75′ Sunseeker Yacht Project Boat for sale!

This vessel is located behind our headquarter office near Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is easy to see, and seriously for sale but she is in need of attention. Her port engine needs to be rebuilt (the original engines are twin MAN diesel 1,300 horse power engines) however the air conditioning systems still power up. She needs new headliners and rugs throughout but the interior woodwork is still in good condition. The blue hull still shows quite well. The topsides have recently been buffed, compounded, and waxed and the exterior is in sound condition. She is for sale “as is” but the seller is negotiable and would be interested to consider all offers or ideas. S/V Cheval is a 1995 Outremer 50 Standard catamaran, for sale by owner. We purchased Cheval in January 2013. As the second owners we have continuously upgraded her including her most recent upgrade late 2023 through 2024 in preparation for a pacific passage. A change of plans creates a rare opportunity to acquire this Outremer 50 standard ready to cross an ocean.

As of this writing to the best of my knowledge she is the only Outremer 50 standard currently for sale in the world. Sometimes referred to as the Porsche of catamarans this boat has the speed you would expect while being large enough to provide comfortable accommodations.

As she is only cored in the decks with solid hulls the common occurrence of water found in the cored hull at survey will not be a problem.

S/V Bonaventure 1 a Florida based 1994 Fountaine Pajot Tobago 35 catamaran for sale by owner.

It is a 3 cabin and 1 head. The saloon is bright with a 360 panoramic view. The galley, navigation table and dining table are all located in the spacious saloon. The Tobago 35 is light and well canvassed. With 20 knots of wind on the beam the polars promise 9 knots of boat speed particularly with it JProp folding propellers, it make this model and exciting machine to sail. Despite his age it remain a solid choice for those seeking adventure on the water.

The Tobago 35 is a compact catamaran that offers a good opportunity with a smaller budget. Naturally seaworthy, the Tobago 35 is an innovative-looking sailing vessel.

M/Y The Big Yay is a 2006, Endeavour 44 TrawlerCat catamaran, for sale by owner.

The Big Yay offers a 3-stateroom, 2-head layout, master stateroom with queen/king-size bunk on the main deck, 6’6” headroom in the pilothouse and salon, walkaround top deck, easy stern boarding, new canvas enclosing the pilothouse. The twin Yanmar 240 HP main diesel engines with 2,000-hour detailed service recently completed, and new Raymarine Axiom self-steered navigation electronics with remote-control autopilot. Her Endeavour dinghy has a new Mercury 10hp electric-start outboard motor.

Docked in Halifax Harbor Marina, Daytona Beach, Florida, with the slip transferable to the new owner. With the Big Yay’s 14’8″ height and 3’ draft, she is a popular Great Loop cruiser as well as a great Bahamas boat!

M/Y Fat Cat is a 2002 Endeavour Catamaran 44 Trawler Cat catamaran, for sale by owner. I love this boat as its main characteristics are she has prop pockets and 3ft draw. This is very good for cruising Florida and Bahamas, also with a narrow beam as catamarans come. We can usually find regular berths and not pay for a double.

She has fuel flow scan meters, and it is a joy to see the economy of the Yanmars. I never owned such an efficient boat with this square footage, and 1500 mile range at 8-10 knots. All work has been done in last two years, as I just purchased the boat in the Fall of 2020. Previous owner was a snow bird and rarely was down.

We are coming back home to get a bigger boat. Fat Cat has been great to us but we need more space as the kids have decided to cruise the eastern Caribbean with us. The western Caribbean has been great, its like a condo. You can move around the marinas and are very affordable. Easy to see in the water, ready to run.

S/V Jus Dreaming is a 1995 Lagoon 37 TPI Jeanneau Catamaran, Ready to cross the Atlantic. This boat is set up for a Full-time live Aboard couple with over $100,000.00 in upgrades. Built by French Jeanneau in a joint production venture with TPI in Warren, Rhode Island, USA to the highest standards of construction and finish; the Lagoon 37 has good sailing ability and excellent interior and exterior living space. Designers of the Lagoon 42, Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot-Prevost reproduced the winning formula in a smaller boat.

S/V Ego Domi is a 2003 Royal Cape 45 catamaran, for sale by owner. A fantastic family boat, Ego Domi is a bluewater cruising catamaran built in 2003 at Durban, South Africa. She was sailed across the Atlantic to Florida in 2003 by the original owner and never entered into the charter trade.

