 5 minutes prior to end of charter, all passengers will have to disembark the yacht. This enables us to start cleaning the yacht for the next charter.
• No need to bring passport.
• No pets allowed.

BAD WEATHER POLICY

In case of rain before the charter, trip may be postponed for up to 30 minutes if possible; If bad weather persists, guests will be able to reschedule at their convenience at the sole discretion of the skipper; no refunds for cancellations. If it’s light rain we will still go ahead with the charter.

Kindly arrive at the marina regardless of weather condition/forecast unless informed otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we would be holding the slot for you and turning down other potential customers, you won’t be able to cancel after you book.

Reschedule Policy

• For changes made 14 days or more before charter day, the booking can be rescheduled to another date within 2 months from original booking.
• For changes made less than 14 days before charter day, 100% charter fee will be charged.
• Postponement is allowed subjected to terms & conditions and availability.
• Changes to date and/or time after booking will incur reschedule fee.

Super Yacht

Super Yachts or Mega Yachts are very expensive, privately owned,professionally crewed sailing or motor yachts. There is no industry-wide standard for the difference between super yacht and mega yacht. The only legal distinction between them is the length of the yacht - above 24 metres and above 50 metres respectively

Sailing Yacht

Plenty of them in South East Asia. Sailing yacht is a leisure craft that uses sails as its primary means of propulsion. They have a keel, centreboard and daggerboard. In recent years, these yachts have evolved from fairly simple vessels with basic accommodation into sophisticated and luxurious boats.

Motor Yacht

Commonly known as recreational yachts that normally range from 10 metres and above; and made of fibreglass, aluminium, steel or carbon fibre. Clever use of ergonomics allows interior space in the salon for a galley (kitchen), bedroom, navigation area and equipment plus large deck areas in some for relaxation.

A catamaran is a two hulled craft that derives stability on water from its wide beam that reduces the rocking motion. The two hulls are connected by a bridging structure with webbing. Catamarans have large and spacious interiors and cabin space. Catamarans usually have a shorter draft than monohulls.

Monohulls use heavy, weighted keels suspended under water to keep the boat upright. In theory, no matter how much you heel, gravity will not let the keel come out of the water. We have a varied range in this category of yachts in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

Classic Yacht

Wooden yachts or even those built in an era not current. These yachts have a keel fitted in the lower portion of the hull for better directional stability and also keep the boat upright. Gravity will not let the keel come out of water no matter much how much the boat heels.

The Malaysian waters are well protected and the sailing conditions are not very demanding. The main Malaysia yacht charter areas are Langkawi, Tioman and their surrounding islands. The Langkawi Archipelago is located in northwest Malaysia near the Thai border. The sailing area is north of the Strait of Malacca in the southern Andaman Sea and includes a group of 99 islands. Tioman is located in the Gulf of Thailand, about 30 nautical miles east of the mainland of the Malay Peninsula. The sailing area covers the entire archipelago between Tioman and Aur, and the islands off the coast of Mersing. The islands in the vicinity are all close together and ideal for island hopping. Pulau Rawa, Seri Buat, Tinggi, Sibu and Pemanggil are some of neighboring islands. Sebana Cove is another popular detination for sailing from Singapore. A two to five day voyage planning is required.

With astounding diversity, the islands of the Indonesian archipelago offer some of the world’s best diving, snorkelling, fishing spots. Extending over 5000 km from east to west, and over 1700 km north to south, the 17,000 plus islands make up the largest archipelago in the world. Its proximity to Singapore, makes the country even more attractive for a weekend getaway for 2-4 days to nearby islands like Mapur, Nikoi, Pulau Pankil, Bintan and Batam and even the most scenic Anambas Islands. Very few sailing experiences can compare with the culture, history and scenery that Indonesia has to offer, so why not be one of the few to properly explore the magical waters.

The best sailing destination in South East Asia. Thailand is located very close to the equator and outside the cyclone zone of the Pacific and Indian Ocean. That’s why it is possible to sail all the year around. The northeast monsoon (dry season) begins in November and ends in April. The wind speed during this time is between 5 and 20 knots (1 kn = 1.852 km/h) from northeast. The southwest monsoon (rainy season) begins in May and takes place until October. During this time there is much wind and better sailing conditions as in the dry season. From Singapore, if you are planning a voyage to Phuket and nearby islands, then a 12-15 days trip would be ideal. Charters from Phuket offers so much variety, culture and adventure that you'll be constantly amazed!
