Fact check: Get your boat licence in Croatia!

Would you like to be your own captain together we can make your dream come true and clarify all the important questions about the croatian coastal licence..

Merk&Merk

Have you been dreaming of being your own captain for a long time? Then there’s only one thing left to say: cast off! Before you set course for independence and relaxation, however, there are a few basic points to check. So that you don’t have to face closed “seas”, we will clarify all the important questions about the Croatian coastal patent.

What do I need to know in order to be allowed to drive a boat in Croatia?

One thing right away: You can’t drive a boat in Croatia without a boat licence. In contrast to Germany, a licence is required for every motorised boat in Croatia. Even non-motorised boats over 2.5 metres in length are affected by this regulation – with the exception of rowing boats, paddle boats and surfboards. In addition, boat owners are obliged to buy a vignette for their boat at the respective harbour office.

How can I obtain a boat licence for Croatia?

It’s very simple: You only have to register for a course. The learning materials will then be made available to you digitally. With the help of these documents, you can prepare for the course from the comfort of your own home.

The Croatian coastal licence is an official licence issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Maritime Affairs and Transport. For this reason, an oral examination is held by the officials of the local port authority. A practical exam is not necessary. In our case, the exam is taken at the Vodice Port Authority.

Only a few days after successfully passing the exam, the boat licence is issued. As this is a theoretical exam, we recommend that you take a practical training course before your first trip.

What types of boat licences are valid in Croatia?

In addition to the Croatian boat licence, official boat licences from the holder’s home country are also valid. If you have any questions about the recognition of your coastal patent, we will be happy to help!

In general, it can be stated that holders of the Croatian coastal licence (Boat Skipper Category B) within the 12-mile zone are entitled to

  • Passenger vessels up to three miles off the coast and islands,
  • cargo or fishing boats,
  • pleasure boats (of all types),
  • yachts up to 30 GT and
  • Charter yachts up to 30 GT without professional crew.

If there are islands off the coast, the twelve miles from the offshore island apply. The coastal patent does not apply to rivers and lakes. A separate patent must be obtained for these. Outside the 12-mile zone, a licence is no longer required, as these are international waters.

What categories of boat licence are there?

Category boat skipper – a.

A category A boat skipper’s licence can be obtained from the age of 15. Attending a course is not a prerequisite for obtaining the licence. Mastery of the basics of navigation is required, which includes:

  • reading nautical charts,
  • determining course and distance,
  • collision avoidance rules at sea – practical demonstration with models,
  • lights on ships,
  • day signals, sound signals, danger signals,
  • ropes and knots,
  • meteorology and
  • winds in the Adriatic.

CATEGORY BOAT SKIPPER – B

At the age of 16 you are entitled to take the category B boat skipper exam. After passing the examination, the master of a category B boat is entitled to operate a boat or yacht for own use up to 30 GT in the area of navigation IIa, III (without restrictions) and IV with his licence. Until the age of 18, the engine power is limited to 15 KW (20 hp), thereafter the engine power is no longer limited.

CATEGORY BOAT SKIPPER – C

The Category C Boat Skipper is the first degree of a professional skipper – captain for all seas of the world. The course comprises a total of 25 hours of lectures and exercises, plus the compulsory six hours of practical sailing instruction. After passing the exam, a Category C skipper is allowed to skipper boats and yachts up to 30 GT commercially, regardless of the sailing zone (worldwide) and the type of vessel.

CATEGORY YACHT MASTER A

To obtain a licence, a category A yacht master (up to 100 gross tonnes) must meet the following requirements:

  • completed 18th year of age,
  • successfully passed his school-leaving examination,
  • at least 12 months sailing experience on a commercial or public vessel,
  • three years’ experience as a category C boatmaster, and
  • pass a special vision and hearing test.

CATEGORY YACHT MASTER B

To obtain a licence, a category B yacht master (up to 500 gross tonnes) must meet the following requirements:

  • completed 25th year of age,
  • at least a successfully passed school-leaving examination,
  • two years sailing experience as a member of a navigation watch or
  • 12 months sailing experience as a yacht commander up to 100 GT as well as
  • have good eyesight and hearing.

Is the Croatian boat licence also valid in Germany?

