Hear the waves, feel the breeze and enjoy stunning panoramic views of sugar white Florida beaches in this newly refurbished, 5th floor condo. Entertain family and friends on the large porch, which has a dining table and chaise lounges for sunning and watching the sunset. The porch on this end unit looks over the huge beach as well as the heated, beachfront pool and across to the marina and Old River.

Inside, the unit has 9’ ceilings, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area has a new comfortable sofa and chairs to watch the large TV. New ceiling fans throughout unit. There is a wet bar with sink and ice maker. Dining table with seating for 6 as well as 2 additional seats at the kitchen island, will make lasting memories of your perfect beach vacation. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked with all amenities. Condo has free wifi and there is a storage closet just outside door to store your beach equipment. Linens are all provided.

The master bedroom has an ocean front view, King size bed, TV, blackout curtains and ceiling fan that make this room an intimate retreat. Master bath has dressing area with granite top vanity and the bathroom has walk in tile shower, large tub and granite top vanity. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, TV, private bath and balcony. 3rd bedroom has twin beds, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, TV, private bath and balcony.

The Beach and Yacht Club at Perdido Key has a heated, beachside pool, spacious clubhouse with kitchen, fireplace and TV and plenty of room to entertain a large group. The exercise room inside clubhouse is state of the art! Across the street you will find lots of activities such as lighted tennis courts, smaller clubhouse with grills, tables and a basketball goal. You can also bring your boat on vacation! There is a boat launch and free boat slips are available. Enjoy fishing or cruising in the bay or gulf. Fish cleaning station is also available at docks. Plenty of parking available and each unit have 1 assigned, covered space. Security guards are at entrance to ensure your safety.

Enjoy the peaceful Perdido Key area with many great restaurants, or take an easy walk to the world famous Florabama. With the Gulf on one side and Old River on the other you have access by boat to Perdido Bay, Old River, the Gulf and Pensacola Bay. Enjoy the beach, boating or exploring the island. Travel 5 minutes to Orange Beach or 15 minutes to Pensacola, for more activities.

There is an adjoining 3 bedroom 3 bath condo you can combine for a total of 6 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms to accommodate all your family or friends for a special vacation!

The adjoining condo has also been recently updated. Large living area with 2 sofas and chairs make it comfortable for a large group. This condo has 2 King bedrooms and 1 Twin bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms and balconies to enjoy the oceanfront views. This unit has a large wrap around porch with dining table, lounge chairs and ceiling fan. Unit also has a wet bar with mini fridge and ice maker. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and ceiling fans . TV in both King bedrooms.

Definitely stay here! Condo was EXACTLY as pictured. Recommend 2 things: contact Perdido Beach Service BEFORE you arrive to reserve your chairs/umbrellas. Rent a car-we relied on Uber and ‘got by’, but having a car would have helped. Peacefulness and beauty of this beach was worth the challenge of transportation. House was perfectly appointed and didn’t lack a single thing. Even the cookware was great-often not the case in rentals. Beds were comfy, AC was excellent, elevator a big plus, HUGE balcony to enjoy every day. Only negative was there were no umbrellas at the pool -in Florida sun, there should be shade-and not just where you sit to eat. Luxury Coastal vacations were super responsive and helpful! The moment you enter the beautifully decorated condo you immediately notice the breathtaking view of the white sand and the turquoise blue water. The condo is just steps away from the beach; this makes it quite easy to go back and forth to the condo. The balcony is very spacious, with room for dining, relaxing, and sitting with friends. The condo has an open floor plan with three large bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable with luxurious linens and bath towels. The condo was immaculate and very clean upon arrival. Perfect spring break spot! Plenty of room for 5 adults. Every room was what we expected it would be and more. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. No complaints!!!! But I do want to point out one BIG thing…. That balcony is AMAZING. When we weren’t on the beach, we were on that balcony and it couldn’t have been better! Mornings and evenings we soaked up all the time we could there. The view was just perfect. Loved all the seating out there! Beach service was disappointing as I was under the impression you couldn’t set up in front of the reserved chairs/umbrellas (we’ve stayed at condo’s before where this was the case) but we had people/groups in front of us on all 3 days. Great getaway Gorgeous 3 bedroom condo with 2 “master” bedrooms perfect for two families to share with kids. Lots of extras including towel bars, space to store luggage and closet full of beach gear...along with great instructions to work everything! The unit has a perfect view of the gulf and is a very short “ easy” walk to the beach if you don’t want to bring everything down in the morning! You can walk to several restaurants on the beach and even have a “bushwhacker” at the Florabama without getting in your car! Just bring your shoes!
