A beautiful Xc 50 now for sale. Has  sailed very little (only 6715nM) and always been winter stored inside in a warm storage  The boat has been at sea only from mid May until the beginning of September All service has always been done by professionals. Furlerboom of course. Raymarine electronics Electrical Andersen winches Sails from North Sails including Gennaker with snuffer and  Code -0 with furler. Eberspächer heater. Varnished cock-pit table and table cover, electrical Engbo stern anchor with warp 50 meters. Of course bow thruster Max Power etc etc.... Please ask for full equipment list

Delivery of this well maintained yacht on the 1 st of August 2022.

You are most welcome to visit Hanko where the yacht will be moored. Hanko is only about 150 kms west of Helsinki airport.

From an early age, Greg’s father taught him the value of a dollar earned from hard work and shared with him the joys of a life on the water. These two things would form the framework for Greg’s life.

After graduating from NC State with a BA in Communications concentrating in mass media, Greg satisfied a bit of pent-up wanderlust. He lived in different coastal areas of the United States from San Diego to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, surfing, sailing, and working fulfilling yet obligatory jobs in his field of study before defiantly choosing to stick with his love of boating as his life’s work.

Greg muses that he is “joyfully unemployable in any other endeavors”, and he works hard every day to help buyers and sellers make the right decisions. Part broker, part counselor, he finds fulfillment in a very demanding work ethic that requires constant attention to the needs of clients as they make changes to their life and lifestyle, moving in or out of boating or making changes to their choices within their boating life. Whether it’s the clean slate of a new build or the acquisition of the perfect pre-owned boat, Greg revels in the excitement and participates joyfully in the range of emotions that are the buying and selling of the single most worthwhile pursuit in this life: boats.

He holds a USCG 100 Ton Master Captain’s license, a Florida Yacht Broker’s license, and he is a Certified Professional Yacht Broker and member of the Yacht Broker’s Association of America. The Xc50 is the new flagship of X-Yacht’s two-year old cruising range. The first 45ft model was an instant success, scooping the European Yacht of the Year award in the luxury cruiser category last year, since when a 42 launched, and a 38 is due to complete the line this autumn. But was the 45 (and similar 42) a one-hit wonder, or have X-Yachts managed to distill its virtues into a 5ft longer, 3T heavier interpretation – and if so, who’s it for and what does it offer over the 45? YW got onboard for two days of testing on her home waters in Haderslev, Denmark just two weeks after she launched to find out. Here’s the video taken by Ocean Images’ Richard Langdon, much of it while hanging out the side of a helicopter.