This is a large, well-appointed catamaran. Royal Cape catamarans are a very good value, are built with solid construction and are well-tried cruising boats. They are built very tough, as they were designed to handle conditions off the African East coast. This boat is great in rough seas with virtually no bridge deck slap due to the buoyancy of the hulls. Being well built, one shouldn’t expect a racing catamaran, but then again, if you’re looking for a catamaran with a large interior volume, which will keep 8 or so guests in consummate comfort, you could make worst choices than this RCC.

Originally built with fiberglass over a wood core as a 5 cabin and 5 head charter boat, she was converted to 4 cabins and 4 heads in 2005 by the previous owners. The 5th cabin was converted into a tool / spare parts/storage room while the 5th head was converted into a battery storage room. During conversion, it was noted that the laminated bulkheads were 2” thick; main bulkhead is 3” in places.

The power is a Volvo Penta 125hp engine The trailer is a Float On Tandem with lowboy tires I've assembled all the parts. The main work is to install new wood on the transom and fiberglass into place and reinstall the engine and outdrive. The transom has had all the old wood removed and is ready for glassing. I will include the marine grade plywood and all the fiberglass and resin and the tools and mixing buckets to finish this. The materials cost me over $350 and they are brand new in their original packaging. The package includes a Furuno Color Radar and radome . A Furuno Color Depth Recorder has a brand new transducer. I have the install and the owners manuals for both. 1982 Ta Chiao CT 44 Please contact owner Patti at 925-325-seven two zero six. Boat is located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a project boat in that the interior and exterior needs a lot of TLC. There are a lot of ways to deal with it, but it depends on your expertise and desire in finish. The interior ceilings in the salon and aft cabin need to be replaced. This is not difficult as the panels are held in place by teak strips, so it is a matter of taking the old panel and using it as a pattern and remounting. (There is a small table saw that goes with the boat.) Water from the mast and traveler damaged the walls. The leaks have been taken care of , but the ceiling and walls have not. The gaskets need to be replaced in the hatches, and the gasket material is there. The floor needs to be refinished, but the good news is that the sole is made of a very thick layer, about 3/8" of teak and holly on plywood. The aft head had the faucets removed and so the plumbing side of that needs to be replaced. There is a generator that may or may not, probably not, work. It is a Lister generator. It takes up the whole cabinet under the companionway. A newer, smaller, quieter one would be better. There is a blackwater system installed. I do not know if the macerator or any of that system is functional. It was when I sold the boat. There is also a desalinator, but I do not know its condition. This yacht sails great in light air, she is fast and nimble, but still behaves herself when the afternoon thunderstorms hit. We have sailed her to every corner of Tampa Bay as well as a 700+ nm journey from St. Petersburg to her current home in Jacksonville FL which took us threw the legendary Florida Keys. Palm Beach International Boat Show returns to West Palm Beach waterfront

The Palm Beach International Boat Show returns this week with more nearly 1,000 vessels on display, including super yachts from around the world.

Tickets are on sale now for the show that runs March 21-24 along the West Palm Beach waterfront.

The show, which started in 1982, has grown to a major economic engine for the community, with last year's impact estimated at $1.05 billion statewide — nearly as much as the $1.3 billion Miami International Boat Show, said Alyssa Freeman, executive director of the Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County, which owns the boat show.

"Palm Beach is really not that far behind Miami, and Miami is the biggest in the world," Freeman said. "That was really exciting."

This year's boat show features an expanded Super Yacht Show at Palm Harbor Marina, showcasing yachts that typically stretch longer than 80 feet and have a variety of luxurious amenities that include hot tubs, crew quarters, dance floors and sun decks.

"We have more super yachts there than we ever have before, and they're even bigger," Freeman said, noting that at 236 feet, the vessel Casino Royale takes the title of largest yacht at this year's show. The title of "most expensive yacht" goes to Come Together, a 196-foot vessel priced at $59.95 million.

"Everybody, when they think about super yachts, they think about Monaco and Miami, but Palm Beach is a real player in these boat shows and the yachting world," Freeman said.

Exhibitors continue to be drawn to the Palm Beach International Boat Show by the opportunity for high sales year after year when compared with other South Florida boat shows, she said.

"I've heard from several of them, this is their favorite show to attend," Freeman said, "And that's why, because their sales are higher at Palm Beach."

