Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves! With Pre-Launch , the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders. So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system. Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice. All boats over four meters and engines over 20hp must be returned to us for inspection of any faults. Faulty Item If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to notify us of your intent to return it and a further 10 days in which to do so. New boats that have, or establish faults will be fixed at no cost to the customer as part of the break-in / handover period (snagging) or be covered under the warranty of the particular item. All boats over four meters and engines over 20hp must be returned to us for inspection of any faults. Incorrect Item If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, and usually take the form of a refund transaction using the same method used for the original purchase. This normally happens within 48 hours but at the very latest we will refund your money within 14 days from the day we receive your returned item. Yachticon Purytec Head Cleaning System Refill CartridgeThe Yachticon Purytec Head Cleaning System Refill Cartridge is a replacement cartridge that fits the Purytec Head Cleaning System and can easily be attached when the previous cartridge has been used up. This replacement cartridge contains the same formulation as was supplied in the original cartridge when the system was fitted to the toilet system and it simply screws on to replace the exhausted cartridge in the pipe fitting. The Yachticon Purytec Head Cleaning System Refill Cartridge works with the Yachticon Purytec Head Cleaning System, a toilet system that is actually fitted as part of the toilet flush line pipe system so that all the water passes through it so that it can clean, deodorise and provide a lining for the toilet bowl. - Cleans, deodorises and lines toilet bowl