The Croatian licence is not recognised for people who are resident in Germany. So if you are German and want to sail a boat in German waters, you need a German boat licence. Persons residing in Croatia are allowed to sail in German territorial waters for one year with the Croatian coastal patent within the framework of the host country regulation. After that, a German driving licence must be obtained and presented.

Can I drive a boat abroad with a Croatian coastal licence?

Yes, this is possible. Within the framework of the IMO (International Maritime Organisation), all countries bordering the Mediterranean have signed an agreement on the mutual recognition of boating licences.

Can I have my Croatian boat licence rewritten?

It is not possible to have the Croatian coastal licence transcribed into a German boat licence.

I lack practical experience, can I still drive a boat?

Bootsführerschein kroatien

Anyone who has passed the boating licence examination is allowed to steer a motorised sports boat. The practical basics can be learned during a skipper training course. Especially if you are planning a boat trip with friends or family, we recommend taking practical lessons beforehand for safety reasons. PUBLISHED: 20.06.2022.

If you are considering sailing to Croatia on a boat you own, you are in the right place. This is the first article from our new series on boats and sailing. We explain how you can import a boat from the EU Member States or third countries and register them in Croatia.

In the following sequels, we will cover technical inspection of boats, mandatory insurance, and advice for those who want to live on a boat.

In this post, we cover:

  • Categories of boats
  • Non-EU boats

How to register a boat

  • How to track boats
  • Skip the research and let EIC answer all your questions
  • Read reviews from people we’ve helped

The facts are these…

How to import and register a boat in Croatia

Categorization of boats in croatia.

According to their purpose, boats are categorized by:

  • Brodica za osobne potrebe (boat for personal use)
  • Brodica za gospodarske namjene (boat for commercial purposes)
  • Javna brodica (public boat)

Boats for commercial purposes include:

  • Passenger boats
  • Cargo boats
  • Fishing boats
  • Other types of boats for commercial purposes

How to import a boat to Croatia

If you want to import a boat to the territory of an EU Member State, including Croatia, you must prove its customs status called carinski status .

According to the customs status, boats can be treated as:

  • EU goods or domaća roba (domestic goods)
  • Non-EU goods or strana roba (foreign goods)

Import of EU boats to Croatia

Boats that have the status of EU goods can be used in the customs territory of the European Union, including Croatia, without customs formalities and time limits.

The boat’s ownership, the flag, and the entry in the register of vessels in the EU Member State are not considered proof of being an EU good. You must prove the status of an EU good with a specific document that must be kept on the boat.

To prove your boat is an EU good, you may provide:

  • T2L or T2LF, issued and certified by the customs office of an EU Member State responsible for the location of the vessel at the time the document is issued (PUCZU’s Article 205)
  • Original invoice or transport document (PUCZU’s Article 206)
  • Customs goods manifest

PUCZU is Provedbena uredba Komisije (EU) which translates as Commission Implementing Regulation (EU). It is available here .

An invoice must contain:

  • Name and address of the sender of the person concerned
  • Marks and packing reference numbers
  • Description of the goods
  • Gross weight
  • Signature of the person submitting T2L
  • Competent customs office

A certification from the customs office on the invoice is not needed for boats whose total value is up to 15.000€. If the boat is worth more than 15.000€, you need this certification.

If the boat leaves the customs territory of the European Union, it loses the status of EU goods. If the boat leaves the EU territory and returns, it may still keep the status of EU goods. To keep the status, visit the customs office and submit one of the documents listed in PUCZU 2015/2447 on defining detailed rules for the implementation of specific provisions of Regulation (EU) 952/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council establishing the Union Customs Code.

Import of non-EU boats to Croatia

Boats that have the status of non-EU goods are subject to customs formalities and all prescribed import duties. To release the boat to free circulation, you must submit a customs declaration to the competent customs office. It is called carinska deklaracija za puštanje u slobodan promet .

The customs office will charge you the import duty and PDV (VAT). A list of competent customs offices in Croatia is available here .

During the calculation, they may also apply:

  • Preferential (reduced) or zero duty rates – submit a document proving the preferential origin of the goods (EUR 1 or invoice declaration/supplier’s declaration)
  • Exemption from PDV, if the provisions on the exemption in relation to international transport of the Article 47 of the VAT Act can be applied

Temporary import of private boats

Boats registered in third countries (non-EU Member States) can be temporarily imported for private use. Temporary import means that they will leave the EU territory after a while – like for tourist purposes. In this case, you may be fully or partially exempt from paying the import duties.

