The award winning 88.5m/290'4" motor yacht 'Nirvana' was built by Oceanco in the Netherlands at their Alblasserdam shipyard. Her interior is styled by Australian designer design house Sam Sorgiovanni and she was delivered to her owner in April 2012. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Sam Sorgiovanni.

Massive €31 million price drop on Oceanco superyacht Nirvana at Edmiston & Company

News in from Edmiston & Company of a €31 million price cut on Alex Busher's central listing for sale, the 88.5m superyacht Nirvana .

Nirvana was built by the Dutch superyacht yard Oceanco and launched in February 2012 to widespread acclaim. She features exterior and interior styling by Australian designer Sam Sorgiovanni with naval architecture by Azure Naval Architects and Oceanco’s in-house team.

An award winner at the 2013 Showboats Design Awards, her features include a seven-metre swimming pool, helipad, 80 metre dedicated owner’s deck with private Jacuzzi and sun deck, 3D movie theatre and she is stocked with an array of water sports equipment stored in two built-in toy garages.

Accommodation is for 12 guests in six staterooms. In addition to her massive owner’s suite – which comprises an office, private sun deck and spa pool – guests are accommodated in five VIP staterooms, including a special VIP that boasts a lounge and his-and-hers bathrooms. Powered by twin 3,600kW MTU 20V 4000 M73L engines, she has a top speed of 20 knots and delivers a transpacific range.

Currently touring the Gulf states, Nirvana is down from €230 million to €199 million.

The $300 million superyacht was built by Oceanco, featuring a design from Sam Sorgiovanni and naval architecture from Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture.

The yacht was delivered in 2012 and continued to be a luxurious charter yacht on the water for guests to enjoy.

Sam Sorgiovanni designed the interior of the NIRVANA yacht. The award-winning yacht has accommodation for 12 guests in 6 cabins with one master, 1 VIP, and four double suites.

The master suite features amenities like a wraparound window and a private deck area.

The accommodation for 27 crew members creates a luxury experience for the guests onboard.

She features luxury design elements inspired by the earth and rainforest by using natural materials like teak, woven bronze, silk, and onyx.

There is a helicopter pad on the sun deck. A 7.5m swimming pool converts into a dance floor for partying all night and day on the yacht.

There are premium wellness facilities, including a massage room, steam room, sauna, and gym facilities. All of these are complemented by the on-deck jacuzzi.

The yacht is kids friendly with several safety features that make her a child-friendly vessel. The two vivariums that are forwards of the dining salon are another fascinating design element of the luxury NIRVANA.

The vivariums, or reptile tanks, are home to water dragons, neared lizards, turtles, frogs, and chameleons.

The bespoke entertainment areas set this yacht apart and provide the most luxurious experience on board.

The beach club is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy the superyacht lifestyle with a spacious area on the water level.

The fun on the yacht continues in the water with a garage that is filled with water toys and tenders. The water toys include aqua park inflatables, wave runners, and jet skis.

The NIRVANA yacht exterior features a design from Sam Sorgiovanni, with a deep dark blue hull that is slightly flared at the bow.

She features a downward curve aft of amidships and bright cap rails and transom, which gives her a classic look.

It was built by Oceanco with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure and was delivered in 2012. Her naval architecture was penned by Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture.

The mighty 88.5m motor yacht Nirvana was launched by Oceanco as recently as February 2012 . Naval architecture is by Azure Naval Architects and Oceanco’s in-house team, while her exterior lines come from the boards of Australian designer Sam Sorgiovanni. Lloyd’s registered and MCA compliant, this six-deck superyacht, built in steel and aluminium, is ingeniously designed with interconnected interior and exterior areas thanks to large sliding doors that allow guests to be both inside and outside simultaneously.

Sam Sorgiovanni is also responsible for the contemporary interior, which accommodates 12 guests. The master suite, complete with office, private deck and spa pool, enjoys panoramic views from the foredeck. Five further VIP cabins accommodate the other guests, including a larger one with a lounge and his-and-hers bathrooms.

Nirvana is powered by twin 3,600kW MTU 20V 4000M73L engines giving a top speed of 20 knots and a transpacific range. Special features include a 7.5m swimming pool with a height adjustable floor on the main aft deck, a helipad on the sundeck, as well as a dedicated indoor 3D cinema.

