A Summary of Motor Yacht IMAN

The motor yacht IMAN is a 49 m 159 (foot) capacious steel vessel which was created at Dragomar Yard and her design is by Tom Fexas and Carlo Coluccia. Accommodating 12 guests and 10 qualified crew, motor yacht IMAN is ex Dragomar. The gracious boat was designed by a naval architect called Tom Fexas and Carlo Coluccia. Claudio Zampetti acted on the interior design and styling.

The Shipyard Work & Designing of Luxury Yacht IMAN

Tom Fexas was the naval architect firm involved in the technical superyacht composition for IMAN. Her interior design was realised by Claudio Zampetti. Tom Fexas and Carlo Coluccia is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this yacht. In 1993 she was actually launched with triumph in Augusta, Sicily and post sea trials and finishing touches was afterwards passed on to the owner who commissioned her. Dragomar Yard completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. Her hull was built out of steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is made extensively from aluminium. With a beam of 8.81 m or 28.9 ft IMAN has fairly large room. A fairly shallow draught of 2.32m (7.6ft) selects the amount of overall harbours she can visit, depending on their minimum depth at low tide.

The Max/Min Speed And Main Engines On M/Y IMAN:

Installed with twin DEUTZ-MWM diesel engines, IMAN will attain a maximum speed of 23 knots. For propulsion IMAN has twin screw propellers (ulstein). She also has an efficient range of 4000 nautical miles whilst sailing at her cruising speed of 19 knots. Her total HP is 5200 HP and her total Kilowatts are 3826. Concerning bow thrusters she utilises Hydromarine. With respect to the ship’s stabalisers she was built with Vosper.

Iman is a semi-custom motor yacht launched in 2008 by Sunseeker in Poole, United Kingdom.

Sunseeker Yachts has been building highly-distinctive motor yachts since the mid-1970s, basing their range of semi-custom yachts on hulls evolved from racing and using the latest in composite materials and construction techniques.

Iman measures 37.89 metres in length, with a max draft of 2.40 metres and a beam of 8.00 metres. She has a gross tonnage of 331 tonnes.

Iman has a GRP hull with a GRP superstructure.

Her interior design is by Sunseeker.

Iman also features naval architecture by Sunseeker.

Iman is a semi-custom Sunseeker 37M model.

Iman has a top speed of 27.00 knots and a cruising speed of 23.00 knots. She is powered by a twin screw propulsion system.

Congrats! Chanel Iman & Davon Godchaux Tie The Knot With Lavish Yacht Ceremony (VIDEO)

Chanel Iman and Davon Godchaux have tied the knot less than a year after revealing their engagement. As The Shade Room previously reported, Godchaux popped the big question to Iman in May 2023.

More details regarding the couple’s wedding ceremony.

According to VOGUE , the couple had a civil ceremony on January 10. Then, on Saturday, February 24, Iman and Godchaux eloped on a yacht called the Parillion while sailing the Caribbean Sea.

“We couldn’t wait for football season to be over so we can complete our union,” Iman told the outlet. “We planned the wedding the way we desired —doing something together that we love with our kids and our blended family. This was our ideal, dream day. A handful of people attended the wedding—including my best friend and soul sister, Heidy De la Rosa—and we chartered a yacht to sail from island to island in the Caribbean Sea.”

As The Shade Room previously reported, Iman and Godchaux welcomed their first child together, Capri Summer, in September 2023. In addition, Iman is a mother to two girls whom she shares with her ex-husband, Sterling Shephard. Meanwhile, Godchaux is a father to a son from a previous relationship.

“Family is everything to me and having my three girls by my side was so special,” Iman explained. “Cali and Cassie were so excited in the weeks leading up to the wedding. My daughters hold a special place in my heart and sharing this moment with them was priceless.”

According to Iman, the overseas trip left her family with “incredible memories” that they now plan to make the excursion annually.

“We laughed, we cried, we danced—and made incredible memories together. The trip actually moved us and inspired us to do this annually with our family,” she said. “We celebrated for three days on our charter — island hopping and making stops at beach clubs, where it all started.”

The outlet notes that Godchaux’s son was unable to attend the ceremony. However, Iman says that the family is looking forward to “celebrating our union with him all together at a later date this year [though].”

A Brief Recap Of The Couple’s Romance

As The Shade Room previously reported, in early May 2023, Iman and Godchaux revealed they were expecting their first child together. By the end of that month, the couple not only shared that they were expecting a girl but had also got engaged during their baby moon in Capri, Italy, per The Shade Room .

On September 19, Iman gave birth to their daughter, whom they named after their baby moon location.

€500k price drop on 37m Sunseeker Iman

The 36.9-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Iman has had a price drop of €500,000 with Candas Balci of BLC Yachts.

Built of GRP in the UK by Sunseeker , the 121 model was designed by the renowned naval architect Don Shead.

Iman accommodates 12 guests in six cabins, the master suite being on the main deck, the VIP suite on the upper deck and two twins and two doubles on the lower deck. There are quarters for a crew of seven in four cabins on the lower deck.

Her main saloon sports large dark leather sofas around a coffee table and the finish is predominantly glass-varnished wood throughout. It leads forward to a formal dining room, in a similar finish with 12 leather dining chairs, television on the separating bulkhead and windows port and starboard. The large sundeck features a Jacuzzi, bar and barbecue, while the aft decks provide alternatives for outdoor dining or cocktails.

The 338GT yacht for sale is powered by twin 3,460hp MTU diesels giving her a cruising speed of 23 knots and top speed of 27 knots.

Lying in Turkey, Iman is asking €7,200,000.