To temporarily import your boat to Croatia, you must submit an oral customs declaration to the competent customs office at the import location. The boat can stay in Croatia for up to 24 months, depending on the purpose of the stay.

You are exempt from import duties if:

  • Boat is registered outside the EU customs territory on behalf of the person established outside the EU customs territory (if the boat is not registered, the owner must be established outside the EU customs territory)
  • Boat is used by a person established outside the EU customs territory

After the temporary import, boats must remain intact. Boat repairs and maintenance are allowed.

If you belong to the following groups, you may be granted temporary admission:

  • Foreigners with residence in a third country
  • Croatians with residence in a third country – provide a foreign work permit or residence permit to prove residence

Suppose you want to temporarily leave the EU territory while your boat is under temporary import. In that case, you must contact the competent customs office according to the location of your boat. You must state that no one will use the boat and boat’s location (address) while you are away. If someone else uses your boat, you must provide their personal data. Only people registered for that activity can guard the boat.

More information on the temporary import of non-EU private boats to Croatia is available here .

How to register a boat in Croatia

Croatian boats must meet the following requirements before sailing:

  • Their navigability is determined by the provisions of Pomorski zakon (Maritime Code), Zakon o plovidbi i lukama unutarnjih voda (Navigation and Inland Ports Act) and Pravilnik o brodicama, čamcima i jahtama (Rulebook on boats, small boats, and yachts)
  • They have a valid registration certificate or certificate of navigability
  • They are operated by a person with a certificate of competency to operate a boat
  • There is a minimum number of crew members required for safe navigation determined in accordance with special regulations

Existing boats and boats under construction must be entered into Upisnik brodova (Register of boats). Warships and warships under construction for the needs of the Croatian or foreign Armed Forces are not included in this register.

If your boat was built before June 16, 2000, it must be marked with a CE conformity mark before entry into the Register of boats.

Below are all the steps you must pass to register a boat to the Register of boats. Before registering a newly built boat, it doesn’t have to go through a technical inspection.

#1 Collect the documentation

To register a newly built boat for the first time, you may need to provide:

  • Available in Croatian here
  • Available in English here
  • Proof of ownership
  • Construction certificate and an invoice of the manufacturer or an authorized representative
  • Sales contract with the manufacturer, authorized representative, importer, or distributor
  • Copy of an ID card if you are a foreigner
  • Power of attorney if you are a foreigner
  • Proof of entry in the court, trade, professional or other appropriate registers in the country of the establishment if you are a foreign economic entity
  • Statement of the equipment installed on the boat – Available here
  • Document proving conditions for entry are in accordance with Articles 187 and 188 of the Maritime Act
  • Documents and certificates determining the technical acceptability of a boat up to 24 meters in length prescribed by the Rulebook on keeping the register of ships, the maximum permitted age and technical conditions for entry in the register of ships and a special regulation governing the technical acceptability of boats up to 24 meters in length
  • Document proving the status of the user of the boat if they are entered in the register of boats

Power of attorney must contain the name, surname, residence, OIB, and signature of the owner and the proxy. It doesn’t have to be authorized by a notary public. [Read: How to get something notarized ]

To register an existing boat for the first time, you may need to provide:

  • Documents and certificates determining the age and technical acceptability of the boat as prescribed by the Rulebook on keeping the register of ships, the maximum permitted age and technical conditions for entry in the register of boats and a special regulation governing the technical acceptability of boats
  • Confirmation of the body from the foreign register that the boat has been deleted from the foreign register if the boat is transferred from the foreign register to the Croatian register
  • Document proving the status of the user of the boat if they are entered in the register of ships

An example of a boat sales contract is available here

An example of a boat gift contract is available here .

In each subsequent application, it is necessary to include the NIB or the designation of the boat . This is not necessary for the first registration.

Other application forms and examples of documents you may need are available here .

#2 Submit the request

You can submit the registration request via:

  • e-Građani (e-Citizens) or e-Poslovanje (e-Business) – View more here
  • In person at the competent Harbor Master’s Office – View a list here
  • Mail – View more here

The request is considered submitted once it is recorded in the central information system of the Ministry of electronic office operations.

