Boasting all of the most modern and desirable features, O'PTASIA promises to deliver a highly memorable private yacht charter experience

The award winning 84.73m/278' motor yacht O’PTASIA by the Greek shipyard Golden Yachts offers flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests in 10 cabins and features interior styling by Studio Vafiadis.

Built in 2018, O'Ptasia is custom-built for world-class luxury yacht chartering, offering a wealth of spacious living areas and fabulous amenities, you'll be in for a treat from the moment you step on board. Her features include a helipad, movie theatre, spa, elevator, underwater lights, beach club and gym.

Exterior Design

Showcasing a sleek and sporty exterior profile, the steel and aluminium yacht was penned by Studio Vafiadis and was the largest yacht in the Golden yachts fleet at the time of her launch in 2018.

Interior Design

Also from the pen of Rome-based designer Studio Vafiadis, her chic interiors have been designed with luxury charters in mind. Offering a vast array of standout amenities and wide social spaces throughout; from her vast beach-house style beach club, gymnasium and beautiful accommodation, guests will be in for a treat.

Guest Accommodation

Built in 2018, O'Ptasia offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 10 suites comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin, six double cabins and two twin cabins. Excellent service is guaranteed, with thirty crew members on board to look after your every need.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained such as a state-of-the-art movie theatre for movie nights. The steam room is great for your skin and a perfect place to unwind and for the ultimate relaxation experience, O'Ptasia plays host to a luxury spa. Take a plunge in the pool under the sun or even the most discerning of charter guests will enjoy the included beach club. Maintain your fitness routine and work out in the well-equipped gym or elsewhere, sit back with a glass of champagne in the deck jacuzzi.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you such as an elevator, making any part of the yacht quickly and easily accessible. O'Ptasia features a helipad, so you can arrive in ultimate style and comfort and satellite communication systems keep you in touch wherever you voyage. At night, guests can enjoy a mesmerizing light spectacle in the water thanks to underwater lights or with Wi-Fi connectivity you don't have to lose contact with the outside world, unless you want to. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 17 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots with a range of up to 10,015 nautical miles from her 300,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. O'Ptasia features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels.

Onboard O'Ptasia has a large selection of toys and accessories to keep you and your guests entertained on the water throughout your stay. Take to the sea on a Jet Ski offering you power and control on the water. Another excellent feature are five towable toys offering fun and adventure. Also there are four waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough O'Ptasia also features a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks, bikes and inflatable water toys. When it comes to Tenders, O'Ptasia has you covered - with four tenders, including a 9.75m/32' Onda Limo Tender.

O'Ptasia and her crew are available for charter this winter for cruising within the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. She is already accepting bookings this summer for cruising in the Mediterranean.

Sehr angenehme Reise nach Moni und Ägina. Der erste Stopp war an der Insel Moni mit dem Schwimmen im Meer. Es war auch erlaubt zur Insel zu schmimmen. Die Küste war da fantastisch und sauber. Das Wasser ist super klar. Danach gab es ein schönes und reichhaltiges Bufett mit Getränken. Nach dem Essen ging es los nach Ägina. Ein super Erlebnis. Das Meer war fantastisch, besonders hat mich die Farbe fasziniert. Die Besichtigung von der zweiten Insel kann nach dem Wunsch bis ca 2 Stunden dauern. Die Zeit läuft ziemlich schnell. Während der Fahrt kann man sich bräunen und das Wetter einfach genießen. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre auf der Yacht. Ich würde die Kreuzfahrt weiter empfehlen.

The sea was beautiful, but for snorkeling it was perfect except that it would have been nice to have a bit more fish! The staff’s service is excellent, there are plenty of drinks, they serve the barbecue, they go out of their way to pick up the plates, hand out watermelons for dessert, and even have fun music and dance. it was fun! All movements were done on time and with plenty of time to spare!

The activity and day itself was incredible! The boat journey itself was stunning, very bumpy when we went but it was a very windy day. Was an experience of the sea being crazy that’s for sure! All the people serving at the bar and being on deck for our safety were all lovely and made us feel comfortable when the boat was going crazy when heading back to Mykonos. The tour around Delo’s was just so amazing to see, the grounds are huge and there’s so much to see! The snorkelling and swimming around Rhenia didn’t seem real as the waters were so blue, we were able to jump off the boat deck into the water and the atmosphere with music and everyone on the boat really made our time there. I will definitely book this again when we come to Mykonos another time.

