Once you have decided to charter a yacht, you can either click on the Book Now tab on our website or call us at +971 52 944 0222 and speak with our team to get deals or customize cruises.

2. Are the yachts insured?

Yes, all the yachts are owned and managed by Cozmo Yachts and are insured. The yachts are parked in the Dubai Marina Area and are registered with DMCA- Dubai Maritime City Authority.

3. Are babies and pets allowed aboard the yacht?

Infants are allowed but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Older children must adorn the life jacket at all times. However, pets aren’t allowed aboard our yachts strictly due to safety concerns.

4. When is the best time to go cruising or yachting?

Although the sailing season in the Arabian Sea is between December and March, when the weather remains mild and cool, September to November is also a good time to soak in the sun without getting tanned.

5. Can I bring food and drinks as well as music?

Food and beverage arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon while booking the yachts. All our boats come with basic disposable cutlery. The music system is available on every yacht and guests are allowed to bring their own music in the form of USB or AUX-friendly devices.

6. What are the standard cruise routes?

• Standard Cruise Route – A 4-hour cruise starting from Dubai West Marina and cruising through:
• Dubai Marina – Dubai Eye – Jumeirah Beach Residence -Atlantis -One and Only – Rixos the Palm – Burj Al Arab -Sheikh Island
• Dubai Canal Cruise – A 5-hour cruise through Dubai Canal cruising through

7. What is the menu like?

Food and drinks are available aboard our yachts. Customized menus are available for parties and events. However, for elaborate barbecues and menus, a minimum 3 Hours Yacht booking is required.

8. What water sports do you provide?

9. What if the weather is bad on the day of the cruise?

If a warning has been issued by the concerned Authorities, you will be notified immediately and have the following options presented to you;

* Reschedule the charter for a later date

* Alter the cruise route and agree on a deferred plan

* Cancel the booking.

10. Is there an option to cancel?

Yes there is always an option to cancel the trip cancellation policy is as below:

• 72 hours prior to the booking date and time: 30% of the total charter amount.
• 48 hours prior to the booking date and time: 50% of the total charter amount.
• 24 hours prior to the booking date and time: 100% of the total charter amount.

However, over a week into their Middle Eastern getaway, their workcation became a “real-life nightmare.” The two brothers were enjoying a night out in Dubai when they were leaving the nightclub Bla Bla on June 2 and were approached by an Uber driver who offered to take them to an “afterparty” at a nearby hotel, according to Detained in Dubai , an organization dedicated to helping people facing legal issues in the UAE. The pair agreed and were immediately taken to the hotel and brought to the VIP section of the party, where platters of food and drinks were given to them without their request. About 20 minutes after arriving, the party ended, and the brothers were slapped with a massive bill. Joseph Lopez, believing they were being duped — but not wanting to ruffle any feathers in the foreign country — reluctantly agreed to pay the bill, Detained in Dubai reported.
