So, one part is occupied by the Heydar Aliyev Museum, on three floors of which there is a collection of exhibits telling about the life and activities of the leader of Azerbaijan. Another part of the center is an exhibition area with galleries in which exhibits on  archeology, history, national creativity of Azerbaijan are presented. There are also several rooms with the works of contemporary artists and photographers, both from Azerbaijan and other countries of the world. The third part of the center is occupied by a 4-level concert hall, called the Auditorium, with conference facilities and a media center.