The competent Harbor Master’s Office is determined by the place of residence (prebivalište) of the owner or user. If you submit the request to the wrong office, they will deliver it to the competent one. If the boat constantly or mostly stays or sails outside the residence, the competent Office is considered to be the one which is in charge of that area.

[Read: Prebivalište and boravište: two addresses that must be registered with the police ]

#3 Get plates and name

During the entry to the Register of boats, the Harbor Master’s Office will determine the designation of the boat depending on the category of the boat.

The designations are the following:

  • Boats for personal use: two letters that present the harbor + NIB
  • Boats for commercial purposes: NIB + two letters that present the harbor
  • Public boats: RH + NIB + two letters that present the harbor

NIB – nacionalni identifikacijski broj – (National Identification Number) is a unique identification number assigned to a boat.

If your boat has a name, the name must be legibly written on the boat and must not interfere with the visibility of the designation. The name is determined by the owner of the boat and it is not mandatory.

Consulting, Introduced to a Professional

We were a little nervous about buying a property in Croatia but Carol Anne (CAM) was a calming influence on our Zoom call and via email, laying out the whole process for us. We were then connected with a lawyer in Zadar, who was fabulous and completed the sale. It was pretty much stress free thanks to Karlo and his team. I can highly recommend Expat in Croatia. Make sure you have a lawyer, despite what the property agent tells you!

We needed to know the ins and outs about moving to Croatia. Our first contact we made was with CAM, then had the consult with Sara, then had Steven be our case manager. We had superb service from all three individuals, they really know the meaning of customer service, with great continued follow up after our first consult, prior planning to our meeting and immediately providing us with follow up docs after our consult based on our relevant questions, and connection made with external professionals who form part of the EIC team to further support us on our journey. Great team, can definitely recommend them.

Research Assistance

I worked with Carol Anne Skorvaga and Tamara Ilic regarding some questions involving purchasing agricultural land/real estate. Carol was very clear about what EIC could do to provide assistance and what would require further research. She was very prompt in seeking out the information and providing it to me in written form. The information was very helpful to me and helped me better understand the real estate process in Croatia. I would highly recommend Carol and EIC. A pleasure with which to work. Thank you!

For my consulting session with Sara, I had questions about establishing residency, and also some questions about Healthcare. I sent in questions to her ahead of time so that my session was customized for my needs. Sara had all of those questions noted and was very prepared to elaborate on each one of them and more. I felt confident on the information that was provided and when I had a follow-up questions she was able to easily answer those for me as well. Sara is very personable and approachable in her demeanor which made the meeting enjoyable. I have been following EIC for a few years now and I am always so impressed by the wealth of information that is out there for all of us “seekers”. In addition, the pre-session communication by CAM was very efficient and much appreciated. I have already recommended Expat in Croatia to friends and family members in need of information. Thank you!

On short notice I accepted a work trip to Europe and decided to stop in Zagreb prior to my job in Paris. Having obtained citizenship approval the purpose of this trip was to file birth records and my marriage record as well as obtaining domovnicas for my family and to apply for my passport. Filip coordinated everything on very short notice, including vetting our documents and coordinating a new translation due to a copy and pasting error within 3 hours. Ines met me and obtained the domovnicas for my family on my behalf. The registrar wished to have another document to complete registering my marriage and my wife and my birth certificates but Filip has told me exactly what to get. Finally Filip accompanied me to the MUP to file for my first passport. He guided me through the process and, unbelievably, I had my first Croatian Passport in my hands three hours later (not exaggerating)! These are the second group of professionals Expat in Croatia has referred me to, and again my expectations were exceeded. Thank you so much Filip and Ines for your attention to detail, guidance, timeliness, and professionalism all on short notice. The remainder of my family will be using your services once they receive their decisions as well. Thank you!

The Expat in Croatia newsletter has been an indispensable guide for us while waiting to acquire Croatian citizenship. Since receiving citizenship this month, we decided to book a consultation to address more specific questions as we move closer to actually moving to Croatia. We chose CAM (Carol Anne) to be our consultant and found her to be the perfect “fit” for us. She has experienced everything that we will be dealing with as she moved from Canada to Croatia. Whether it is information about shipping items, registering a car, health insurance, or getting a tax consultant to navigate important financial details, she provided everything and more. We found her to be thorough, professional, personable, and smart. She is also funny and charming. We love CAM! We will continue to use this resource, consulting with CAM as needed or as more questions arise.