The main deck aft has a casual alfresco lounge consisting of a sofa and two armchairs around a coffee table. Two stairways lead down to the large lower deck swim platform, which is used for storing the tender while on the move. Side walkways lead around the main deck to the foredeck, where there is a loveseat and a sunbed for enjoying the views in the sunshine or shade.

The semi-enclosed flybridge can be accessed via an internal stairway from the galley below. Sun loungers are placed along the stern, and amidships beneath the shade of the hardtop there is a free-standing alfresco dining table that seats all eight guests while drinks are served from the wet bar to starboard.

The lower deck layout places the guest accommodation forward and amidships followed by the crew accommodation and then the engine room.

NIRVANA Specifications

A starboard stairway leads up to the main deck, which is divided into the spacious forward galley and dining area, and the comfortable aft salon. The combined interior is surrounded by windows that help create a naturally bright interior while ensuring sweeping views of the surroundings. All eight guests are seated to a meal around the breakfast bar, while the aft salon offers a plush aft-facing corner sofa to port accompanied by a coffee table and armchair, while the starboard side has a widescreen TV and sofa/daybed.

A pair of IPS 1200 Volvo Penta engines each producing 900 HP grant a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots.

The 88.5 m long Nirvana yacht, built under the working name Y707, is the largest yacht of its generation created by Oceanco to date. Nirvana is an outstanding product of the joint efforts of its owner, Oceanco and Sam Sorgiovanni, who developed the style and exterior image, as well as interior design. The hull of this yacht shows an easily recognizable slightly expanded bow and a downward curve starting closer to the stern. This yacht will be recognizable in all ports thanks to the bright design of the transom and the mahogany edging framing the gunwale — this design visually increases the length of the yacht and is the hallmark of Sorgiovanni. This classic design of the yachts appearance provides a contrast with the modern character of its interior.

On the main deck there are guest cabins that can accommodate 10-12 people, including a VIP suite cabin with a living room that can be converted into a double cabin with separate beds and separate bathrooms, as well as four large VIP cabins.

On the main aft deck of the yacht Nirvana there is a large oval pool 7.5 m long and 1.4 m deep — this is one of the largest pools installed on Oceanco yachts today. On Oceanco yachts, this is the first pool with the ability to adjust the depth and fill with fresh sea water, made of fiberglass. The presence of a water jet control system allows you to swim on the spot. The design of all indoor and outdoor spaces is focused on the highest possible level of luxury.

In addition, Nirvana is a large yacht capable of crossing the oceans of our planet. The two main engines of the MTU 4000 series allow the vessel to accelerate to a maximum speed of 20 knots at an average speed of 14 knots, due to which the yacht can travel more than 5,000 nautical miles without refueling. • Kefalonia . Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian islands. Top sites include the Sea Lake of Melissani, the Cave of Drogarati, the Castle of Saint George, and the Lighthouse of Argostoli. Make sure to visit the villages of Assos and Fiscardo and the beautiful beaches of Myrtos, Antisamos, Skala, and Lourdas.

One other advantage is the fact the on-board solarium can be converted into a formal al-fresco dining set up.  The set up can be used for breakfasts and lunches too, as it is covered by a hard top offering useful shade during the summer months in the Western Greek islands. The electrical panels and open sliding windows on this rigid roof are another advantage as the indoor air-conditioned area can be converted into outdoor fresh-breeze terrace at the touch of the button. Similarly useful area is private deck forward where couples can retreat or important crew discussions can take place away from preying eyes, in particular in busy ports and marinas where yachts such as SX76 are bound to tie up stern to.  Seating decks and useful cushions are provided here too allowing extensive sunbathing all day long.

Accommodation: The SAN LORENZO’s SX76 ‘’NIRVANA’’ charter yacht provides sumptuous accommodation for 8 adult guests in one master suite, 1x VIP and 2x twin cabins.  With the largest volume in her range, the interior spacious, modern and decorated with contemporary features.  Best of all, full-length windows provide plenty of daylight as well as fantastic views. All areas of the boat are also equipped with audio and TV systems, all controlled by mobile devices, allowing independent usage in each area of ​​the yacht. The master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, a desk and a private bathroom. The VIP stateroom has a queen size bed, and features an en-suite as do the other two double cabins. The cabins are located on the lower deck, while main galley is on the main deck, where full surround panoramic views are provided, making the SX76 also one of the best superyachts to watch chef in action or simply enjoy in cooking too.

Watertoys: As expected from a yacht of this size and volume, she is full to the bream with various toys.
