Our office is open daily from 9.00 a.m. till 9.30 p.m. The reservation of the boat can be made by either coming to our office or by contacting us via WhatsApp and Email.

Rental schedules:

Morning : 9:30-13:30 / 10:00-14:00 / 10:30-14:30.

Afternoon : 14:00-18:00 /14:30-18:30 / 15:00-19:00.

There is flexibility in the program and the possibility of renting a boat for special moments, such as: to enjoy the sunset, to make a marriage proposal, to transport the newlyweds wherever they wish (after consultation and organization), to organize your birthday and anything else you think you can do, to make it special and unique!

We will be by your side whatever you choose and we are very happy to be a part of your holidays!!!

FEW EXTRA NOTICES:

Please note that on the day of the boat rental is necessary to have a personal document of yours (identity card, passport or driving license).

Before you receive the boat, for your own safety and quality of service, carefully read the documents we give you to sign (instructions and rental agreement).

Before receiving the boat, we will check together all the parts of the boat so that you know exactly what you have received in order to avoid any misunderstandings for any damage caused accidentally by the lessee . Please note, that all our boats have the necessary insurance needed by the law without this meaning, that it covers damages caused by any part of the crew, that lessee has taken responsibility of.

*In case of bad weather conditions the bookings are canceled and we give you back your deposit or we move your booking to another date if you wish.

**Fuel is not included in the rental cost - it is measured in front of you when the boat is returned.

***Upon your request and with an extra cost there is a possibility to hire a boat with the skipper.

Can you rent a boat in Thassos – do I need a license?

Small boats (under a certain horsepower or length), electric boats, crewed yacht charters , gulet charters may not require a license. Larger boats or those with more powerful engines need a skipper’s license. Before you confirm your sailing trip to Thassos, please send us a copy and we will check it for you. You need to have the original copies on board, so don’t forget to take them. To sail from Thassos, one of the following qualifications is necessary : • ICC (International Certificate of Competence), International, with valid Navigational and VHF licenses, Prerequisites: RYA “Day Skipper Course” or complete the ICC Assessment form to prove competence from previous experience.• IPC (International Proficiency Certificate), America, Prerequisites: ASA 104 or US Sailing “Bareboat Cruising Course” OR: • NauticEd SLC (International Sailing License and Credentials), International, • UK – RYA Day Skipper practical, • USA – US Sailing “Bareboat Cruising Course”, ASA “104 Bareboat Cruising Course” or above, • Germany – “Sportbootführerschein See“ or above, • Belgium – Algemeen Stuurbrevet/ Brevet de conduite général, • France – LE PERMIS PLAISANCE If you do not have a skipper license, it is also possible to rent a boat with a skipper

The third largest airport in Greece, this has flights serving it from much of Europe, and for those from farther afield, via Athens. This is about an hour away by bus from the mainland city of Kavala, from where you take a ferry on to Thassos Town.

The sea is cooler - often quite chilly - at the beginning of the sailing season but there is rainfall in Spring. As the days lengthen you will still see green fields and flowers in May and the winds can be quite benign too. Combined with the crowds being smaller, this suggests that May to early June are the sweet spot for a Northern Greece yacht charter.

April to mid June: There is rainfall and the temperatures build steadily from the mid-teens to the mid 20 degree C range. There are sometimes gentle southerly winds, though these are replaced by ever stronger N-NW Meltemi winds that are rarely hazardous but make for exciting sailing at times.

Late June-August: You'll be unlucky if you see any rain, though it could be welcome in the summer heat! Temperatures are from 30s with recent hot days exceeding 40. The northerly Meltemi winds can be fierce and can hit F7 for a solid few days.

September-October: The seas remain warm and the Meltemi eases. These months can be the best time of year to sailas the temperatures are often in the comfortable low to mid 20s.
