VIVERE Yacht for Sale

The 116-foot (35.36m) Azimut motor yacht VIVERE was launched by the renowned Italian yacht builder in 2008. A member of the brand’s Grande 116 series, VIVERE features exterior styling by Stefano Righini and interior design by Carlo Galeazzi. The yacht boasts a 24-foot (7.35m) beam and a draft of six feet, eight inches (2.04m). VIVERE’s hull and superstructure were both built in GRP. She has a gross tonnage of 248 and a cruising speed of 20 knots. Her maximum speed clocks in at 24 knots.

The interior spaces of VIVERE feature beautiful woodwork in cherry and burlewood with matte finishes that, when combined with the yacht’s beautiful furnishings, high-quality fabrics and pristine marble touches, create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere aboard. The main salon is extremely spacious. It is located aft of the dining room where guests can enjoy meals prepared by the chef in the well-designed galley, which is conveniently found next to the dining room.

Motor yacht VIVERE welcomes up to 10 guests in five palatial staterooms. The master suite is located on the main deck. It is beautifully appointed and benefits from abundant natural light provided by the large windows that surround the main deck. This stateroom features a king-size bed, a desk and settee as well as a full-beam en-suite bathroom. The yacht’s four additional staterooms, comprising two queens and two twins, are located on the lower deck. Each offers an en-suite bathroom to ensure a high level of comfort and privacy.

The on-deck spaces of Azimut yacht for sale VIVERE provide the best of the alfresco lifestyle. The yacht is outfitted with full walk-around decks that allow both guests and crew to move about the boat with ease. The oversized flybridge/sundeck is open and well-laid-out, featuring a Jacuzzi, sunpads, a dining table and sun loungers. If guests need shade, the yacht’s “hardtop” features a retractable awning. VIVERE’s “beach” is accessible when the garage door is opened to create a large swim platform to provide easy water access.

VIVERE is run by a professional crew of five who are accommodated in three crew cabins. The yacht also offers large crew quarters with a living/dining area. The yacht was built to RINA certification. She currently is not in class but can regain this classification should a new owner choose to. VIVERE features Zero Speed stabilizers for onboard comfort and boasts an impressive charter history should her new owner choose to put her on the market.

Up on the flybridge, you will find an expansive area perfect for gathering with friends and family. Enjoy an al fresco dining experience for up to 12 guests with retractable sunroofs, a custom jacuzzi spa that can convert into a chaise lounge, large sun pads, and aft loungers. The main salon boasts large windows, light carpets, neutral furnishings, and cherry wood creating a luxurious and classic atmosphere. Captain: Mike Minnuies Mike has been a licensed captain for over 20+ years, leading large crews and operating privately owned yachts, charter yachts and USCG Certified Passenger Vessels. Mike has been the Captain of Vivere from Florida to New England since 2010! As Captain, he has managed the maintenance and operation of this luxury yacht, assuring that she is ready to operate in tip-top shape for charter. Mike is enthusiastic about cater aboard Vivere and is experienced with all types of guests: couples, VIPs, celebrities or families from around the world planning a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He was previously captain aboard Avanati, which had many successful charters throughout his term. Chef: Tory Martindale Currently Chef Tory has been working as a Private Chef and F&B director for a financial corporation. Here he oversaw catering for the office, jet, helicopter and yacht as well as controlling the wine cellar program and cigar library. Tory has an exceptional culinary and customer service pedigree, having served as spent 24 years at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Chef Tory had spent time working in Four Seasons kitchens in Dublin, Nevis, Santa Barbara, Vancouver, Four Seasons Resort Whistler for the 2010 Olympics The Four Seasons Palm Beach where he was instrumental in developing the concepts for the 2018 renovation and repositioning of the resorts food and beverage in the local market. Chef Tory’s food philosophy is based on two key elements - top-notch technique and thoughtful, interesting flavor combinations. VIVERE has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 charter guests in 5 suites.

The guest cabins comprise a primary suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities located on the main deck, 2 cabins with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities and 2 cabins with a twin bed and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Your luxury charter on board motor yacht VIVERE will be managed by the crew of 6 including the captain.