This was so fun! Lovely boat, beautiful day. I was worried I might get sea sick but the water was perfect the day we went. We had a swim at Rhenia, my 17 year old snorkelled, we swam to the beach and sat looking at the beautiful stones then swam back to the boat for lunch. Lunch was great, chicken and pork sticks, salad, dip, bread and rice. We then had the option to wander for 2 hours around Delos island or go for another swim. You can’t swim at Delos, so some people got off the boat to look at the ancient ruins. Initially I thought 2 hours might be to long but there is plenty to see. The boat came back and picked us up and on the way back, the boat turned into a partyboat, everyone danced. Such a great day

Boat was big, clean and staff were amazing. Very entertaining and very helpful. The trip itself was excellent, good amount of time to swim in the crystal clear water in Rhenia and relax and mingle with other passengers on the boat. Complimentary white wine and soft drinks available throughout the trip and the included bbq was delicious. The second portion of the trip to Delos is recommended, the ruins are beautiful and the island is peaceful with plenty to see. Make sure to take water as it is very hot and there are no shops. Overall, an amazing day 😁

Very entertaining Captain. Great music/party on return. Food/drink provided – additional could be purchased at decent prices. Solid heavy boat as can be choppy waters. Suggest you go straight to mountain on Delos with Temple at height then do rest. It Rhenia the Boat stops about 50 yards off the beach and you exit into water for swimming. If you are not great swimmer then you won’t get on beach. Much cheaper than many similar trips – would recommend and do again.

Super fun trip to visit both Rhenia and Delos islands. Our host/guide/sailor Michael and his crew had a wonderful and enjoyable program to swim, listen to good music, lunch, archeological site visit at Delos and dancing like mad people on the way back! On top of all, the scenery is just breathtaking. Very recommended if you want to have a fund day and meet people while you stay in Mykonos.

This excursion was excellent! My wife and I were sailing with Virgin Voyages and decided to book this on our Mykonos stop. Easily found our meeting place once on port dock and were on the boat. The boat ride is a little choppy which is expected but first stop we both jumped in and took a swim. After the swim, we were served a delicious lunch and had several cups of wine on the trip. Next stop at delos we toured the ruins and walked the steps to see the best view on the island. On the ride home, we danced and had a blast! This was a great time and our favorite excursion in Mykonos, highly recommend

Estuvimos en Mykonos con un crucero y había reservado esta excursión pues me pareció muy completa. Y no me equivoqué. La experiencia fue increíble y mucho mejor de lo que podría haber imaginado. El barco y la navegación excelente y bellísima, la tripulación simpatiquísima, los lugares increíbles, la comida un 10 y muy sana, y la playa donde nos llevaron a nadar era paradisiaca y estábamos solos. Pasamos un día de ensueño, entre navegación, cultura en Delos y baño en Rhenia. Y al acabar recorrimos el puerto viejo de Mykonos y el centro, desde donde zarpa y adonde llega el barco, por nuestra cuenta. Un día de ensueño.

An amazing experience worth every penny. From start to finish, the trip was easy to book and organise initially dealing with Kostis, who was consistently updating us with information regarding times, location and general itinerary – we then met our skipper Stelios who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Was good craic, making jokes about sharks in the water (which gave my boyfriend a great laugh and me nervous laughter 🦈) Included an educational trip to island of Delos and a beautiful view of the beaches of Rhenia – which allowed us to jump in and swim in the crystal clear waters. We would like thank all involved for a great trip. We took the trip during the off-season which is even more impressive that they were willing to offer us the private cruise which was not available with many other companies. Saving our best experience in Mykonos for our last day. Would recommend 110%

I had a really great experience with Golden Yachting! The team was very professional and accommodating. They answered all the questions we had before the cruise and made sure that all our needs were met. The yacht was exactly as imagined from the photos and overall the cruise was amazing – it exceeded all our expectations ans we had a blast. Also, it was worth the money! Definitely recommend it.

Moscow parks – leisure, nature and historical

Moscow is the most green megapolis in the world. There are over a hundred parks and green spaces like gardens, squares and boulevards. You will definitely bump into a few of them wherever you go. Moscow leisure parks

The leisure Moscow parks are undoubtedly the most popular and famous with the locals and travelers. Today such parks provide a great number of exciting entertainments for Muscovites and city guests, adults and children.

The Gorky Park

Gorky Park opened in 1928 and was the first holiday park in the Soviet Union with playgrounds, a sports stadium, exhibition halls and attractions for kids. Today it has a fresh, vibrant appearance. The park features bike rental stations, a comfortable business area with Wi-Fi, an outdoor movie theatre and a greenhouse where you can buy fresh greens such as basil and lettuce. To contemplate the sky and the stars, go to the observatory and look through the telescope while listening to fascinating stories from astronomers. Enjoy many sports in the park: volleyball, handball, football or a peaceful jog around the beautiful surroundings.

