The location is set back from the main road on very bumpy roads, but once we found it, we were well looked after by Steve and his team. Steve spent time understanding our horse riding experience to match us with the right horse. The horses are retired race horses, and all are looked after really well. We were taken out onto Riambel beach, which was really quiet. You have a guide with you all the time, which was reassuring, although the horses behaved perfectly. From clearly awaiting our arrival at the airport and transferring us by private car to our, our experience just got better and better! Our driver from the airport was knowledgeable, informative and kind. After arrival, we had a timely professional call from Yuvrin, our contact for our stay. He arranges to meet us at our convenience and made us feel VIPs. He explained everything on offer and left us to decide, no heavy selling!! (Always a relief!!) We chose an all inclusive day trip of South East. Our driver, Antish, arrived in a very clean and comfortable SUV, and turned out to be our guide and companion for not one but two trips which took in Port Louis and the North. The vehicles they used are Audi Q3 and Hyundai Tuscon. I couldn’t believe my eyes and saw such hospitable staff that they help in carrying your luggage, give you water. Both the drivers we were allotted were so amazing and knew and have information about the city, culture that it was refreshing experience. Many wishes to them for going above and beyond. In the half day tour as well, the driver/tour guide alloyed to us not only drove us to places, but along the way gave us lots of information. He even recommend us the shops and markets and took us where it was more suitable for us which is fact that most people don’t recognise. Kudos to team and all the Persons involved. Our airport to hotel and return were fantastic - we were met, welcomed with a drink and a representative took our luggage and guided us to our transport and loaded everything for us - perfect. The same happened on return, could not fault. With regards to trips whilst on the island and internal transfer, they were not so good. The trips offered were 3 times the price of the ones offered within 5 star hotels and other than being told they were the best there didn’t seem to be much difference! We did use and pay for an internal transfer combined with a trip which was ok but no better than the taxi service provided at both of our hotels. Would definitely recommend for airport services but would check details of any trips and wouldn’t recommend for guidance of trips/things to do once in resorts/hotel. Because of a mobility issue I specifically asked the UK company to request a saloon car, which they did. I also messaged myself and was assured by Letchmee that it was a saloon car. Our return flight was at 21.50 meaning check in was at 18.50. On checking our transfer documents I discovered that we were not being picked up until 18.50 with a transfer time of approx 1.25 hours! I contacted Letchmee (who claimed he was our representative) and was told he would "try" to get us picked up at 6.30 or 6.00. This is not a suitable response and we felt it was still too late so we asked for a 5.30pm pick up. Several more messages were exchanged before we finally got confirmation of a 5.30pm pick up - but from the wrong hotel! Letchmee's last message said transfer was confirmed for 5.30pm and would be a saloon car. The car duly arrived......and was a high 4x4 vehicle which caused me considerable pain trying to get in. The driver then suggested that he was going to divert to swap with another driver - we expressed dissatisfaction with this so it didn't happen. The final straw came when approaching the airport - the driver answered what sounded like a personal call on his mobile while driving and lost control of the vehichle, veered across the road and hit a kerb! Depart from La Carangue Jetty at 9h30 and board on our catamaran O’Plezir. Once everyone is on board, the catamaran will take the sea to encounter the dolphins location at the Tamarin Bay. After the dolphin sightseeing the catamaran will set its anchor to a snorkeling area for 30min. While the guests will be snorkeling, the crew will cook a nice BBQ on board and offer you a beautiful lunch. After the lunch there will be plenty of time to relax on the deck of the catamaran or enjoy the bar. You will be then be transferred on a small boat to an island called " Ile aux Benitiers" where you will have some free time to visit or just enjoy a nice sunbath on the beach if the weather is good. This exclusive catamaran consists of fixed and removable seating arrangements, with bar and removable bar stools. It can be converted into a common standing area for cocktails or for similar events. O’Plézir is one of the largest and finest catamaran in Mauritius. The boat is 58 ft long and can comfortably take 35 passengers. In the morning, you will have the opportunity to observe the Spinner Dolphins which are numerous in Tamarin Bay. The rest of the day is relaxing on board, sailing on the West coast in front of the island’s highest mountains, swimming and snorkeling and including a BBQ lunch.

You also have the privilege to visit the Crystal Rock and the Benitiers Island.

His name was VIJ, and he was magnificent. He talked about the history of the island and cultures. When we arrived at each destination, he came with us and made the trip that more interesting. • sheila2909 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles AVOID THIS COMPANY! Our travel agency in the UK arranged private car transfers with this company from airport to hotel and return. Because of a mobility issue I specifically asked the UK company to request a saloon car, which they did. I also messaged myself and was assured by Letchmee that it was a saloon car. Our return flight was at 21.50 meaning check in was at 18.50. On checking our transfer documents I discovered that we were not being picked up until 18.50 with a transfer time of approx 1.25 hours! I contacted Letchmee (who claimed he was our representative) and was told he would "try" to get us picked up at 6.30 or 6.00. This is not a suitable response and we felt it was still too late so we asked for a 5.30pm pick up. Several more messages were exchanged before we finally got confirmation of a 5.30pm pick up - but from the wrong hotel! Letchmee's last message said transfer was confirmed for 5.30pm and would be a saloon car. The car duly arrived......and was a high 4x4 vehicle which caused me considerable pain trying to get in. The driver then suggested that he was going to divert to swap with another driver - we expressed dissatisfaction with this so it didn't happen. The final straw came when approaching the airport - the driver answered what sounded like a personal call on his mobile while driving and lost control of the vehichle, veered across the road and hit a kerb! This is an absolute joke of a company who have no consideration for the customer comfort or safety. Read more Written 22 September 2023

Depart from La Carangue Jetty at 9h30 and board on our catamaran O’Plezir. Once everyone is on board, the catamaran will take the sea to encounter the dolphins location at the Tamarin Bay. After the dolphin sightseeing the catamaran will set its anchor to a snorkeling area for 30min. While the guests will be snorkeling, the crew will cook a nice BBQ on board and offer you a beautiful lunch. After the lunch there will be plenty of time to relax on the deck of the catamaran or enjoy the bar. You will be then be transferred on a small boat to an island called " Ile aux Benitiers" where you will have some free time to visit or just enjoy a nice sunbath on the beach if the weather is good.