The crew will ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable charter experience with all of your needs catered for while on board.

Mike has been a Licensed Captain for over 15 years, leading large crews and operating privately owned yachts, as well as, USCG Certified Passenger Vessels. He has now been the Captain of VIVERE in Florida to New England since January 2010. As Captain, he has managed the maintenance and operation of this customized yacht, assuring that she is ready to run and please the owners and many guests aboard, while always keeping charter in mind for the near future. He is enthusiastic about charter of VIVERE and is experienced with all types of guests; corporate groups and VIP'S, celebrities and families from around the world. He was previously Captain aboard 75' motor yacht AVANTI which had many successful charters throughout his term aboard in Florida, New England and the Great Lakes. His prior experience is Captain aboard M/Y Millennium - New York, S. Florida & the Bahamas among other reputable charter yachts ranging from 45' - 150'.

Robert Stackpoole

Robert was born and raised on the Great Lakes, so he learned to drive boats at the very early age of 7. This progressed into bigger boats as he got older, bringing along additional skills and experience in the industry. At 20 Robert moved to Ft. Lauderdale pursuing work on boats in a tropical climate year-round. He joined VIVERE in August of 2015 maintaining the yacht and tender sound, both cosmetically and mechanically. He has logged over 2,000 nautical miles along the Eastern Seaboard, including the waters of the Bahamas. Robert enjoys meeting new people and looks forward to making charter guests welcome and comfortable onboard.

A native of Oregon, Kate is a true Northwest-grown Sea Gypsy. She has spent several years on a wide variety of luxury yachts and catamarans, sailing the Caribbean and the Northeastern shore; Alaska, and Canada. Kate brings to each Charter her enthusiastic, cheerful, and ready smile. You will find her to be high energy, fun, always joyful and able to assist you to ensure an individualized experience. She has a focus on professionalism, warmth, and concern for guest satisfaction.

Julie Arnold (Freelance)

Julie brings years of experience of cruising the east coast from Canada to Florida as well as the Bahamas and Caribbean to VIVERE for the summer 2020 season. She has her passion for yachting, a team player that you may see setting a dining table one minute and the next she could be driving our tender. Julie is always eager to please and look out for her specialty cocktails!

Endrix Rodriguez

Endrix is the newest addition to the VIVERE Team. He has traveled extensively and worked on several yachts both in the United States and Internationally while honing his skills and obtaining his Captain’s License. Endrix is upbeat, enthusiastic and loves to interact with our charter guests and creating a memorable experience onboard.

Cassia Kern Mcnulty (Freelance)

Chef Cassia has been creating culinary delights in the private and charter yachting world for approximately eighteen years. Born in Brazil, she grew with her family who owned several bakeries. She went to culinary school and later she opened a very successful restaurant (Safita) after some time she sold the restaurant and moved to the United States where she still resides. Cassia finds great happiness in meeting new people and creating the food that will make their experience one to remember.

Is it possible in english to use "to live" transitively? My italian sentence is: Il piacere di vivere uno yacht oggi si esprime in una gamma di modelli, dove le differenze sono evidenti: per dimensioni (ecc) I translated it as follows: Today, yachts can be enjoyed in a range of models, clearly differing in size (etc) but I am wondering whether a different structure could be used, to better convey the "feel" of the original...what do you think?

VIVERE Yacht Charter

Vivere yacht description.