The show continues to make headway in improving its sustainability efforts, she said. After reducing single-use plastics, a major change this year is the addition of water bottle refilling stations throughout the show, Freeman said.

"I think that's exciting because everybody's talking about sustainability and how we can be more sustainable," she said. "Every year, we take little steps to be more sustainable."

Freeman said she is excited for this year's AquaZone presented by Nautical Ventures. The attraction showcases some of the "yacht toys" that are new or popular on the market.

"It's so cool, because there are people actually in the water demoing yacht toys, and it's usually the latest and greatest," she said. "There's always something new every year that we've never seen before."

The Palm Beach International Boat Show also features a range of seminars, demonstrations and discussions throughout the weekend, including mental health in yachting, tips to boat to the Bahamas, safe boating to protect sea turtles and how to address active threats and piracy.

Freeman, who has children, said she loves the Kids Fishing Clinics scheduled for noon and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday with captain Don Dingman.

"Captain Don has been doing this for years, and he does a fantastic job," Freeman said. "The kids actually get to go home with a free rod and reel once the clinic is over."

The association produces the Palm Beach International Boat Show with Informa Markets' U.S. Boat Shows division.

"As we gear up for the 2024 Palm Beach International Boat Show, we are excited for our return to Downtown West Palm Beach to celebrate the rich history of this esteemed event," Andrew Doole, president of U.S. Boat Shows at Informa Markets, said in a news release. "Each year, we’re grateful for the warm welcome and support from the community, which truly makes this event a highlight on the calendar for both residents and visitors alike."

Informa also produces the Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary art show happening March 21-24, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. A Windward VIP ticket to the boat show includes admission to the art show as well.

In addition to serving as a cornerstone festival of spring in West Palm Beach, the boat show launched the Palm Beach International Boat Show Gives Back program to provide hundreds of thousands of dollars in contributions to local nonprofits, Freeman said.

The grant program had a soft launch last year and formalized the boat show's four-decade practice of giving back to the community, Freeman said.

"We're really excited about it," said Freeman, who added that the boat show team is working with the Community Foundation to manage the grant program, which they hope to grow. "That's something that's a super high priority for us."

Money raised through a portion of the boat show's ticket sales, optional add-ons and some related activities goes toward the fund.

The boat show in February announced that the first round of grants totaling $500,000 would go to 25 nonprofits that have marine-related programs or projects, including Florida Fishing Academy, Loggerhead Marinelife Center, Florida Atlantic University, Inlet Grove High School, Palm Beach State College, Sea Turtle Adventures and Friends of Manatee Lagoon.

"We're hoping one day we'll be able to say that it's a million dollars," she said. "So fingers crossed. It relies on the success of the boat show and the support of the community. With that, we will continue to grow."

Alia Yachts launches all-aluminium 45m superyacht Project SAN

Turkish shipyard Alia Yachts has launched Project SAN, a 45-metre custom superyacht built entirely in aluminium. Design comes courtesy of Dutch studio Sinot with naval architecture from Lateral Naval Architects .

The layout of Project SAN places increased focus on al fresco living, with a "fully open main deck all the way from the stern to the bow, without any major visual obstacles," according to Paul Costerus, partner and lead designer at Sinot.

"The design of SAN began after long and in-depth conversations with her future owner on the desired layouts, functionality and style," continued Costerus.

Her exterior is characterised by a low, predatory superstructure with a raised pilothouse and sharp, clean lines. Initial images also show off her plumb bow and uncluttered deck space.

"The exterior deck furniture is multi-functional," said Costerus. "Tables convert from dining to an evening cocktail setup and sunbathing areas convert easily into intimate seating. The aft deck sunbathing area can be expanded by folding the bulwarks down, providing even more of an outdoor living space experience."

While imagery is unreleased, interiors are minimalist and detail-orientated, with full-height windows ensuring the yacht’s surroundings remain a key focal point.

Accommodation is found on the lower deck, with a four-cabin layout that includes a generous owner’s cabin.

Alia Yachts President Gökhan Çelik said: "Based on an innovative and attractive design philosophy, Project SAN will further strengthen our pursuit to be recognized as one of the top custom yacht builders in the world by delivering such superior projects recognised worldwide."

This follows the shipyard's recent partnership with Burgess on a custom 45-metre superyacht. The project will bring together H2 Yacht Design , Vickers Studio and Van Oossanen , with delivery scheduled for 2026.
