The 46.63m/153' motor yacht 'Focus' (ex. Genesis) was built by North American Yachts in the United States at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by American designer design house Luiz de Basto Designs and she was delivered to her owner in December 2002. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Luiz de Basto Designs and she was last refitted in 2023.

Focus has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

An advanced stabilisation system on board promises exceptional comfort levels at anchor or on any voyage. Her water tanks store around 15,140 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠A1, Yachting Service, AMS classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.

The Focus Power 44 is one of the world’s most versatile sports cruisers. With its combination of performance, refinement and layout flexibility, it is as attractive to cruising couples as it is to large families - and as comfortable for guests as it is for owners.

Leisure-friendly cockpit

The Power 44 dedicates more than 50% of its length to the external cockpit. That cockpit is organised around a broad, single-level walkway, which runs all the way from the swim platform steps to the helm station, creating plenty of space for a galley to port, as well as an expansive seating area to starboard.

At the forward end of the seating arrangement, a two-man helm station enjoys 360-degree visibility, alongside a large chart table and optional joystick control for stress-free navigation and easy close-quarters manoeuvres. Aft of that, a luxurious six-man dining station backs onto a three-man sun lounger that extends out over the swim platform, so you can relax in the sun, soak in the view or prepare for a ski in comfort.

The retractable hardtop also plays a key part in the Power 44’s new cockpit. With its oversized sliding glass sunroof, it enables you to opt either for the shelter and refinement of an all-weather coupe or for the natural light, fresh breeze and salty air of a Med-style open day boat.

Cruise-ready accommodation

The Power 44 can be configured in whatever way suits your lifestyle. Finished in muted oaks and well lit by long hull windows and overhead skylights, you can spec it with two ensuite staterooms or with three cabins and either one or two bathrooms. In all cases, you get full standing headroom throughout, alongside plenty of storage and a full-beam central saloon. In addition to its six-man dinette and fully equipped galley, the positioning of the lounge area provides a natural separation zone between the master suite and the guest accommodation for the utmost privacy during an extended cruise.

In short, whether for sunbathing, dining, watersports or passage making, the new Focus Power 44 is one of the most complete sports cruising solutions in its class.

FOCUS can accommodate 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a bridge deck master suite with its own deck, two VIP suites and three twins, all with entertainment centers and en-suite bathroom facilities.

The master is located on the upper deck aft and features a large king-size bed in the center of the space. An automatic privacy screen can be raised behind the bed, blocking views from the entrance, for additional discretion. Eight large vertical windows surround the master and provide 270-degree views. It also has his-and-hers en-suite bathrooms to port and starboard forward. The port bathroom is fully customized for handicapped accessibility. The master also features a private aft deck with a seating banquette; this is an ideal space to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Four additional staterooms, two twins and two VIPs with queen-size beds, are located on the lower deck. All have en-suite bathrooms; the port twin and queen have luxurious bathtubs and the starboard staterooms have floor to ceiling glass showers. The starboard queen also has private access to the elevator.

Motor yacht FOCUS is a 46 meter luxury charter yacht launched by North American Yachts and Shipbuilders in 2002 with Naval Architecture by Sergio Cutolo and interior design by Ralph Lauren. She offers luxury accommodation for up to 10 yacht charter guests in 5 cabins and is available in the Caribbean and New England.

Featuring a traditional wood Ralph Lauren interior, this luxury motor yacht also offers a large lift, individually controlled air conditioning, stabilizers at anchor and internet in all staterooms and throughout the yacht.

FOCUS (ex ARGYLL) boasts an impressive master suite on the main upper deck. It has a walk around king sized bed and entertainment center with TV/DVD/individual satellite receiver worldwide as well as an office desk. The en-suite facilities feature “HIS” bathroom with single sink, stall shower and head, and “HERS” bathroom with a single sink, stall shower, bidet and head - all wheel chair accessible. The master suite also features a private aft deck for al fresco dining with hi-lo table, and full wet bar. Mesh shades maximize the privacy on both sides.

Yacht ARGYLL Main Deck: Features a side foyer, galley with bar stool seating, walk around decks and access to a private formal dining room for 10 guests. The yacht’s main salon in decorated in all in mahogany wood and offers a bar, games table, entertainment center with an individual satellite receiver. The aft deck is completely covered and has mesh shades to maximise sun protection. There is al fresco dining for 10 charter guests with a full wet bar and walk around Portuguese decks to a cushioned seating area on her bow. There is also access to a swimming platform with rails as well as electronic ramp access for a wheelchair.

Her Upper Deck: There is a library aft of Pilothouse with 62” Flat screen a decorative fireplace. A sliding mahogany partition gives option of creating privacy in library or opens onto pilothouse. Also there is an elevator for wheelchair accessible.

Sky Deck & Sun Deck: The yacht has a sky lounge which is completely enclosed and boasts a panoramic view and full entertainment center. There is also a treadmill and light weights for exercise and a wet bar. She has a sunny and open sundeck with a Spa Pool Pool and deck chairs, outside shower, wet bar and ice-maker.