VIVERE is a stunning 116' Azimut that is just finishing a $1M+ refit! She has been completely repowered and all of her soft goods replaced and updated; carpet, couches, dining area, linens and soft goods in cabins etc. New photos will be added in the next month to reflect all the beautiful changes! With 116' feet in overall length, VIVERE provides great space for 5 substantial staterooms. There is an on-deck master with King size bed and 4 additional guest staterooms below, providing accommodations for 10 guests. The guest staterooms below consist of two (2) queen staterooms and two (2) twin staterooms and all are afforded equally large living areas. The on-deck master is elegantly decorated and finished, benefitting from large windows to allow lots of natural light due to its position on the main deck. Besides a king-sized bed, this living area also offers a nice desk to work and a comfortable settee to relax. There is a beautiful, full-beam master bath that is finished with a number of different marbles and has a shower, bathtub, and toilet. For relaxation, guests have an enormous salon with bar area and adjoining dining room inside while also having a nice aft deck and supersized flybridge/sundeck outside. Because the toys are stored in the garage, the sundeck is dedicated entirely to enjoying the outdoors in the Jacuzzi, on the sunpads, at the dining table, or simply in a nearby chaise lounge. The clever “hard top” is designed with a retractable awning to suit the sunbathing needs of guests. There is easy access to refreshments throughout as there are bars with refrigeration and icemakers on the flybridge, on the aft deck, and in the main salon. All exterior decks are laid with teak for a warm, comfortable feel. The galley is well designed for the chef and serving staff to be able to work effectively throughout the day and is conveniently located next to the formal dining area. Guests also have the option of dining al-fresco on the aft deck or on the sundeck depending on the weather. The interior woodwork consists of finely crafted cherry and burlewood throughout with a matte finish. Beautifully decorated with a combination of built-in and loose furniture, the interior is generously accented with a variety of different marbles, fabrics and designs. With a full-time crew of 5, guests will be treated to the highest level of service and comfort during their week of charter aboard Vivere!

Offered by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht VIVERE is a 116 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski and a hot tub. The key elements of VIVERE are her well-chosen interiors and culinary experience. VIVERE spends the summer season in the Bahamas. She was completed by the well-known ship builder Azimut in 2008. A succesful refit was finalized in 2022. The ingenious yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 10 guests.

VIVERE is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the yacht, roomy aft deck, leads to the meticulously composed main saloon. Si chiama Flying Fox ed è uno degli yacht più costosi al mondo: di recente avvistato al largo dell'isola di Capri, è finito ancora una volta al centro dell'attenzione dei media grazie alla sua maestosità. Da sempre la proprietà è stata attribuita erroneamente a Jeff Bezos , il miliardario fondatore di Amazon, ma la verità è che appartiene a un ricco imprenditore russo. Costruita nel 2019 nei famosi cantieri tedeschi Lurssen a Brema, l'imbarcazione è lunga 136 metri, può ospitare fino a 25 persone ed è dotata di ogni comfort, dalla spa alla sala cinema, fino ad arrivare all'eliporto: ecco qual è il suo valore stimato e quanto costa noleggiarla per un giorno.

Gli interni del “Flying Fox” e gli 11 mini appartamenti

Lungo 136 metri (446 piedi), il Flying Fox può ospitare fino a 25 persone (oltre che un equipaggio di 54 membri). Ad aver realizzato il progetto degli interni sono stati i due studi di progettazione Espen Øeino di Montecarlo e Mark Berryman di Lymington, Regno Unito, è a loro che si deve la realizzazione degli 11 mini appartamenti presenti nell'imbarcazione, tutti finemente arredati con uno stile minimal dai dettagli in legno. Ogni suite è dotata di letto king size e bagno interno. A bordo i passeggeri hanno a disposizione ogni tipo di comfort, dall'aria condizionata al barbecue, fino ad arrivare a salone di bellezza, cinema, palestra, ascensore, console di gioco, sauna, spa e docking station per iPod. Per una questione di sicurezza e di comodità, la nave è anche dotata di un ospedale e di una camera di decompressione.

La piscina e la spa di 400 metri quadrati

Tra i dettagli del Flying Fox più spettacolari e d'impatto (anche perché visibili dall'alto) ci sono la piscina di 12 metri sul ponte principale, un'ampia spiaggia, piattaforme per nuotare, una vasca idromassaggio jacuzzi con vista a picco sul mare e un eliporto.

All'interno, inoltre, è stata costruita una spa di 400 metri quadrati, spazio distribuito su due piani che assicura ai passeggeri il totale relax tra area dedicata alla palestra, sauna, hammam e area massaggi. Dotata di 3 cucine, 4 moto d'acqua e un tender del valore di 50 milioni di dollari, l'imbarcazione è un vero e proprio gioiellino per gli amanti del lusso.