I had first consultation with Carol Anne (CAM). She did a great job, very informative and willing to help . I would recommend Expat to my friends. Steve was very responsive to my emails and he connected me to Filip who we hired to help my son and his girlfriend. So far great experience but I know it is a process. We needed help with temp residence for my son’s girlfriend who was looking for looking to stay longer the 90 day . My son has USA /Croatian Citizenship.

We needed assistance with purchasing property and moving forward with applying for Croatian citizenship. We had a great conversation with Sara and CAM, they explained both processes clearly and provides us with numerous resources. They have also facilitated contact with a Croatian lawyer to work with us on both processes. It has been helpful to understand timelines and requirements, and they have provided contact with professionals that can be responsible for the aspects that we cannot do on our own.

My experience to date with Expat in Croatia has been terrific. The website contains a wealth of information which is vetted and updated regularly. After reviewing the website, I scheduled a consultation with Sara Dyson to discuss the process of obtaining citizenship by descent for myself and my siblings. In less than an hour Sara provided a comprehensive, detailed explanation of the process. She answered all my questions about housing, healthcare, and life in Croatia; and the references provided in a follow-up email were extremely helpful. I am especially impressed with the service they offer matching people applying for citizenship with Croatian lawyers who can assist them. It’s not a simple handoff; an Expat in Croatia representative remains engaged through the entire process and acts as a liaison between the client and the attorney. We will definitely be taking advantage of that service as we pursue our dream of obtaining Croatian citizenship. I look forward to working with Sara, Carol Anne and the entire Expat in Croatia team.

Permit Kroatien 2024: Online Bootsanmeldung

LINK

Online Bootsanmeldung 2024: Einklarieren in Kroatien

Nis – nautical information service croatia.

Restaurant-Yacht Chaika

Ratings and reviews, location and contact.

Pleasantly surprised, service is good so is the food. Great selection of Fusion food, a mixture of Italian, Japanese, European, Asian etc. A pleasantly nice dining experience, highly recommended, a must try!

Thank you for your feedback and invite you to have lunch or dinner again aboard the ship in an atmosphere of high standards of yacht hospitality.

everything was perfect - the food, the service, the desserts were the best, nice atmosphere and the location - magical

Best food, best view in Moscow. absolutely faultless from arrival to finish. Best risotto i had for many years absolutely perfectly cooked. The view on Ukrainian hotel and the white house by night is amazing

Had to wait for the food for 1.5 hours and then another 20 minutes for the check. Finally called for the manager and he offered... a 10% discount as a compensation. Simply pathetic! The food is mediocre at best. Not bad per se, but one... would expect something better considering the prices. There are many places to eat in area that are much better. Avoid this one at all costs. Hello, Alexander Your comment is extremely important for us, thank you a lot for it. We are terribly sorry for your time that you`ve spent waiting your order and we have already taken actions to improve quality of our service and it would be realy... More

Food is very expensive, very pretentious, doesn't worth that money. Portions are very small. We ordered ravioli and there were 4! Four raviolis! For almost 15 euros. Then we asked to bring us dessert menu but nothing, they didn't even bothered, so we payed and left... without dessert. Very poor service for that price. More

This is a very good restaurant. The food is really good, maybe the best in Moscow. The service is also good. The view from the restaurant is great. The prices are very high.

I often visit this restaurant and must say it’s one of the best in Moscow in terms of quality and service. Staff really try hard to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Customer service is a huge problem in Moscow but Chaika sets... a great example for others in the industry! Food is delicious and the menu has lots of options for everyone! Atmosphere is great and view is beautiful on the embankment. Special thanks to German & Oleg! More

Thank you for your feedback! Again aboard the yacht restaurant "Chaika" in accordance with the high standards of yacht hospitality.

Highly recommended, great location in the city center of Moscow with a superb atmosphere. Too many menu choices, though all delicious!

Thx a lot for your review! We are looking forward to see you in our restaurants.

