On-the-spot booking and payment is not possible. Advance booking is mandatory.

Morning and afternoon slots:  Book at least 2 to 5 days prior. Evening slots:  Book at least 5 to 7 days prior. Weekend slots:  Book at least 7 to 10 days prior.

You can also make a booking on the same day or 1 day prior.  It all depends on availability of the yacht you wish to book.  If at the time you decide to book, the yacht is available, you can pay and book it.

The total booking duration is 2 hours. In these 2 hours, the sailing duration is approx. 1 hour 30 minutes. So, 1 hour 30 minutes is the time you will spend on the booked yacht.

30 minutes are kept aside for travelling from the shore to the yacht and then after sailing, from the yacht back to the shore.

No. The minimum booking duration for sailing in Mumbai is 2 hours. The actual sailing time is approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.

This is the recommended time duration for a good sailing experience overall. Less than 1 hour 30 minutes feels incomplete and more than this feels a bit tiring.

On small sailboats and yachts, we usually do not recommend you to book for 3 or 4 hours as it may make you feel a little dizzy. 1 hour and 30 minutes of sailing time is just ideal for a good sailing experience. However, you can book for longer duration at an additional cost.

Yes. There will be a trained and experienced sailor on the yacht to sail the yacht for you.

You will sail approximately 1.2 km to 2.5 km out into the open sea. You will not be seen from the shore from Gateway of India.

Knowing how to swim is not mandatory for sailing cruises in Mumbai. You will be given a lifejacket to wear.

You will get a beautiful view of the Gateway of India and Taj hotel as you begin. You will pass by the boats and yachts parked in the Mumbai harbour as you sail out into the open sea. The view of the shore from the sea is truly magnificent. You will get a view of the lighthouses (Sunk Rock light house, Dolphin light house, Prongs light house), structures built in the middle of the sea (Oyster Rock and Middle Ground) and if you are lucky, you may also spot dolphins!

For birthdays / anniversaries, we can decorate the yacht with balloons, get a cake and flower bouquet. Prices for the same are given below.

You have to reach the sailing venue (Jetty No. 5) just 15 minutes prior to your booking start time.

For example, if you book the 4:00 pm to 06:00 pm slot, your reporting time will be 03:45 pm

You will get to go sailing even if you reach late by some time. However, please note that the sailing time is not extended beyond your booking end time.

We do not provide assistance with parking vehicles at the sailing venue.

There is a pay and park service in the lanes around Taj Hotel. You will have to find parking on your own and then walk to the sailing venue (Jetty No. 5).

Once your plan is finalised (decided which yacht you wish to book, date and time slot), you will have to make payment to confirm the booking.

Payment can be done via bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS), UPI, Google Pay, credit card, debit card and net banking. We will share our company bank details / online payment link with you via email or WhatsApp.

Once the payment reflects in our account, the booking confirmation and related details will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp.

The latest, ultra-limited Rolls-Royce Boat Tail model – the second in a series of just three cars worth around £20 million (over Rs 200 crore) apiece – has been revealed ahead of its appearance at this weekend's Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este.

The hand-built model features a design commissioned by a customer whose family has a pearl business. Rolls-Royce also says the Boat Tail has a colour blend of “oyster and soft rose”, with a pearlescent finish that changes under different light conditions.

The bonnet, finished in a "cognac colour", has been designed specifically for the model and features bronze and aluminium mica flakes, as well as a crystalised and ice matt coating. The sills, meanwhile, are coloured rose gold.

A wooden deck has been added to the rear of the car, concealing a bespoke “hosting suite”, with a unique “butterfly design” dining set and an umbrella.

Walnut-coloured leather appears throughout the interior, which has rose gold accents and a walnut veneer. Rolls-Royce says the leather on the dashboard, armrests, centre console and seats employ a pearlescent finish.

The firm claims walnut was chosen because it “matures over time” and will eventually transition to look similar to the cognac-coloured bonnet.

The transmission tunnel, meanwhile, is made from walnut veneer, with gold pinstripes to match the rear deck. A bespoke pearl-coloured timepiece sits atop the dashboard.

"Every Rolls-Royce Coachbuild commission is, of course, incredibly special, but in this case, there was an additional depth of feeling," Rolls-Royce’s head of Coachbuild design Alex Innes said.

An example of the Boat Tail will make its official public debut on May 21 at the Concorso d'Eleganza, on the shores of Lake Como in Italy.

The previous Rolls-Royce Boat Tail model was also revealed publicly at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este last year, although that event took place in October.

With the previous car's price rumoured to stand at around £20 million (over Rs 200 crore), it was the most expensive car ever built by Rolls-Royce and almost double the price of the Rolls-Royce Sweptail . The firm has not revealed a price for this newly revealed car.

Reliance Industries has signed a one-year deal with Russia's Rosneft to buy at least 3 million barrels of oil a month in roubles, reported news agency Reuters.

The shift in rouble payments comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin's push for Moscow and its trading partners to find alternatives to the Western financial system.

The agreement with Rosneft will help Reliance Industries to buy oil at discounted rates and this comes at a time when the OPEC+ group of oil producers is expected to extend voluntary supply cuts beyond June.

The OPEC+ group, which includes the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and allies like Russia, is set to discuss these output cuts in an online meeting on June 2.

India, the world's third-largest oil importer and consumer, has become the biggest buyer of seaborne Russian crude since the West halted purchases and imposed sanctions against Moscow after Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

India has paid for Russian crude in rupees, dirhams, and Chinese yuan.

State-owned refiners have been buying Russian oil from spot markets as they could not finalise term supplies for this year, Reuters had reported earlier.

"India is a strategic partner for Rosneft oil company. Cooperation with Indian companies includes projects in the field of production, oil refining, and trading of oil and petroleum products," Reuters quoted the Russian company as saying in an email response.

They added that they do not comment on confidential agreements with partners.

Rosneft also mentioned that their commercial approaches to determining the value of sold crude are the same for all companies, whether they are private or state-controlled.

There has been no official confirmation from Reliance Industries.

Under the deal terms, which started at the beginning of the Indian financial year from April 1, Reliance will buy two cargoes of about one million barrels of Urals crude each month.

There is also an option to buy four more cargoes each month at a discount of $3 per barrel to the Middle East Dubai benchmark, according to the sources mentioned in the report.

Reliance will also purchase one to two cargoes a month of low-sulphur crude oil, mainly ESPO Blend exported from Russia's Pacific port of Kozmino, at a premium of $1 per barrel to Dubai quotes, the sources added.