Gli esterni dello yacht più costoso al mondo

Gli esterni dello yacht, invece, sono stati disegnati da Espen Oeino. Si tratta di uno scafo in acciaio che viene alimentato da diesel 2X MTU con una velocità di crociera di 17 nodi e una velocità massima di 20 nodi.

Quanto vale il Flying Fox e quanto costa noleggiarlo?

Il Flyng Fox viene considerato il simbolo del lusso e della raffinatezza nel mondo dello yachting e non sorprende che il suo valore stimato si aggirerebbe intorno ai 300 milioni di dollari (ovvero oltre 278 milioni di euro). La cosa che in pochi sanno è che può essere anche noleggiato tramite la compagnia di charter Imperial Yachts. Specializzata nella fornitura di servizi personalizzati e di alta gamma, l'azienda dà ai potenziali clienti la possibilità di godersi una vacanza unica in mare aperto. A provare l'esperienza nell'estate del 2021 è stata Beyoncé, che ha trascorso molto tempo a bordo in compagnia della famiglia. I prezzi? Il noleggio giornaliero costa 667.000 euro, mentre per quello settimanale di parte da 4,3 milioni di euro.

Chi è il proprietario dello yacht?

La proprietà del Flying Fox è sempre stata attribuita a Jeff Bezos ma la verità è che si tratta solo di un malinteso. Il magnate di Amazon si stava facendo costruire una grossa barca a vela proprio nel periodo in cui la Lussen Yachts stava realizzando lo yacht più costoso al mondo e la cosa ha creato non poca confusione. Il vero proprietario è voluto rimanere a lungo anonimo per aggiungere un'aria di esclusività all'imbarcazione, poi i media internazionali sono riusciti a scovarlo: si tratta del miliardario russo Dmitry Kamenshchik, che con il nome Flying Fox ha fatto un riferimento alla sua attività. L'uomo è infatti proprietario di uno degli aeroporti più grandi dell'Europa orientale, quello di Domodedovo.

Oil depot fire, casualties reported in Russia’s Krasnador Krai following Ukraine’s drone strike

On the night of May 31, 2024, Ukrainian drones targeted an oil depot at Port Kavkaz in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, causing significant damage and casualties.

The attack resulted in fires at the depot, with reports of multiple employees being injured. Local authorities and Russian media confirmed the strikes, with some sources reporting the destruction of several oil tanks and ongoing efforts to extinguish the fires.

Local authorities say the fire originated at a fuel depot housing three petroleum tanks. According to Crimean Wind, the fuel is used to supply gas to Russian forces in parts of occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.

Authorities claim that there are multiple casualties among the employees of the oil depot as a result of the strike.

A Ukrainian drone attack sparked a fire and damaged several storage tanks at a fuel depot in Russia’s Krasnodar region, the region’s crisis administration said on Friday.

About six drones were destroyed and debris fell on the refinery near the village of Yurovka, the administration said on the Telegram messaging app.

“Several tanks were damaged,” the administration said, adding no one was injured in the attack.

Drone attacks on energy facilities inside Russia’s territory have become more frequent in the past few months. Kyiv officials say that they conduct the attacks to undermine Russia’s war effort and respond to Moscow’s strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.

The oil depot was last attacked on May 31, according to Russian state media.

Fire reported at oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Krai

A fire broke out at the Ilsky oil refinery in Russia's southern Krasnodar Krai, which was put out within an hour, according to regional authorities . There were no further details on the cause of the fire or its impact on the refinery.

In recent weeks, Ukraine launched several drone attacks on Russian refineries, including in St. Petersburg and Volgograd. Kyiv often does not comment on alleged attacks on Russian soil.

On Feb. 3, Andrei Bocharov, Volgograd region governor, reported via Telegram that air defenses and electronic warfare systems repelled a drone attack on the territory of the region. "One drone fell and set off a fire at the Volgograd oil refinery," he said. Volgograd Oblast is located around 300 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.

