Met de jaren lange ervaring in het merk Volvo Penta zijn er voor ons geen verrassingen meer. Wij staan voor een gedegen onderhoud en reparatie van uw motor en schip. Vakmanschap en service hebben bij ons de hoogste prioriteit.

Gevestigd op de Grashaven in Hoorn aan het water is natuurlijk de perfecte locatie om u de service te bieden die verwacht wordt. Wij beschikken dan ook over onze eigen werkkade van 30 meter waar natuurlijk walstroom perslucht en water aanwezig zijn. De kade is gelegen pal voor onze werkplaats daardoor kunnen wij snel en effectief aan uw schip werken.

In onze prachtige moderne nieuwe werkplaats kunt u bij ons terecht voor nieuwe motoren, onderdelen, revisie en onderhoud van de meest voorkomende scheepsdiesel merken met als specialisme Volvo Penta.

Hermotorisering

Een van onze specialismen is het vernieuwen van uw motor.

Volvo Penta bied speciale ombouw kits aan om dit nog professioneler uit te voeren.

Er zijn talloze configuraties informeert u nu vrijblijvend naar de mogelijkheden.

Service op locatie

Tevens beschikken wij over een Volvo Penta uitlees computer waarmee we de Volvo Penta installaties kunnen uitlezen en programmeren. Daarnaast kunnen wij ook service bieden op locatie met een van onze servicewagens of met onze eigen service boot.

Maintenance & Repair: The rigging, the polyester hull, the engine or your electrical installation need maintenance from time to time. Sometimes something breaks down or there is a accident that requires repair. Our team of skilled employees will be trilled to advise and assist you. All necessary facilities are available at the shipyard.

Refit: A refit, which means completely renewing a ship and/or giving it a major overhaul, is not a decision you take lightly. It is a major event for your ship, which we as a team would like to discuss in a personal meeting. Furthermore, we can draw on a large number of references to ships where we have carried out a refit.

Winterstalling

Hab­beké Shi­py­ard, esta­blis­hed in 1966, has more than fif­ty-five years expe­rien­ce of qua­li­ty ship­buil­ding. The wharf builds exclu­si­ve­ly in alu­mi­ni­um, and enjoys an excel­lent reputa­ti­on for inno­va­ti­on, qua­li­ty and ser­vi­ce. The­se charac­te­ris­tics were recog­ni­sed and honou­red when Hab­beké was awar­ded the Dut­ch Alu­mi­ni­um Pri­ze in 1994.

One of the key fac­tors in the yard’s suc­cess is its com­mit­ment to wor­king with the client and the desig­ner. This has resul­ted in many long-term rela­ti­ons­hips with indi­vi­du­al and insti­tu­ti­o­nal cus­to­mers. Some indi­vi­du­als have orde­red three ves­sels from the yard but the lon­gest asso­ci­a­ti­on is with KNRM (The Roy­al Dut­ch Life­boat Association).

Hab­beké has built some 18 Valen­tijn RIB life boats for the KNRM; and is now acti­ve­ly expan­ding the ran­ge in coo­p­e­ra­ti­on seve­r­al archi­tects inclu­ding De Vries Lentsch and DSMG. A series of “Valen­tijn-like” ves­sels have been built such as FRC903 and the Crewtender.

Allround scheepsbouwer

Als scheeps­bou­wer werk je in een team om een alu­mi­ni­um cas­co te bou­wen. Het aan de hand van tech­ni­sche werk­te­ke­nin­gen, zelf­stan­dig samen­stel­len en/of aan­bou­wen van com­plexe scheepsdelen.

High­ly trai­ned wor­kers, all of whom have years of edu­ca­ti­on and expe­rien­ce in the Dut­ch Metal Indu­stry, staff the com­pa­ny; in fact most of the staff have been with the com­pa­ny for 40 or more years. At the same time, eve­ry­o­ne at Hab­beké has a direct affi­ni­ty with boats, lar­ge and small, and this com­bi­na­ti­on pro­du­ces one of the best teams of its size in Euro­pe – buil­ding ves­sels of varied sha­pes and sizes.