Visited this lovely restaurant with a friend of mine. It was relaxingly warm August evening - so the place on the river seemed like a good idea. We came quite early and the restaurant was not full. The hostesses kindly offered several places to sit... and we chose to sit on the sofas. We had some wine, which was good. We struggled a bit when deciding about the food as few options (scallops) were not available. Fish on ice on display did not look very fresh. To be honest it was an unusually hot August and it is probably understandable that some see food options were not available. However, we did manage to order something and sat waiting and looking onto the river. My long-legged friend struggled sitting at the low sofa and the manager noticed that, offering as a very good, proper table beside the open window. It was nice touch and I was very pleased by their polite observations and immediate reaction to solve the problem. Food was quite good and presentation was perfect. Perhaps I can something about the food, but 1 visit is not enough to criticize or make a definitive opinion. Overall, quality place, which of course, does not come cheap. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. More

Good afternoon! Thank you for your detailed feedback! We are looking forward to seeing you again, we are sure that you will be delighted with our dishes!

I've been here several times during two business trip in Moscow. The overall quality for both service and food is absolutely top-notch, plus the location is very unique.

Good location. Nice views. Good choice of food and drinks. European and Asian menu. Nice service. Pricey enough.

Fishing from the yacht in croatia : what permits and licenses are needed.

Fishing from the yacht in Croatia: permits and required

For many sports boaters who are on the move in Croatia with their own or chartered yacht, it is simply part of the game: fishing and sport fishing. But what permits and licenses are required, how much do they cost and where can they be obtained?

First the bad news: recreational anglers 14 years or older generally need a permit in Croatia if they want to indulge in their hobby. But there’s also good news: the “permit” is available not only from local sport fishing clubs but also from the Croatian Sport Fishing Association HSSRM (Hrvatski savez za sportski ribolov na moru) . The operates a clear website where interested parties can easily acquire the desired documents.

Under hssrm.hr one selects in addition simply the menu option Webshop, which gives it thank-worthily also in English, then one can select directly the desired fishing license. There are fishing licenses for “Lake” and “Lake – Big Fish”. Fishing licenses for “Lake” cost 60 kuna (about 8 euros) for one day, 150 kuna (about 20 euros) for three days and 300 kuna (about 40 euros) for seven days.

150 day license for recreational boaters who are in Croatia for a long time

If you are in Croatia for a longer period of time with your yacht and want to fish, a 150-day license may be worthwhile. This costs 10 kuna (1.34 euros) for minors, 600 kuna (about 80 euros) for adults up to the age of 65, and 60 kuna (about 8 euros) for anglers older than 65.

In the “Lake – Big Fish” category, a one-day license costs 120 kuna (about 16 euros), a three-day license 300 kuna (about 40 euros), and a weekly ticket for a full seven days is available for 600.00 kuna (about 80 euros). Note: In addition, there is a membership fee of 50 kuna (about seven euros) for each ticket. However, this fee is waived for foreigners if they can show a membership card of a local fishing club, so you should always have it with you on your trip. Payment is also made online by American Express, MasterCard or Visa card after entering the required data.

Licenses also for underwater sport fishing

By the way, the same price also applies to underwater sport fishing (simply select corresponding button in webshop on the right). It should be noted that according to the Sea Fisheries Act, the annual license for sport fishing is generally issued in the period from December 1 to March 1. Special licenses for traps, harpoons, bottom lines and the use of artificial lighting can only be obtained if an annual license for the corresponding year is available.

Here there is a special feature for foreign anglers to note, because the annual licenses are generally sold only to persons who can prove permanent residence in Croatia. Moreover, special licenses can generally be purchased until the end of each current year. And: fishing with a harpoon is not allowed with a sport fishing license.

To note: special rules for special fish

Incidentally, recreational fishing of tuna (Thunnus thynnus), swordfish (Xiphias gladius) and Mediterranean spearfish (Tetrapturus belone) in the Republic of Croatia is regulated by a separate law, according to which, for example, the catch quota and specimens per license are specified, It also refers to the catch and release rule (tuna), the permitted fishing gear such as rod, reel with one hook on each gear or bait with two single hooks, double hooks or triple hooks on each gear, as well as reporting obligations in case of a catch.

To engage in recreational fishing for these species, it is mandatory for the person to have an extra license for tuna, swordfish and Mediterranean spearfish. This has a validity of one, three or seven days, and the above prices apply. Recreational fishing for swordfish is prohibited from March 1 to March 31 and from October 1 to November 30. And, actually of course – it is also not allowed to sell or offer for sale the fish caught in recreational fishing in Croatian waters.