In late January, the press service of St. Petersburg's city administration said an "incident" occurred at an industrial site in the Nevsky district of the city.

The Ukrainian media outlet RBC Ukraine claimed that a drone had struck the Nevsky Mazut oil refinery in the city. Citing unnamed sources, RBC said that the strike was carried out by Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR).

En Grèce, après un incendie déclenché par des feux d’artifice, les capitaines d’un yacht risquent vingt ans de prison

Les deux capitaines d’un bateau de plaisance, d’où ont été tirés les feux d’artifice qui ont provoqué un incendie vendredi sur l’île grecque d’Hydra, restent en détention provisoire et encourent jusqu’à vingt ans de prison et une amende de 200 000 euros.

Le soir du 21 juin, un peu avant 23 heures locales, la pinède préservée de l’île touristique d’Hydra, surplombant la baie d’Agios Nikolaos, est en feu. A près de 350 mètres du rivage, un yacht, le Perséphone-1 , accueille dix-sept passagers et treize membres d’équipage. Très vite, les pompiers saisonniers de l’île publient sur les réseaux sociaux une photo et expliquent que « l’incendie, provoqué par des tirs de feux d’artifice depuis un bateau, brûle la seule forêt de pins de l’île, dans un endroit difficile d’accès et dépourvu de route ».

Les réactions sont vives. Le maire d’Hydra, Giorgos Koukoudakis, déclare à la chaîne de télévision publique ERT être « indigné que certaines personnes lancent de manière aussi irresponsable des feux d’artifice dans une forêt de pins ». Il s’inquiète aussi que, malgré les incendies répétés en Grèce ces dernières années, Hydra « n’a toujours pas de zones anti-incendies ni de routes forestières » permettant aux pompiers d’accéder à certaines zones isolées.

Dès le matin du 22 juin, la justice s’empare de l’affaire. Seuls les treize membres de l’équipage grec sont auditionnés et poursuivis pour « incendie criminel » . Le jeudi 27 juin au matin, la cour du Pirée a décidé de placer en détention le capitaine et son second jusqu’à l’ouverture de leur procès, à une date encore indéterminée. Les onze autres membres de l’équipage ont été remis en liberté conditionnelle sous contrôle judiciaire, avec interdiction de quitter la Grèce. D’après leurs avocats, les onze membres de l’équipage ont dû également payer une caution allant de 10 000 à 20 000 euros selon les cas.

Des oligarques à bord du navire

Lors de son audition, comme le rapporte le journal grec Ethnos , le capitaine a clamé son innocence et assuré avoir « immédiatement contacté les pompiers lorsqu’il a aperçu le feu à 22 h 32 ». « Aucun feu d’artifice n’a été tiré, aucune célébration n’avait lieu. Les passagers avaient dîné à la ville d’Hydra tôt et étaient retournés au navire après avoir terminé leur croisière qui avait commencé il y a une semaine » , a-t-il assuré.

Ses propos sont contredits par deux témoins oculaires, membres de l’équipage d’un autre yacht amarré dans une baie voisine. Le juge d’instruction a demandé de nouvelles expertises avant de poursuivre le procès.

Le fait que les dix-sept passagers du yacht, loué 250 000 euros par semaine, majoritairement d’origine kazakhe, n’aient pas été entendus par les autorités grecques suscite également une importante controverse. Dès le lendemain de l’incident, ces derniers ont pu embarquer à bord d’un jet privé, comme le révèle le consortium de journalistes d’investigation Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP). A bord du luxueux navire, se trouvaient des oligarques, et notamment Daniyar Abulgazin, un des hommes les plus riches du Kazakhstan, à la tête d’une grande compagnie pétrolière et proche de l’ancien président du pays Noursoultan Nazarbaïev, selon l’enquête de l’OCCRP. Face au scandale, des poursuites pénales pour complicité dans l’incendie ont été ouvertes jeudi en soirée contre huit passagers originaires du Kazakhstan.