Zaryadye Park

Opened in September 2017, Zaryadye is the youngest on our list. Located just a few minutes away from Red Square, it includes various activities like the floating bridge with its thin V-form extension, an ice cave, also concert hall and an amphitheater. The entire territory of the park was divided into four zones of Russia: forest, steppe, tundra, and the floodplains.

Neskuchny Sad

By walking along the Moskva River’s bank from the Gorky Park towards Vorobievy Gory (Sparrow Hills) you’ll reach Neskuchny Sad («Not Boring» garden), a wonderful place in the Moscow center, one of Moscow’s oldest parks, charming slice of wildlife. The park mostly consists of pristine forest, dotted with old summer pavilions, ponds and quaint little stone bridges. There are a lot of opportunities for different activities lots of children playground, a ping-pong and chess clubs, football fields and tennis courts, horse riding, tree climbing and having rest in one of the nice cafes.

Museon Park

Hermitage Garden

Hermitage Garden has always been known as an amusement, entertainment center with theatres, shows, cafes, summer pavilions, pergolas since 1830. Shalyapin, Sobinov, Nezhdanova – great Russian opera singers starred on the garden stage. Famous Russian composer Rakhmaninov conducted the orchestra. Sara Bernar, Maria Yermolova, outstanding actresses, played in the open air performances. Tolstoy and Lenin had a stroll in the garden. So lots of celebrities from different epoques liked it a lot and spent their time in Hermitage Garden. You can find here three theatres in the garden: Hermitage, Sphere and New Opera. During winter an ice rink works here and in summer a musical stage is assembled to host jazz and brass band festivals.

In Sokolniki Park visitors can play billiard, chess or draughts, table tennis, as well as go cycling, roller blading and swimming in the summer and ice skating or skiing in winter. Each season is highlighted by special memorable and bright events, for example, Summer Jazz Festival or Baby Fest (for future mums), open air beach disco parties, Ice Cream Day, International Clown Festival and many other shows and exhibitions. The park has an observatory, kids center and a co-working zone with free Wi-Fi which is really nice for spending high quality work time there.

Moscow nature parks

The nature parks are national reserves with the amazing forestry and incredible variety of animals and plants there. The breath of wildlife and the chance to be closer to the virgin nature excites both children and grownups. Hundreds of different species of animals can be found in Moscow nature parks. The richest woodlands with old and even ancient trees, like a 200 years pine-tree in the Elk Island National Nature Park, are the point of passionate interest for visitors.

Aptekarsky Ogorod

Aptekarsky Ogorod (Apothecary Garden)

Aptekarsky Ogorod (Apothecary Garden) is one of the oldest gardens in Moscow. It was founded in the XVIII century by Peter the First (great Russian emperor). A larch that he planted himself still grows in the garden, so it’s more than 250 years old. At the time of its foundation, it was a garden with herbs and medicinal plants and was used as an educational center for doctors. Today there are the orangery with its tropical palms, the carp pond, and the immense trees that dot the landscape and turn wonderful golden shades in the autumn. Several restaurants and cafes work here making it a very nice spot for relaxation no matter what season it is. You can book a special tour or join the guided excursion group.

Losiny Ostrov

Losiny Ostrov (Elk Island Park)

Losiny Ostrov (Elk Island Park) is located at the north of Moscow. It covers 22 km from the west to the east and 10 km from the north to the south and it’s one of the most beautiful national parks in Moscow. Two rivers, Yausa and Pechorka begin here. You can find lots of fields, ponds, meadows, streams in the park as well as elks. Here you can enjoy guided tours, available in English. You can choose a guided tour about flora and fauna of the area, you’ll learn why elks are there, which animals are their neighbors. Or enjoy another excursion, which is totally devoted to historical past of ancient tribes once lived there, you’ll know about old Russian mythology, rituals and traditions.

Serebyany Bor

Serebyany Bor (Silver Forest)

Serebyany Bor (Silver Forest) is a famous pine forest in the west of Moscow. The park has 230 forms of plant life, and is also home to watersports complex, providing a lot of activities for visitors. The layout of Serebryany Bor is unusual, as it is located on an artificial island between a meander in the Moscow River and a channel. There is an artificial lake, the Deep Gulf and picturesque Bezdonnoe (Bottomless) Lake in the depths of the forest. Serebryany Bor’s beaches are the cleanest in the city and very popular among Muscovites. On weekends it is difficult to find a free spot here, especially because a whole range of services are offered to visitors, from simple deckchairs to catamaran and yacht rides. Driving is prohibited on the territory of the island so be ready to use trolleybus to reach the entrance.