Hab­be­ke Shi­py­ard viert in 2016 haar 50 jari­ge jubi­le­um, tij­dens dit jaar zijn wij ver­huisd naar de Schelp­hoek in Hoorn waar een nieu­we werf is gebouwd op een ter­rein van 4000 m². Naast het nieuw bou­wen en onder­hou­den van sche­pen breidt Hab­be­ke Shi­py­ard haar dien­sten uit met stal­ling en onder­houd aan par­ti­cu­lie­re sche­pen. Door­dat wij al jaren het groot onder­houd aan KNRM sche­pen uit­voe­ren is uw schip bij ons in goe­de han­den. Hab­be­ke Shi­py­ard kan u een full-ser­vi­ce pak­ket aan­bie­den waar­bij alle zor­gen uit han­den wor­den geno­men. Wij halen uw boot op, voe­ren afge­spro­ken onder­houd uit en wan­neer u het uit­komt bezor­gen wij uw boot weer op uw eigen ligplaats.

Hoorn is a beautiful atmospheric harbor town on the IJsselmeer . With your sailboat you can moor and spend the night in the old harbor right in the center of the old town. From there you can easily explore the city. Or you can just stay in the port, because there is plenty to do there too. This in the form of cozy restaurants and nice bars. Or just get some fish from the fishmonger.

Hoorn is an old VOC city (United East India Company) and there is a lot of history to be found. You can choose from different ports, there is something for everyone!

In addition to the old port, you recently also have the Marina Cape Horn. This harbor is small-scale, in the middle of nature and very cosy! Marina Kaap Hoorn has a very nice beach bar, called Oranje Buiten. There is also a small beach and a large lawn. Children can have a great time here!

Next to Marina Kaap Hoorn is the beautiful park of Hoorn where you can enjoy a lovely walk. If you walk through the entire park you will end up in the center of Hoorn; a nice walk of about 15 minutes. But you can of course also sail to the inner harbor to moor there.

When entering the bowl of Hoorn, the southern entrance must be used. We then have the Grashaven on the port side. This marina has good sanitary facilities and a clubhouse. The harbor is very easily accessible and has spacious boxes with water and electricity on the jetty. There are some play equipment for children, and you are wonderfully sheltered. Furthermore, the Grashaven in Hoorn has a yacht service and hoisting installation for minor maintenance. It is about a 10 minute walk to the center. The Grashaven can be reached at 0229-215208

Sailing a little further on the starboard side is the Association Harbor of Hoorn. This harbor has a unique location on the edge of the Hoornse Bos. You can enjoy walking, playing football, running, etc. WSV Hoorn is very active when it comes to sailing competitions, and there is often plenty to do! Usually during these events they have also arranged something for the children in the form of a bouncy castle etc. WSV Hoorn can be reached at 0229-213540

Just like all cities around the IJsselmeer, the Nicest harbor is in the center! If you go straight on through the narrow old lock and then starboard, you will come to a large basin where you can moor other ships alongside. Around this bowl are the nicest and best restaurants in Hoorn, and of course Café de Volendammer where it gets very cozy later in the evening! On the starboard side of the bowl is a nice lawn with some play equipment for the children. From here you have to walk around the entire bowl for the restaurants and sanitary facilities, but you can enjoy the sun all day and afternoon! On the port side you are directly next to the fun, and close to the (limited) sanitary facilities The harbor master can be reached on VHF74 or on tel. 0229 214012 / 06 54202828

There is a gas station in Hoorn with a water sports shop in the shape of a bunker ship. This bunker vessel Atalante is berthed on the port side when entering the basin. They are closed on Wednesdays, but otherwise you can go there for diesel and stuff for on board.
