Initial Public Offering Announcement

AMDI plans to conduct its initial public offering (IPO) through the New York Stock Exchange American with the symbol ‘AMDI’ through its underwriter, Kingswood Investments, a division of Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC (or Kingswood), which is acting as the sole representative of the underwriters. AMDI anticipates a public offering price between $3.50 to $4.50.

AMDI is a maritime tour activity and attractions operator with the following wholly-owned operating units: Seas the Day Charters in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Tall Ship Windy in Chicago, Illinois and Paradise Adventures in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Company plans to use the proceeds of its IPO to acquire Paradise Yacht Management and Charter Smarter in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas.

We had the BEST time on our dolphin tour with Captain Trevor!!! My kids loved him so much and he was VERY patient with all their questions. He also told them fun stories and let us have some time at the beach. 10 out of 10…definitely recommend!

This trip was AMAZING! I have never seen so many dolphins and I highly recommend this. Gordon kept us all entertained and kept the kids involved...he especially looked after my 11 year old and had him help dock the boat! And Jai (spelling?) was an amazing bartender and kept our drinks full. Great photo opportunity for dolphins.

We took a sunset cruise with Paradise Adventures and it was spectacular! The kids were in heaven seeing dolphins and riding on the net at the front of the catamaran. What a cool experience. We were in heaven sampling the delicious drinks (try the Privateer Punch!) and watching the beautiful sunsets! A storm rolled in and the captain even got us back just in time for us to make it to our car before it started raining. Highly recommend for a fun family experience.

Amazing trip on the center console boat with Trevor!!! We saw so many dolphins, stopped at beautiful shell island and found sand dollars and enjoyed being out on the ocean! Definitely recommend Paradise Adventures Watersports during your time in PCB!

Amazing!! One of our best experiences in Florida. We decided to end our week long trip with a sunset cruise on the catamaran with paradise adventures. We were surrounded by dolphins. Listening to live music. While watching a sunset. It was beautiful.

Best trip ever! Book this if you want a great time! Book this for my wife birthday and had a amazing time. We saw so many dolphins and got great pictures! Captain was great and even let my wife drive for a while for her birthday! Great crew with great view and great drinks.