Botanichesky Sad

Main Botanical Garden of The Russian Academy of Sciences is the largest and most famous is Moscow. The garden is a real museum of nature with a very rich (more than 18000 types) collection of plants. The park was founded in 1945 at the place of the 17th century Apothecaries’ Gardens. The garden’s collection is turned into botanical expositions, made with use of modern receptions of landscape architecture. Here you can see a tree nursery, a shadow garden, hothouse complex, collection of flowers, a rosary, exposition of coastal plants, garden of continuous blossoming, Japanese garden and expositions of cultural plants and natural flora plants. The biggest part of Garden is the Tree nursery occupying the space of 75 hectares. About 2 thousand wood plants grow here. Another big exposition of the Garden is nature Flora, divided into six botanic-geographical collections: European part of Russia, Caucuses, Central Asia, Siberia and Far East. Pride of the Main Botanical Garden is the collection of tropical, coastal and water plants, which is considered as the best in Europe. The Japanese garden, a great model of Japanese landscape gardening art has a 13-level stone pagoda of the 18th century, stone Japanese lamps, ponds, falls and streams, tea lodges and more than 100 species of the most character Japan plants. It is especially decorative in spring, during Oriental cherry blossoming and in fall, when foliage blazes in crimson colors.

Moscow historic parks

Historic nature parks and estates once were the mansions of the Moscow aristocracy. At that far times the estates were outside the Moscow city limits, but after the city expansion and urbanization, they became easily accessible.

Kolomenskoye

Kolomenskoye Museum and Park

The chief attraction of the park is undoubtedly the stone Church of the Ascension of the Lord. It was constructed in 1532 by order of Tsar Vasily III to commemorate the birth of his son and heir, Ivan the Terrible. But there is a lot more to see in the park: the pretty Church of the Icon of Our Lady of Kazan – with its bright azure domes and plenty of gold. Further into the park there is a charming Church of the Beheading of St John the Baptist, built by Ivan the Terrible to mark his coronation.

Kuskovo Park

Kuskovo Park is one of the oldest country estates in Moscow. It was given to General Sheremetev by Peter the Great in 1715, but was left to fall into neglect before being plundered by Napoleon’s troops in 1812. Nowadays the estate has been restored to its former glory and is a good example of Russian 18th Century imperial architecture. The palace is a fine and rare example of wooden neoclassicism. It was completed in 1775, and the rich interiors remain unchanged since 1779. It includes a room hung with exclusive exquisite Flemish tapestries, an abundance of silk wallpaper and an impressive collection of 18th century European and Russian paintings. The palace looks onto the lake, which is surrounded by smaller pavilions: pretty Italian, Dutch and Swiss Cottages, Blank’s Hermitage and the old Orangery, where the State Ceramics Museum is located now, an extensive and absorbing collection of porcelain from the 18th century to the present day. On the other side of the lake is a large wood popular with local cyclists and joggers.

A week after Sean “Diddy” Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by federal agents in a reported sex-trafficking investigation, Kelly Ripa was seen on her morning talk show this week begging for an invitation to join him on his yacht.

Ripa made the “fawning” request during a “Live with Kelly and Mark” interview with singer Mary J. Blige, which aired on Tuesday, Page Six reported. But while viewers may accuse Ripa of very bad timing and extremely bad taste, they should keep in mind that that the interview originally aired in June 2023. The show was rerun this week because Ripa and her co-host husband, Mark Consuelos, are on vacation.

What’s made matters worse for Ripa, Page Six said, is that the show tried “to cover its tracks” by pulling the clip off YouTube after the site reached out about the gaffe.

On the rerun, Ripa and Consuelos complimented Blige on a photo of her looking fabulous in her bathing suit while posing on a yacht, Page Six reported.

“I was in Capri, and I was actually visiting my big brother Puff’s boat,” Blige said.

An eager Ripa replied, “Next time you go on Puff’s boat, we’d like to!”

Not too long ago, when the interviewed originally aired, Combs was still perceived as a successful music mogul and former rapper who had skated past a spate of legal troubles throughout his career, including lawsuits, allegations of assault and a high-profile arrest and trial related to a 1999 nightclub shooting in New York City. Some would say he had even become respectable, with MTV honoring him in September with a Global Icon Award, Page Six said.

Combs’ fortunes soon began to change, starting with a lawsuit filed in November by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who accused him of rape, sex trafficking and physical abuse. The next day, Combs and Ventura settled the case on undisclosed terms. But other lawsuits followed, accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of various forms of sexual violence. Last week, Homeland Security agents raided Diddy’s homes, as part of a federal inquiry into sex trafficking allegation.
