Built in 2008, Sunkiss is the ideal luxury yacht for kicking back and relaxing whilst on charter, showcasing clever use of space with an artful combination of integrated systems and luxurious features, she's a crowd-pleaser for sure.

Guest Accommodation

Sunkiss offers guest accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin and two twin cabins. There are 6 beds in total, including 2 king and 4 singles. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Sunkiss benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter, particularly Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. You can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 19 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 28 knots. An on board stabilization system ensures comfort when underway.

Equipped with a selection of water-toys Sunkiss lets you and your guests turn the Mediterranean into your own private playground. Principle among these are Jobe Onyx waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Sunkiss also features inflatable water toys and snorkelling equipment. When it's time to travel from land to see, it couldn't be easier with a Avon Tender.

Sunkiss and her crew are available for charter this winter for cruising within the Mediterranean. She is also accepting bookings this summer on request.

With a large draft of 2.45 m and her 20 m high mast, excellent performance is the order of the day on board this Sun Kiss 45. Her various owners have all appreciated her efficiency during several transatlantic crossings.

Here is an extremely robust and powerful sailing monohull. One or two cosmetic retouches are needed on deck (painting the decking, the teak transom...) and also on the interior too, but 'Kan-Atao' is a sound boat that has already proved her worth. A bit of elbow grease is all that is needed to give her back her splendour!

This is the 'Team' version (from the 'Tasker sistership, made in 5 examples only), and 'Kan-Atao' has been well fitted for those long voyages: a 75 hp engine, forestaysail on furler, watermaker, hydraulic pilot, rigid bimini with a hard roof, reinforced hull, full floor plate...

To the interior there is a pleasant living area, notably thanks to a very large saloon and two nice aft cabins. The forward cabin has been modified, with the removal of one partition wall, thus creating a more spacious feel.

Solidly well constructed, and typical of those boats made before 1990, this 45' will amaze you with its energy, its reactivity when under sail and its high performances. VAT and dock dues have been paid.

French flag, this cruising catamaran is currently available for viewing on the water in Martinique.

The Jeanneau Sun Kiss 45 was designed by Philippe Briand and built in the town of Les Herbiers in the Vendee region when Jeanneau was considered the top production builder in France. The design was extremely popular and more than 300 were built over the course of 5 years, although very few can be found in the US. At the time the Sun Kiss 45 was considered to be a performance boat and with its 6.2 ft draft and generous sail plan, the boat is still today a very fast cruiser.

Accommodations & Layout:

The Sun Kiss 45 Flamili with her 3 staterooms and 2 heads is ideal for a family of 4 or 3 couples looking for a roomy cruiser with better performance than the average charter boat normally offers. She can accommodate up to 8 if salon dinette is converted to a berth.

Coming down the companionway is the navigation station to starboard and a large hanging locker to port. There are two cabins aft, both equipped with wash basin and lockers. Between the cabins is a head that is accessible from either side.

The galley of the Sun Kiss 45 is to starboard and features a propane stove with 2 burners and oven; forward is a double SS sink with hot and cold pressure and foot sea water intake. Alongside is the top loading ice box with Adler Barbour refrigeration as well as a separate ice box. Above the sink and ice box is ample storage for plates, glasses and kitchen paraphernalia…

The master cabin has a double bunk to port with storage drawers underneath. The starboard side of the mast cabin has a large locker as well as dressing bench with a small desk. Forward of the master cabin is the head with shower and sink and a large sail locker with shelves.

Strange Glow Over Moscow Skies Triggers Panic as Explosions Reported

B right flashes lit up the night sky in southern Moscow in the early hours of Thursday morning, new footage appears to show, following reports of an explosion at an electrical substation on the outskirts of the city.

Video snippets circulating on Russian-language Telegram channels show a series of flashes on the horizon of a cloudy night sky, momentarily turning the sky a number of different colors. In a clip shared by Russian outlet MSK1.ru, smoke can be seen rising from a building during the flashes lighting up the scene.

Newsweek was unable to independently verify the details of the video clips, including when and where it was filmed. The Russian Ministry of Emergency situations has been contacted via email.

Several Russian Telegram accounts said early on Thursday that residents of southern Moscow reported an explosion and a fire breaking out at an electrical substation in the Leninsky district, southeast of central Moscow.

Local authorities in the Leninsky district told Russian outlet RBC that the explosion had happened in the village of Molokovo. "All vital facilities are operating as normal," Leninsky district officials told the outlet.

The incident at the substation in Molokovo took place just before 2 a.m. local time, MSK1.ru reported.

Messages published by the ASTRA Telegram account, run by independent Russian journalists, appear to show residents close to the substation panicking as they question the bright flashes in the sky. One local resident describes seeing the bright light before losing access to electricity, with another calling the incident a "nightmare."

More than 10 villages and towns in the southeast of Moscow lost access to electricity, the ASTRA Telegram account also reported. The town of Lytkarino to the southeast of Moscow, lost electricity, wrote the eastern European-based independent outlet, Meduza.

Outages were reported in the southern Domodedovo area of the city, according to another Russian outlet, as well as power failures in western Moscow. Electricity was then restored to the areas, the Strana.ua outlet reported.

The cause of the reported explosion is not known. A Telegram account aggregating news for the Lytkarino area described the incident as "an ordinary accident at a substation."

The MSK1.ru outlet quoted a local resident who speculated that a drone may have been responsible for the explosion, but no other Russian source reported this as a possible cause.

Ukraine has repeatedly targeted Moscow with long-range aerial drones in recent months, including a dramatic wave of strikes in late May.

On Sunday, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the region's air defense systems had intercepted an aerial drone over the city of Elektrostal, to the east of Moscow. No damage or casualties were reported, he said.

The previous day, Russian air defenses detected and shot down another drone flying over the Bogorodsky district, northeast of central Moscow, Sobyanin said.

There is currently no evidence that an aerial drone was responsible for the reported overnight explosion at the electrical substation in southern Moscow.

WGS 84 coordinate reference system is the latest revision of the World Geodetic System, which is used in mapping and navigation, including GPS satellite navigation system (the Global Positioning System).

The immense sail locker forward is accessible from the deck by side-ladder The saloon, along traditional lines, remains the pleasant centrepiece of the yacht, its spacious living-area surrounding the central table with its slightly oval lines which separate bookshelf unit above the bar, the broad chart table, the ingenious electric panel, the clever little touches in the set-black gallery and the sailboat's numerous stowage lockers
